Courier with tracking id rb[protected]sg held up at kolkata lcao without reason. Simple plastic part product of a toy.
No details of status of customs or whether anything is required for the courier to be released. If any customs tax to be paid then the same me notified or informed for early resolution and release of the product.
Please check the same so that unnecessary distress is not caused.

My courier (Tracking no: et[protected]in) stuck with canada toronto-a custom hold and extra information are showing as "awaiting presentation to border agency/s" since 10th july, 2019 and canada toronto office has not bothered to call/inform me regarding the same.
The tracking shows awaiting presentation to border agency/s. Its been almost 7 days since the packet reached canada via india post it is a most important wes document. Totally...

Regarding a speed post parcel,. Es[protected]in. Firstly the post took more then 8 days to reach. And when the same was delivered, it was noticed that few items are missing. The package has been refilled by thermocol and empty wrappers before repacking. This is shocking. There were some time critical documents and the late arrival of the package took away the need for the same. But major disappointment and anger is about the items that went missing. Who will take the ownership of this and provide me a fair response.

On 14.7.2019 I went to Madurai India post
SP Madurai RMS booking counter for sending a speed post with acknowledgement card. on that time (7.30am) there was no person in the counter. (That counter is 24x7 )
I asked for acknowledgement card at the office. They gave that. I filled it and I was waiting for 20 mins. He finally came to the counter at 7.50am . I have stapled the acknowledgement card on the speed post and gave that on the counter. The counter employee said like he cant accept it for sending because it was stapled. Then I argued that I have sent a lots of speed post with acknowledgement card stapled. But he refused to send it with acknowledgement card which was stapled. And He throwed my speed post letter and said I wont send your speed post take it and get lost. I got anger and asked him for reason. He said me to remove the acknowledgement card. It was a important post that should be sent with acknowledgement card because of him I sent it without the acknowledgement card. He is so rude.

My courier (Tracking id: kit5802gb[protected]) from wimbledon uk arrived at dimc on 15/07/2019 and the status shows as: customs retention: unspecified reason. I have been trying to contact the dimc but no one is picking up my calls and the status of the courier has not yet been resolved. Please can my courier be released or can someone intimate me as to how i can resolve the issue?

I have been sent a registered parcel from post office so jalahalli (West), bangalore to bishnupur, manipur. The parcel was booked on 14/04/19. My parcel was required to deliver at my house within 15 days. Accordingly, i checked after 15 days and found no items was delivered at destination. Actually i am staying in bangalore, i told to my friend to check whereabouts my parcel at bishnupur so. But he had not got any reference regarding this. After that i complained personally at jalahalli (West) post office, bangalore pertaining to this matter.
After three months the parcel package was received on 10 july 19 at destination. However, the contents of package was tampered and some contents of package was missing and some replaced.
In view of the above, it is requested that necessary and needful action may be taken.

They never pick my call or attempted to deliver my package.

We have one speedpost on india post with more sensitive data shipped from surat, gujarat to pirpur, west bengal - 732209

Shipped address already available in this pincode but they return courier with no such village. They return courier after 2 months short time.

Very bad service by india post.

Please tell me why they return courier if pirpur village already available?

I have order medicines from indore and they send via india post tracking id ci[protected]in on 5 july... But when i tracks it, its shows despatched from jabalpur and it stuck there... So slow. And is not updated it current status since 07/07/19. So i want to know the current status of my parcel. India post is very slow

Hi team, i have delivered a parcel on 1st july through speed post service from noida sector 62 up.. To kokarnag. Anantng j&k. But the product is missing since from last week. While tracking the product online through tracker number their is no information availabl, however i loged the complaint also but the action has taken yet.. I am very much frasuted about the service of indian post.. Please help me out in tracing the product.

I would like to submit a complaint against the postman of district kishwar, jammu & kashmir. He never delivers any article whether it is a document or any parcel or any other thing to the prescribed address. Rather he calls the respective person on his/ her mobile number and asks them to come to the post office and collect their articles or puts our valuables to the nearby shops for their delivery by the third person. Recently i order some articles from amazon india. The app showed the article will be delivered within a week. After a weeks time, i got a call from the above-said postman and he asked me to come to the post office and take your parcel. As i went to the post office, he said i gave you a call some days ago also for telling you that your parcel has come and take it. I asked him why don't you deliver parcels to the given addresses, which is your job. For which he stood silent. As i saw my parcel, it was tampered and one of the two articles was missing from the parcel. I asked him what is this and where is my other article. He started making lame excuses like it came as it is, some days ago. It s my humble request that please take some stern action against him, so that in future no one has to suffer, as today i lost my article, in future, somebody can lose any valuable document. Also, the other staff members are very rude in behavior and do not cooperate.

I am reporting on a registered parcel with ivr:[protected] and tracking id "ca[protected]in" that was received with four item missing from it (Five tshirts and one shoe were therein parcel and four t-shirts are missing). The parcel was registered at sanjeev reddy nagar po 500038 on 02/07/2019 for kavi nagar so 201002. I have registered an online complaint with id#[protected] for this issue.

I ordered a 12 volt charger from alibaba.com on china website.
A parcel was shipped from china seller to india at my town in bhagalpur. Tracking id is rp[protected]cn.
As per tracking data on indiapost.gov.in the courier reached kolkata on 25 may and it got cleared in customs. But after that it was sent to delhi international mail centre.
Since 4 june 2019 it has been lying with delhi mail centre. I request to kindly release my parcel.
Kindly release my parcel asap.

I have ordered a pair of earphones from china and they reached india on 27/06/2019 at kolkata airport. After custom clearance the product was send to guwahati rms. The tracking was showing-' receive item at sorting center - guwahati rms' on 02/07/2019.

The item was stuck at guwahati rms till 07/07/2019 and then the tracking showed -' receive item at sorting center - shillong stg. I live in jabalpur, madhya pradesh and do not know why they are sending my parcel to shillong. It's too long now and the india post's complaint system is worst so i am not able to put a complaint.

Please help me out and ask india post to deliver my parcel as soon as possible to my location.

For kind information that my pan card was issued from nsdl on dated
4/06/2019 and was booked by speed post air way bill no ea[protected]in and was expected delivery by 14th june 2019. As inquired by post - office, their showing delivery on 19/6/2019 at 13:57 but i have not received the said document. After complaining they are showing no interest..

I had purchased 07 nos KVP of Rs 10000 each from Suratgarh SO-335804(Rajasthan) on 07/12/2010(Cert No-98CD551944 to 98CD551950, Reg No-18720)whenever I was posted(Army personal) there in 2010.Hence I have retired from my service in last year as I applied again n again for it's transfaretion from /to my home PO(Contai HO, West Bengal -721402)since last 1 year. But till date no positive reply has been given to me from both of the PO though I contacted with Suratgarh SO by telephone many times.
My said KVP has been maturod on 7/7/19 but I am failiure tpo receive those money till date, you can imagine Suratgarh is so so far from my home destination and I can't appear there physically.
Please help me for it's transfaretion to Contai HO as soon as possible.

I haven't received my cheque yet. It was booked on 05.07.2019 by sbi but still on 07.07.2019 it is showing as item booked itself. The post office of BNPL hub Anna road counter is not processing it or dispatching it further. It is one of the important document for my visa application and is really urgent for me to pay my fees on 08.07.2019. So I have to get it by tomorrow (08.07.2019) itself. I don't understand why this...

This is about indian speed post. An article bearing EP[protected]IN has been dispatch to me since 24th of june. I see that there is no movement while i checked through website if indian post. It was important was needed as soon as i receive the article. As a reason we use speed post. But till now i didnt received the article. Speed post is meaningless if we could not receive the items in time. Please do a need full thing. This is not only once but it is repeating again and again. Indian post is never reforming for their customers.
