I remitted a sum of rs.3300/- by e. M. O. To my brother mr. Bharat bhushan goyal, 7 maruti estate bodla road agra pin 282007 on 06.08.2019 at the occasion of rakshabandhan from sector 30 post office noida. Emo pnr is[protected]. The amount of emo has not been paid to the addressee till today. I made at help line no.[protected] on 20.08.2019. Lady available on the help line told that remitted amount has been delivered to the addressee on 14.08.2019 as per records. She advised that i should contact sikandra post office agra at phone no.[protected]. I tried to contact at this phone number today but nobody picked up the phone. Kindly trace the matter. It appears that emo has been wrongly delivered. Kindly reply soon. Thanks.

My university (Kurukshetra university, kurukshetra) has sent mail to wes on 22nd july. But still they are not delivered to wes canada. On india post tracking status is showing pending and last destination is delhi, further no information is available. Because of it i am facing various hurdles kindly could you please check it and do the needful as soon as possible.

India Customs, I appreciate the work and efforts that you put in, i understand the need for such massive task. I Thank you for various reasons you guys put in efforts.

Also, I ordered humidifier and power supply combo from www.banggood.in, assuming its Indian seller and portal, paid online via netbanking.

I liked the idea about 10 heads for humidification and it will give me oppoutuinity to study how humidifiers are connected. Its a good idea. Later on came to view that aliexpress sells for half the price.

I had speed posted my consignment on 8/8/2019 and since then it has been 10 days i have got no tracking update on my consignment since 9/8/2019. It was important to be delivered on 22 august. I had called customer care on 17/8/19. He told me that your consignment should have been delivered yesterday. There might have been some problem it will be delivered today wait till today.. Now even on 19/8/19 i have got no tracking update on my consignment since 9/8/19.

Dear sir/madam
In reference to the above mentioned tracking number, both post is not yet delivered to my address. Its a very important govt document which was sent by my brother from germany to mangalore (India). First document had been sent on august 1st and second document had been sent on august 2nd.

When i tried to track the article via indiapost website, both the articles are held up in delhi since august 9th after that there is no update about anything. Its a very important document and i need it very urgently. I tried calling bangalore foriegn post office as well delhi post office none of the employees responded correctly. Kindly take this complaint seriously and make it sure to get delivered in this week. I have to submit those documents to germany embassy in bangalore this week. Would be waiting for your reply.

I booked a paecel no. Rp[protected]in on 08/08/2019 for dubai. The parcel contained rakhi. The item was bagged at delhi international airmail service on 10/08/2019. But still it did not reach the destnation. It is the worat experience which we have faced. The tracking status shows that the parcel is still stook in the same location. Kindly resolve the problem

I have sent parcel (Rakhi for rakshabandhan) through speedpost on 7 aug 2019 from mico layout, btm, bangalore post office to port blair ho. And today is 18 of aug 2019. Parcel has not been delivered and no update in tracking website after 10. Their is no response from post office after lodging complain also. I need to know where my parcel is. And why it is not delivered yet. Highly disappointed with the service as in the name of speed post they are doing scam.

Worli rto shipped my rc book & they gave shipment tracking number. Persons in post office says they do not know the status of shipment. I checked with rto again, they said it is not received back from post office.

Sir i send rakhi to my brother who study in kiit on 9 august.
Rakhi is received in post office on 13 august but till now it is not delivered to the my brother
And they didn't give any reply when we call them just give no of one other person
So many times i call them request yhem to delivered rakhi but they didn't listen
What kind of service is this if they didn't send parcel on time then why this post office is open it to we send online delivery that is more better

A parcel was in route from like 10th of july been over a month of indiapost nonsense and not even picking up there contact us tollfree number now.

Once i was successful in talking with them over the tollfree number they told me parcel was being sent back to sender for incorrect address.

Indiapost have neither returned the parcel back to sender nor have contacted me once while attempting delivery despite my number...

My passport hs been lost by india post with tracking number pp[protected]in. It was dispatched on 6th august. Still, i have not received it. When contacted, they said they have lost it during transit and are investigating it. A clear case of recklessness by india post employees and they do not know the value of time. I am supposed to travel to ireland next month on a business trip from my company. Because of this careless work by the india post, i will be removed from my project. Totally hate them. The worst system, no one responses to my calls or emails. I don't even know why are they even functioning. Just close the bloody office and go home. Unfit to work.

I haved ordered some items for me from alibaba.com with tracking ids (Rv[protected]cn, rv[protected]cn, ro[protected]cn, ro[protected]cn) items have been received to india, kolkata foreign lcao, transfer from office of exchange (Inb). Since 15 days has been passed my parcel is not delivered. Why its still in kolkata foreign lcao, i request you to take action as soon as possible.

Subject: complaint against the miserable behavior of lajpat nagar post office staff

I am writing this letter to put a complaint against the staff of lajpat nagar post office; they don’t even know how to talk with the customers, i was standing for long hours in the queue and when my turn aroused they said time is over and close the window, in so much miserable way person spoken to me, is this is the behavior of post office staff, we as a customer came at the office for saving schemes but this way when your staff behavior is so bad how could we accept, if this types of new appointed staff will work, no customer will be interested in coming to this post office, sometimes they said server not working, sometimes other issue, this time their miserable which i really cannot accept of counter no 3, this person work so slow and very bad way of talking each member behaved that they are working in home, standing long hours as a senior citizen is very difficult for me.

I would request the officer to take immediate action against this counter person and other staff members who is not at all supportive and talk in so miserable way.

I am resident of vaddu village, pincode-583123 in karnataka. Our village postman is very negligent. He delivers our letter very lately though the letters have reached the post office many days ago. This led to many problems. If he continues to be the same, residents here will miss many important things and have to suffer.
Please kindly look towards this issue.

Dear sir,

I have sent rakhee by speed post from mahim, mumbai post office on[protected]. The receipt/doc no. Is em[protected]in. Post office is unable to delivery the envelope on/before the date of raksha bandhan i. E. Till 15th aug 19. Parcel yet reached its destination address is of chandrasekharpur, bhubaneswar i. E. The capital of odisha it is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future. Postal department of odisha has neglected assurance given by indian prime minister hon. Shri narendra modi to all the sisters to reach their rakhee on time to their brothers.

I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter, suspend the concerned irresponsible person and let me know the status at the earliest,

I made a registered post on 22.07.2019 but till date the parcel has not been delivered. As per the registered post status it shows item received at delhi international mail center on 23.07.2019 but has not been dispatched. This is really ridiculous on their part that they are not dispatching the parcel as it's going to be one month. The registered post number was rd[protected]in.
The parcel contained rakhi.
Really pathetic service.
Please resolve the issue.

Hi sir, my sister sent me rakhi from sheohar dist. Bihar to gurgaon haryana on 9th august but today is 15 august but i didn't receive till now. This is very bad service of indian post. Please punish them of related officer. He took only government job and monthly service but they do not work properly.
