Hi,
Had ordered a parcel from germany with shipment id cp[protected]de. This is addressed to be delivered to banglore. However there are no updates on the same for last 15 day and the last status shows it's with foreign post office mumbai. No phones are working and no response on them either.
Can anyone help in getting the current status and reasons to delay.

I have sent a parcel of 350 gms with custom declaration from guwahati to japan on 17. September 2019, this is the speed post number es[protected]in. I have been tracking it but since 19. Sept it's not been updated. The last update says the parcel was send to next office incucb kolkata foreign ems.
After that no update.
The speed post was send to rocktim ramen das, japan from moramee das, guwahati, assam...

Please note that an amount of rs.3010.00 was deducted from my scss account no. [protected] against cif no[protected] at bongaigaon post office on 30.06.2017 towards payment of income tax. But the said amount was not submitted to income tax deptt. On enquiry, the post master advised me to apply for credit of the said amount to my sb account no.[protected].
