My speed post was not delivered stating insufficient address... My question is why they never called if they feel the address was wrong or insufficient... It's a speed post ryt then why they took it soo lightly.. It was urgent... Four telephone nos was provided in the parcel. I feel it's a case of negligence since saturday was a holiday and no one bothered to call and confirm the address

    Sir, i have an apy account in head post office sahibganj, jharkhand. That time, a staff did a mistake in filling contrubution amount.in apy account, update/correction can be made once in a year in april, but when i cantact the post office regarding update/correction, they are saying that even we do not know how to make change in contribution amount. So please help me to make changing in apy contribution amount.

      Hi Team,

      EM[protected]IN Tracking Number, Status is showing at Mumbai location since 8 days.

      It's very unfortunate to have such kind of worst service given after paying the required amount.

      Its second time That I have courier the same item because of delivery problem, this is second time I am facing delay issues.
      It's almost 2 months still the service is as it's that is very poor.
      Kindly do the needful to improve the service and delivere the courier at earliest.

        I have send two certificates to united kingdom through speed post from delhi post office on 02/04/2019

        When i try track my certificates with these consignment number since 03/04/2019 on wards showing item bagged only. Its not going to any other step. This certificates document not delivered there until now

        Same time i send another certificates from other location and this certificates was already reached there at the same location

              I have tracked my parcel through internet it shows out for delivery on 10/04/2019 on that day post master did not call me or he not visited my house address but on 2nd day 11/04/2019 i have tracked my parcel it shows return / onhold.
              Parcel is to important for me and he did, t call me to take your parcel

                Sir/ma'am,
                I had raised a grievance to ignou asking about the provisional degree and marksheet of my ignou course.
                The reply i got from ignou was (Enclosed in attachment) that it had been sent on 18.03.2019 with registered post no. Rd[protected]in.

                When i went to the indian post website to further investigate about my documents i found that my article was delivered on 20.03.2019.
                But it actually not delivered home.

                My complaint/grievance is that
                1. Where are my precious educational documents?
                2. What kind of service is it that even sensitive documents are not being taken cautiously?
                3. I need my every document delivered at my home as soon as possible.
                4. Strict action on the postman.?

                    My college has sent my ms degree transcripts to world educational services canada on 25th feb 2019 and it has been delivered to them till now. When i checked the latest status in the indiapost website, it is showing the status as "iteminsert into bag" and it was updated on 28th feb. I have contacted indiapost helpdesk several times and they were saying like this is the latest status and they are not aware of where the post currently is and also they have asked me to check with canadaposton this. But when checked with canadapost on this, they said that it is an international inbound post and they dont have any control over it and they are not aware of the current status as well.

                    I have called Indiapost and many times and they weren't able to track this from their side as well and they have asked me to check with Canadapost and they are also unable to track this. Even with 1924 no luck.

                    So I'm in no man's land.

                    Please help to resolve this issue ASAP.

                    but I'm not sure on how much days I need to wait still, Since it's been already 50+ days.

                                      I have posted my parcel by india post via tracking id no. Cd[protected]in on dated 20.03.2019 from ashok vihar delhi post office to maihar patna. Unfortunately 20 days has already been passed but the parcel has not yet reached its destination i. E maihar madhya pradesh till now. I've tried tracking from the internet but is not traceable and i also tried phone of maihar post office but the same is not connected.

                                      It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. Immediate action is necessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.
