I am jasvinder kaur from ludhiana and had placed speed post order containing important business goods on 17 september 2019. It was dispatched from basant avene post office and was to reach panipat.
I had checked the tracking details which shows that item is delivered on 19 september 2019 but the addressee hasn't received it tell now. Maybe the consignment is misplaced or not correctly delivered and the indian post clerks aldo don't help me. Please resolve the issue as earlier as possible.

I have open RD Account no.[protected] on name Tarsem lal on[protected].But I credit per month 10000 from 28/03/2017 to 29/01/2018.Now I want 50% amount from my account because I need urgently, But the post office bhadaur manager not solve my problem.please help me urgently because I need payment urgently.

I sent a courier on 25th sep'19 which was supposed to be delivered at noida in 4-5 days.
The problem is that the item was received at ma ranchi rms tmo on 30th sep'19 around 14:07. Since there has not been any update about the parcel. I am clueless regarding its delivery.

That parcel has to reach within a deadline.

My parcel from singapore with consignment no. Rb[protected]sg has not yet been delivered. It has reached chennai airport sorting centre on 7th august, 2019 and from then onwards, there has been no update. I went to marathahalli post office last week to enquire about the issue. An employee there told me to register an online complaint, which i did. My complaint no. Is [protected]. It has been two weeks and the status is still pending.

I am writing this from australia in regards to a parcel sent through australia post 2 weeks ago.

Tracking number ej[protected]au says its redeemed by mumbai customs for unspecified reasons. If i could not know the reason, i cannot get my parcel.

The parcel contains cloths and toys for my 2 year old daughter, in india whom i have been missing and a charger, gift to my brother.

I would like to know why and see if i can fix the problem. I have been calling all the contact numbers related to customs searching online but non has been answered which is making me feel bad. I can provide you more details of the post if you can help.

Hello sir,
I am from giridih district living in jamtara pin code is 825106.in this area the postman is asking money after the delivery and as we refused to give he is saying you will have to come to post office to collect the parcel. He delivered my passport took 100 rs. And now i am supposed to receive my aadhar card, he called me and when i told him about my location, he kept telling lie noone is there and when my family is calling he is saying no there is no any aadhar card and when i told him about that i will complain he told do whatever you want. Please try to file a complaint against him and force him to deliver my things to my home now and later also. Thank you in advance.

My consignment number ed[protected]in & ed[protected]in has been stuck at canada, toronto-a since 16 sept, 2019. It carries important documentation from the university regarding wes evaluation. No resolution frm the customer support. Its been more than 15 days and no intimation regarding the same.
At least advise on how can we get this cleared.
Its important and needs to reach the destination asap.

Had ordered a parcel from germany with shipment id cp[protected]de. This is addressed to be delivered to banglore. However there are no updates on the same for last 15 day and the last status shows it's with foreign post office mumbai. No phones are working and no response on them either.

My name is a jerome thiek and a parcel with my name has been sent from vartej s. O, gujarat on date 11'sept'19 with speed post to my address i, e shillong, meghalaya with the tracking id=eg[protected]in which i have not yet received as of when this complaint is being written. And tracking services have come to a halt as of date 13 and have not been updated since. The last address of my consignment as per the tracking id says that "the item has been dispatched" from "ahmedabad nsh" on date 13 and has not been updated as of yet (Today's date being 26/9/19)

As the parcel contains something dear to me, i would grateful if you can administer some assistance as to why this is happening and what the situation of my parcel is and where it is located.

Hello, my mother and send me a parcel from Gangtok, and when I checked today morning the status was out for delivery but when I checked later it was showing that the parcel was delivered yesterday that is 23/09/2019, but I haven’t received it nor contacted in any sort. Please see into this I have something very important in the parcel!

Please note that an amount of rs.3010.00 was deducted from my scss account no. [protected] against cif no[protected] at bongaigaon post office on 30.06.2017 towards payment of income tax. But the said amount was not submitted to income tax deptt. On enquiry, the post master advised me to apply for credit of the said amount to my sb account no.[protected]. I had applied for refund of the amount on october 2016 a d thereafter february 2019. But till today the above mentioned amount is not credited to my sb account.
So, i do hereby request you to look into the matter and to take necessary action to refund the amount in my sb account ount no.[protected].

I received a shipment # ea[protected]nl via tagore nagar so post office in mumbai. The postman was aware of the customs amount of rs 1955. I paid him rs 2000 and he claimed that he did not have any change to return.

I had no option either so i requested him for change but he said he couldnot give any either. I had to accept my shipment so had to pay the extra rs 45. Now this is not about the amount. This is about the disgusting attitude which people have. They just want to mooch something of everyone. I already paid 1955 to the govt of india and i totally did not feel the urge to pay any extra.

This is not an acceptable behavior and i would like some action against this.

Each time i received no track report. It is showing "not found" my experiece says the report is normally available after one week of posting. And remains available in next 3 weeks. Pl inform the delivery detail

I sent some gift items in it one lady wrist watch of worth rs 4150/ and ear rings of worth rs 551/-. Staff person who stole my material from parcel was smart he inserted bad clothes sanitary pads. Its very bad. I have registered complaint online or offline but none of taking any action. I went to post office where my items recieved but no solution given and misbehave with my family members. I want my parcel back and take nacessery action of bad activity otherwise i will go with legal way court. I am government employ. So take into consideration or resposible person have pay hard.

I've a parcel coming from Pune which is a speed post. According to the rule of speed post by India, it would take 4-5 days to receive. But I haven't receive it till now. The parcel have to receive in Kokrajhar, Assam. It's till in Guwahati NSH for more than 4 days.

I have seen the tracking that the parcel has been delivered on 13.09.2019.
The has not yet been delivered till now in the address as mentioned in the parcel
