Hello my rc email me that dispatched vide postal barcode No.CY[protected]IN, CY[protected]IN, please see the track record and contact to your concerned Post Office. This email recieved 1 and half month before after that I visited my nearest post office but there is no parcel delivered and my exam are starting from June 2023 and I don't have few books of my particular exam, and that is physics, computer and logistics books plus my practical books.
Please kindly help me with this matter

    Item dispatched from new delhi rs tmo but didnt received yet

    My parcel has been dispatched from NEW DELHI RS TMO on 18th may, 2023 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN.       Respected madam/Sir, number of time I have asked through RTI regarding my wife named Sunita Sharma age 59 years residence 1247 TYPE-II LAXMI BAI NAGAR, NEW DELHI-110023 used some documents for transferred My NBCC Flat B-045 NBCC FLAT, BHGAPAT UP, SAHARANPUR which is fake, all payment of above NBCC Flat done by me and said flat transferred to my wife name, proof of documents with me and court order is still pending, it is therefore requested kindly provide me information and documents copy at the earliest.         I sent a parcel from Muzaffarnagar city SO to Arakkonam, Tamilnadu but it is not delivered yet after 13 days. The status of the article is showing 'dispatched from New Delhi RS TMO'.
        I sent many parcels before and delivered in only 6-7 days but this one is not delivered.
        It is very urgent to deliver as it contains some emergency medicines.
        Please consider the problem. I hope you will take action as soon as possible.

              I posted a parcel to kerala from Delhi...even after 10 days, it hasn't reached the destination. Upon tracking, it's showing that, the parcel has been dispatched from RMS tmo Delhi, and there are no further updates after. I tried contacting the RS TMO office Delhi it's saying that the telephone number has been suspended from August. I tried the toll free, and it is also not working. It's been 10 days, without any further updates. The parcel contained important things which had to be delivered before June. Kindly do the necessary as soon as possible.

                I had gone to DumDum Post office to register a parcel from Kolkata to Assam, address for the post office is given below-

                I had two boxes to be delivered (approximately 11kgs and 8 kgs weight). I was charged Rs. 690 for which I opted Gpay payment. The PO official told me that the payment had failed online but my account showed that the amount was already debited. He told me that I'll receive the money within 2 to3 days and made me pay cash for the parcel.

                Today it has been over a week. No payment has been received/no refund has been made. I've the debit details with me and also the receipt of payment says that payment was made in cash.

                      Consignment no. RM[protected]IN
                      Status is showing 'item delivery confirmed' but it is not delivered to the receiver. It has been 3days it showing. I have ordered a parcel through amazon and the seller has sent it through post office from pune, to Pilkhuwa, UP. On 22/05/23 status is updated like 'item delivery confirmed' but I have not received the parcel.

                                I went to the post office to track my package, and they told me that the parcel has left India. But when I am tracking online it doesn't show any information that the parcel has left India. The parcel contains very important educational documents and needs to be delivered to the correct office in the USA. I am attaching a screenshot of tracking for more information. Please help me to find proper information about my parcel as India post is not helping in a proper way. Thank you.

                                    Consignment number EK[protected]IN was booked on 9/5/233 from Bannerghatta road post office Bangalore. Destination is Mumbai.
                                    In tracking it shows last update on 11/5/23. After that no updates on tracking site. I registered complaint on Indiapost online forum but no result.
                                    Today 16/5/23, in tracking site still showing last update on 11/5/23.
                                    Where is my parcel at moment? When it will be delivered?
                                    I use indiapost for past 3 years for my small business. Never face this kind of situation before. It is effecting my small business.
                                    Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.
