My courier (Tracking no: eh[protected]in) stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 4th nov, 2019 and canada toronto office has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 2 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important package for me. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest

I have customer indian post office andul-mouri bank. Bank employees behaviour is very bad to all customer your are survey anytime to customer say something to all customer problem. I complaint post head office to call but he is not help me and say i don't take your complaint. All employees are only rest every time not work and all customers are irritated to this behaviour you are stopped our government services because all government employees at this time sir please show your power and punished post office employees

Received any otp when i have applied for post office job in andhra pradesh and filled application and made payment too after that i tried with another mobile number but still it is not working so that i didn't got otp again and my registration numberis no: cr07639957b565, so please help me in getting otp for my registered mobile number

I registered and paid the fee for gds post of postal but for applying i am not getting the otp and my registered number is cr[protected]c3 and mobile number is [protected] so what should i do and also i tried to change the mobile number, i didnot get the otp for that number also please resolve my issue and many of them are complaining about this issue and they are not resolving, will they resolve this issue or not

I will registerd for gds exam under chhatishgarh circle on 9/11/19.

I've been trying from last 1 week to apply but it's saying otp sent to registered mobile number but i'm not receiving otp and last date is approaching

My firm regularly sends homoeopathic medicines to patients residing in different parts of the country since many years. Recently since few months the nearby post offices of orderly bazar and up college varanasi are not accepting them for which daily my staff has to go to the main branch which is already full of rush.
Kindly make them functional so that it is easy for all o[censored]s.

I have sent one parcel on 21st october 2019, transaction number: ct[protected]in, it was showing delivered on 31st october 2019 but actually it was not delivered, i lodged an online complaint for non delivery on 4th november 2019 with complaint nu:[protected], in response the parcel got delivered on 6th november, but i was surprised on opening of the parcel, one of the item was stolen from the box, inner box and jute cover were torn sharply and re-packed and stitched back. The cost of the stolen item was rs.758 only, i raised the issue with same complaint nu:[protected] on 6th november 2019 (The date of actual delivery). I didn't get any solution of the issue. Even i am unable to track my complaint status, whenever trying to open india post tracking complaint page it says "unable to get complaint details, please try after sometime!!!"
Dont know what to do,
I request you to resolve my issues.

1. Why they lied about delivery date (According to p. O it was 23rd oct.19 but
Actually it was 6th nov after complaint).
2. To return the item stolen from the box, and compensate for the mental
Torture i have gone through.
3. Punish the person responsible for this malpractice. And
4. Stop these types of malpractice, they are employees not thieves

There is so much delay in my order, take some action to resolve this issue.

Sir, my parcel is still not delivered yet even it has take more than 37 days to the destination ragailong, imphal, manipur sending from delhi, hauz khas india post, on date 30 sept 2019. The item is not traceable after dispatch from delhi hub.. Inspite of complaint both online and also to the respective post office, there is still no response. Now i am worried about the parcel. So, i request to look into this matter asap and do the needful. Thank you

This has been the status of my parcel since 16/10/2019. It has been almost 20 days since an update has been given. No one at india post is responsive. I would like an update on the whereabouts of my parcel. Please ensure the matter is looked into and i would appreciate a tentative date of arrival of my package.

This student name: soundev sharma s/o - bakul dev sharma, vill - kurirpar, land mark - thakur bari, p. O. - debattar hasdaha, dist - dhubri, state - assam, pin - 783334, m. No - [protected], [protected] consignment was dispatched on 22/10/2019 from imts, noida pin 201301 has still now not received his courier nor it has reached to the post office debattar hasdaha. Mr soundev sharma also went to the post office but till now he haven't received it. Hope you will solve the problem as soon as possible. The courier contains 1st to 6th semester mark sheet. Kindly take this matter seriously and solve this problem as soon as possible.

I had sent a parcel on 23 rd october from the so called foreign post office in hyderabad to usa i was informed that the speed post would cost 400 extra and would be delivered within 5 days, till now the status shows item bagged on 24th.
When i try to reach there helpline it says congestion when i write to their foreign post @ chennai which is mentioned on their web site it says user does not exist.

My parcel was being sent from ghaziabad to leh. Tge bag was received at palam tmo on 1.11.19. It has been 5 days and further details have not been uploaded till now and nor have i received it. I had sent my examination form for my dnb on 24th october 2019 through speed post from alambazar kolkata. The last date of examination form receipt was 30th of october 2019. I called india post multiple times and even lodged a complaint that there is no update in website regarding the tracking of the parcel. Today it is 4th of november i. E 12 days after the booking of parcel, it is out for delivery. How will the nbe accept my examination form when last date has elapsed already. I had to lodge a complaint before 30th of october about my parcel. I tried calling everybody like kolkata nsh, delhi nsh, safdurjang enclave post office and all in vain. With the late delivery of the parcel i have lost 6 months of time. And i can't write my final exam now. This is pathetic and ridiculous approach from india post. My airway bill no was ew[protected]in and complaint no lodged to india post is [protected]
