Two of my documents were mailed through IndiaPost in the month of December'2019. Following are the dates and tracking number of the courier -

1. Dated - 10th Dec 2019, Tracking Id - RH[protected]IN
2. Dated - 24th Dec 2019, Tracking Id - RD[protected]IN

Both the couriers are showing bagged at Delhi airport since the past 2.5 months.

The couriers were supposed to be delivered to the following address -

Kindly help me track these couriers and have them delivered to the above mentioned address.

I have request a atm card from state bank of india. My atm card has been issued vide tracking number (Ea[protected]in) date 03.03.2020 this card is showing stuck in bag despatched to siliguri nsh. Today this atm card status showing same the bag despatched to siliguri nsh. I try for complaint but not response. Please help me

My package with tracking number rv[protected]cn is stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 since -5/february/2020, they never attempted to deliver the package nor called me.

The package was imported via aliexpress so i am pretty sure my contact number is mentioned in the package.

I am approaching Sub post office at Narain Nagar (Indiranagar, Lucknow) for payment from Savings Bank account, but every time, i am told that computer system is not working. Thus, i could not get cash.

Poor and slow functioning of computer (either due to poor connectivity issue or poor quality of computer systems provided, the customer service is very often hampered.

The official attached to said sub post office said, that he is reporting this issue regularly to their controlling office (reportedly situated at New Hyderabad locality in Lucknow), but this problem continues since long.

Will some responsible official will look into matter, so that said sub post office could serve properly.

I do not have the speed post receipt with me.

Speed post request done on february 25.2020 from gpo, shimla, himachal pradesh.

Can any of the above information help to track and resolve?

I sent a sunglass gift to my father from sydney on the 25th feb 20. I reached chennai customs on the 29th feb 20 and has been retained since with the following message, 'retained by border agency/security for u'.

There no further details or next steps as to how to release this from customs and get it delivered to my father.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rx[protected]ch this has been sitting at delhi mail center since 17th feb and has not moved anywhere.
Other items were processed after that date has been received.
This is still lying with them and this really poor and pathetic india post service.

There is a lot of delay in processing mails at delhi mail center, which leads to delay in processing.
We are on of the growing nations but as indians we still work as stone age people

Hello, this is the tracking id of a parcel that was sent from spain, europe to bangalore, india. The item was booked on 13th february 2020 and it has reached india at the mumbai sorting office on 17th february 2020. And it was dispatched from mumbai air to bangalore sub foreign post on the same day. My parcel from aliexpress tracking# uw[protected]cn reached the kolkata india post office by 12/06/19 and stuck there from then, the tracking also shows the same from the time it was received in that place it has not been sent for me this is very bad service shame to see the major post service of our country to be having these many complaints. I want my parcel to be delivered to me, please do assist in getting it delivered. Its sad to see a major player unable to keep their customers valuables safe

I had to get a parcel from bank of india but i have not received that parcel yet. I went to the post office and found out that the delivery boy did not get the address of my house. After that i asked him where can i get my parcel from now. Then the delivery boy said that now that parcel will be in general post office bhopal and in 2 days it will reach your bank branch. It has been 20 days now and i went to the bank branch several times to find out about 8 to 10 times but till now i have not reached the bank the day after tomorrow. And the bankers also say that the parcel has not come from the general post office yet. After this i also went to general post office bhopal where i was not helped. Please kindly send my parcel to me or my bank branch as soon as possible.

Hi,
I have applied the passport for my kids and it got dispatched on 24th feb 2020. Here is my tacking number #pp[protected]in, they have updated on 25th like door was locked. But, we are all at home whole and was waiting for the passport. Even the following days, we are expecting the post.
Till now, there is no update on it. As per procedure, if the passport is not delivered within 5 days then it will be redirected to rpo office.
So, for the post employee laziness how public will be accountable.
Even there is no proper post office contact details in the indiapost.gov.in website and unable to raise grievance on it.

Please take action on these type of issue.

I have sent my important documents to India from UK and it's almost more that 12 days now and it is still not yet delivered.
The status is struck (Pune CRC L1R Item Dispatched Air Pune TSO TMO) from last 2 days and no are able to provide update on my consignment.
