I am a philatelist my friends sends me the post and used to paste the stamps so that i can collect the used stamps and from last two times i found that stamps pasted on the packets are missing. Further to inform you that both the letters are sent from different location therefore this is a issue with the delivering post office not from where the packet is booked. For the ref. I am mentioning the current ems no. Ef[protected]in

I have posted my parcel (Rakhis) on 7/08/2019 to my brother with speed post. It should have been delivered to the concern address in 4 to 5 working days. I checked the online status of the consignment ek[protected]in which shows it reached at destination post office on 13/08/2019. They kept the parcel for four days with them. My brother went to post office on 14th but they did not hand over him the packet. After the festival over 17th they tried to deliver the packet. Delivery boy went to the address and spoke to the addressee. My brother asked why he did not deliver the packet on time? After hearing this he told come to post office and talk. After this post office return the packet back to me stating the reason that address is insufficient (Which is false). How can be the address insufficient when postman had a talked with the addressee. I raised the complain ([protected]) but the complain is closed without any clarification stating the packet is delivered on 22/08/2019. I have not paid rs 71 for the parcel to come back to me after 12 days. I can see how seriously the staff is concern about their customers and duties.

I have not received my order it’s been a month the tracking showed me custom hold at mumbai sorting office how can it be a month for custom hold please deliver my parcel i need it urgently the tracking id is re[protected]kr please respond to my complaint it’s been over a month deliver it as soon as possible i can’t wait for the parcel so long for that parcel it’s in mumbai sorting office to get that to hyderabad it won’t take one month please send the parcel as soon as possible please it’s my humble request

I send a parcel from bhopal indian post but it lost in satna. Parcel does not reach to reciever. I send it before 4 months i complaint everywhere but no reply from indian post and i send a teddy bear it is costly and i'll pay high charge for send parcel 500 rs and they dont return my sending money so please help me out and i want my money and compensation for lost parcel

My package with tracking number rb[protected]sg is stuck at dimc new delhi 110002 since 6/august/2019, they never attempted to deliver the package nor called me.

The package was imported via aliexpress so i am pretty sure my contact number is mentioned in the package.

Moreover, their customer care and local post office don't pick up my call.

My consignment number is RM[protected]IN. This is for the New Pan card I applied for, which was posted by the PAN card Dept on on 20th July 2019 but till now the consignment not received at my residence address.When I complained the same to the India post dept toll free number today agent Ms. Riyanka told me that they did't get any complain for the same earlier. So that means they are waiting for the complain else they will not deliver.Also she suggest to go to the post office & check. Is this the correct way the India Postal dept. taking care for the Government ID Document to the candidate.The India post dept playing with me & till now not get any resolution.

Also they are not sure whether I will get the consignment further or not. Even they have as an formality raise the complain ID. But Ms. Riyanka told she is not sure after raising the complain toady when should I get my consignment even not sure when they will revert me back.If this is the condition of the Government Postal service then what is the meaning of the tracking details or speedpost. Need your help on the same within 24 hour, else I will take the help of the social media & Consumer court. as this is the important document which is going to miss/ Already missed by the India Speed post dept & this should be come to the notice in social media how the India post work today & how the post master doing his work correctly.

Hello, my parcel from US was sent to GPO after clearance from Kolkata Custom, on yesterday. Today I saw the update parcel is out-for-delivery on around 10 AM, but in whole there was no body rang the bell or called me, yet few hours back i was surprised to see that they updated "parcel on hold" because "On Addressee Instructions"!!
My query is what does that meant?? Certainly the peon couldn't find the address but the above statement gives impression as-if they contacted me and I have rescheduled the delivery, and it's COMPLETELY FALSE, because nobody called me!!

Please deliver the parcel asap for god's sake!

My speed post for sealed envelope (Tracking number : ed[protected]in) is stuck with canada toronto-a customs hold and extra information is showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 12th august, 2019 and canada toronto office has not bothered to inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows "awaiting presentation to border agency/s". Its been more than 10 days since the packet reached canada via india post. It is a very important wes (World education services) sealed envelope containing my transcripts and attested degree certificate meant for evaluation by wes. Totally disappointed with their services! Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest!

I submitted the sealed envelope on 5th august 2019 at jamia hamdard campus, new delhi, 110062 for speed post.

No update after the letter has left. These are letter from canada for college application and very important documents. Been more than one month since ive gotten any update. I have 2 trackings for these please check and let me know. Calling gpo or going there doesnt help. Please get this resolved asap and let me know how this can be resolved. I[censored] can release the letter asap from gpo i can get admission in the college.

Recently i purchased a custom made silver ring from ukraine. The ring cost me nearly 100 dollars. The order was placed by me on july and i received the package on 19th august 2019. I was simply heart broken to see my ring missing. I was furious and wrote to the manufacturer and he assured me that it was stolen once it entered our country.
When i dug deeper i found similar cases in the internet. I don't know why these people who are responsible for safely delivering the package resorting to such dishonourable acts.
Shame indian post... And that shame also falls on the country's name.
Is there any way to help me, my good sir?

My parcel is stuck with the status showing "Transfer from office of exchange (Inb). Next stop Bangalore Sub Fgn Post India, KOLKATA FOREIGN LCAO".

Its been almost 20 days without any update. The parcel should not be taking this much time for dispatching.

Better to merge indian postal services with DHL or Fedex for providing better services if they are not capable of doing their job.

I sent some gift item in it one leather bag one leather purse and one wrist watch of worth RS 10000
While booking I wrote description as clothes., Staff Person who stole my material from bag was smart he or she. Inserted old cloths in place of it. Now 3 items of 10000 price are missing. In parcel one watch. One bag, one purse I need my all items back other wise I will go with legal way court. Through. Becoze I m also advocate. So take into consideration or responsible person have pay very hard for it.

The dhl package cy[protected] de from berlin, germany to india was delivered to our family in assam, india, only after the package inquiry request of mrs. Köppel, our friend, (After over one month!), but empty * - nevertheless a subsequent payment (!!!) of 15, 000 ins (190, 00 €) from the indian post office officials, which of course i refused. I could not and did not want to pay.
No olympus camera. Nothing.

The package originally weighed a gross 3, 4kg. (Net 2.2kg) - see below: customs declaration and links, which also shows the original contents of the package - now the package weighed 1kg! It is the only package and packaging weight!

On 31.05.2019 a consignment was book by the name sanjeev kumar singh con no-ja[protected]in which was supposed to received at dhanbad, qtr no-38h, railway colony, loco bazar, pathardih-828119, but till dated parcel is not received by sanjeev kumar singh.

I have been visited post office (Dhanbad/pathardih) quite many time but have not received any satisfactory answer from your team at dhanbad & pathardih.

Request to you kindly intervene into this matter and provided me the current status of my parcel.

I remitted a sum of rs.3300/- by e. M. O. To my brother mr. Bharat bhushan goyal, 7 maruti estate bodla road agra pin 282007 on 06.08.2019 at the occasion of rakshabandhan from sector 30 post office noida. Emo pnr is[protected]. The amount of emo has not been paid to the addressee till today. I made at help line no.[protected] on 20.08.2019. Lady available on the help line told that remitted amount has been delivered to the addressee on 14.08.2019 as per records. She advised that i should contact sikandra post office agra at phone no.[protected]. I tried to contact at this phone number today but nobody picked up the phone. Kindly trace the matter. It appears that emo has been wrongly delivered. Kindly reply soon. Thanks.

My university (Kurukshetra university, kurukshetra) has sent mail to wes on 22nd july. But still they are not delivered to wes canada. On india post tracking status is showing pending and last destination is delhi, further no information is available. Because of it i am facing various hurdles kindly could you please check it and do the needful as soon as possible.
