Dear sir/madam,
i sent a letter to morias infrastructure pvt. Ltd;suite-511, 5th floor, ps ixl building, near chinar park, kolkata-700136 two times from bhadrakali s.O(712232) on 04/12/2019 and 10/12/2019 respectively. 1. Rlad a rw[protected]in, 2. Rlad a rw[protected]in.But thease were not delivered and backed to me.The undelivery cause shown "not known.Address not veryfied". Phone number of morias-[protected]/[protected].
I am seeking for justice and hope that you will take necessary action and obliged.

I had a foreign parcel to be delivered to me. Item was with noida sector 37 so from 4th december to 12th december 2019.
However no delivery was attempted during that period of time.
On 12th of december 2019, when it was raining heavily, i received an status updated in [http://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/?trackingnumber=GM[protected]] that delivery was attempted at 2:49 pm and 4:55 pm when it was raining heavily with thunderstorm.
However, the delivery guy didn't care to let us know by either ringing the bell or calling me on phone.
Next day when i called up the noida sector 37 s. O., and i was told that parcel has already been returned back to the origin however he will try to reattempt delivery.
Next day i find the status as - arrived at delivery terminal - ghaziabad cso (Crc).

Extremely disappointed with the irresponsible behaviour of employees of india post office - noida sector 37 s. O.
Although parcel contains only a tee shirt (Heathered navy, l) however this is a matter of prestige for me and india, since i have won this in a competition. And this award bears a token of insignia and a matter of prestige to possess after winning it through a competition.
Please release the same at your earliest convenience and get this delivered to addressee.

The status as of december 13 2019 17:13 pm. The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But the recipient never got the package. The package was not even handed over to the guards at the entrance. There was a phone number of recipient provided on the label & yet nobody received a call. We have inquired in the surrounding buildings as well & nobody has reported receiving the package....

My parcel from pune (Kothrud s. O) was dispatched to bangalore on 9th december 2019. Ideally, it should have reached the destination on wednesday, or latest by thursday. However, it has not moved from mumbai ap inland tmo since 11th december 2019, as per the consignment tracking site. The consignment number is rm[protected]in. The parcel contains imitation jewelry. Please look into the matter and resolve it....

I had sent a documents parcel/package from sydney on 23rd nov 2019. The package was dispatched from mumbai airport sorting office on 2nd dec 2019 via air. The destination mentioned when i track the package is bangalore sub fgn post. Its been more than 10 days and there is no change in status.

Its almost 20 days and the package is yet to be delivered. Can you please look into and let me know the reason for delay.

I have sent 2 speed post via indian postal services to canada. They both reached toronto on 03dec2019, but both of them are showing as “awaiting presentations to border agency/s”.

It is displaying that the item has been dispatched from crc mumbai dated 7th Dec... Its been 5days since then??? Where has it been??

I tried calling them and also mailed them regarding the same.

I had ordered an item from SINGAPORE on 29th November, 2019. When I am trying to track the product it is showing "[protected]:22 CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE, Item Received" since last 10 days.

Please look into this and deliver it fast. It took less time for the item to reach India from Signapore than for that item to reach me within India.

Tracking online shows the status as item bagged on 30/11/2019 02:33:00 china beijing. How ever its been 12 days without an update and no trace of where the package is. I have raised a complaint online with complaint number [protected]. The complaint tracking always shows an error message "unable to get complaint details, please try after sometime!!!".

My courier (Tracking no: eu[protected]in) is stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 1st december, 2019.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 10 days since the packet reached canada via india post. It is a very important document. Why is it taking so much time to clear customs? Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

My transcript despatched from ignou through india post is stuck in canada customs from 19th november 2019. I have contacted india post and launched a complaint in their portal [protected], but the only response received is to contact customs office. If india post is a responsible service provider why does india post take so much time to get the documents cleared through customs while other service providers can do it in max of 3 days. The package RX[protected]DE arrived Mumbai Sorting Office on 4th December 2019 and was forwarded for delivery at Mulund East SO (400081).
On 5th December, the tracking link displayed 2 attempted deliveries although I was at home the whole day and the day after but did not receive the package and receipt stating package missed.

Without any further notice the package returned to Foreign Post Office Mumbai, for returning to the source country Germany.
When I contacted India Post, I was told that the link is showing wrong information and that the package was forwarded for domestic delivery.

But it was only today that I learnt the package is ready to be returned to source country (Germany). I never expected this from India Post.

I request the concerned authority to kindly stop the returning of the package and return it back to the address mentioned.

My consignment number rv[protected]cn coming from china is still undelivered.
I really need it urgently but no response given by india post.
Currently it is being shown as dispatched but still i have not received it yet.

Two of my packages are stuck at sorting offices in india. Both contain herbal medicine needed urgently.
Package #1 via singpost which just has medicine is stuck at the sorting office since 25th november 2019.
Package #2 pos international. It came from malaysia and now the latest tracking update says package dispatched out of india. What does this mean? The package was supposed to be delivered to bhopal instead of going back to the vendor.

It was handled by DHL Global services from Fairfield, US. And it handed the package to India Post on arriving at Delhi.
It has reached Mumbai Airport Sorting Office and is stuck there for a long time.

Order was shipped from china on[protected] which was ordered from aliexpress and reached kolkata air foreign rlo building on[protected] and then been there for one month and shipped to inblra on[protected] and stuck in there till date. I don't know why it's taking more nearly 2 month to deliver an order. Consignment no : rp[protected]cn. The delivery time given by aliexpress which is 2 months is over. But still i didn't get the order....

An item i ordered from china is stuck in chennai foreign post office for 15 days now. It took lesser time to arrive in india. Why is the delay in india? This is the first time i'm experiencing this delay. Whenever it has come via kolkata or bangalore it arrived quickly.
Destination state is karnataka / bangalore. I request the concerned people to look into it please.
