Hi team,

This is to inform you that a speed post has been sent from gurgaon bpc on 20th feb 2019 and the bag has been received at nsh kolkata airport on 22nd feb 2019 still i haven't received my speedpost yet. I already visited the destination post office 5times however the post master informed the speedpost hasn't been reached there. So where is my post right now and why the tracking system got stuck. Please understand its a credit card which sbi has sent to me. Please look into this matter urgently as its been 10days now and i haven't received any reply from the previous complaints which i submitted.

में 128/341 3ए नवल विला H ब्लाक किदवई नगर कानपुर के पिछले 7 साल से निवासी हूँ, मेरे सभी सरकारी दस्तावेज, आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, कार की आर सी, स्कूटी की आर सी, सब कुछ इसी पते पर है, में एक प्राइवेट जॉब करता हूं और अपना घर खरीद सकू इतना सक्षम नही हु,
महोदय मेरे घर की डाक श्री राजेश तिवारी जी के द्वारा वितरित की जाती थी, वर्ष 2018 से पूर्व भी में सभी डाक वितरण करने वाले मित्रो को अपनी खुशी से होली दीवाली में जो बन पड़ता था सहयोग करता था, लेकिन वर्ष 2018 में महोदय ने मुझे प्रति डाक 50 रुपये की मांग रखी, मुझे यह अनुचित लगा, तो मैंने महोदय जी की शिकायत करदी, बस यही एक मुझसे भूल हो गई, उस दिन के बाद से आज तक मुझे एक डाक न मिल सकी, न ही मेरी संस्था के आवश्यक दस्तावेज जैसे पैन कार्ड, चेक बुक कभी भी मुझे मेरे पते पर दी गई, मैने फिर ऑनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज की

उसके बावजूद भी डाकिया के बर्ताव में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं हुआ, बल्कि अब वो और मुखर होकर बोले
की जो डाक विभाग कर सकता है कर ले
में तुम्हे डाक नही दूंगा
साथ ही श्रीमान जी ने भारत सरकार द्वारा जारी दस्तावेज को फर्जी करार दिया।

महोदय बात यहां तक सीमित नही है
सोचने का विषय की क्या हमारी सरकार इतनी कमज़ोर है कि दो दो बार शिकायत करने की बाद भी सरकारी कर्मचारी को उसके कर्तव्य का पालन नही करवा सकती।

साथ ही एक विशेष घटना जो बहुत है चिंताजनक विषय है
अवगत कराना चाहूंगा कि दिनांक 16 जनवरी 2019 को बैंक ऑफ बरोदा के द्वारा संस्था - संस्कार टेक्नोलॉजी इंस्टिट्यूट की चेक बुक बैंक द्वारा संस्था के पते 128/341, 3A, Naval Vila, H block, kidwai Nagar, Kanpur पर संस्था को चेक बुक भेजी गई परंतु वह चेक बुक संस्था को प्राप्त नहीं हुई जब संस्था ने उस चेक बुक के बारे में पता किया तो पता चला कि वह चेक बुक डिलीवर हो गई है लेकिन उस चेक बुक को डाकिया द्वारा संस्था में नहीं पहुंचाया गया साथ ही online status Yeh Hai batata hai ki cheque book डिलीवर हो चुकी है अब समस्या यह है कि संस्थान मैं लाखों रुपए का लेन-देन होता है एक मात्र माध्यम चेक बुक होती है मुझे चिंता है कि कहीं मेरी चेक बुक का डाकिया द्वारा गलत इस्तेमाल ना किया जाए और किसी अपराध को अंजाम ना दिया जाए अतः महोदय मेरी हाथ जोड़कर आपसे प्रार्थना है कि डाकिया पर तत्काल प्रभाव से कार्यवाही करते हुए, संस्था की चेक बुक जो उन्होंने किसी गलत अपराध को अंजाम देने के उद्देश्य से किसी को दे दी है या अपने पास रख रखी है उसको तत्काल प्रभाव से संस्था में अथवा बैंक को वापस करें।

I have sent a parcel from Haldwani HO to Bangalore, Bannerghatta Road HO. The parcel was sent on[protected] and I have received my parcel on[protected]. The docket number is - CV[protected]IN. I did not realize in the beginning that the parcel has one separate color tape on it but when i opened my parcel i did not found my content there and instead there was an another piece of cloth kept.

Please advise as i will be in loss of 4000 rs item which were sent in the parcel and all items are brand new. I need India post to do a investigation for this.

I have attached photo of the parcel slip and also the parcel and you will be able to see a different color tape on top of it.

I have sent a parcel from tambaram east post office (600059) to sahibganj (816109) on 20th february. Officials told me that it will reach within 3-4 days. But its 8 days now, parcel not received yet and there is no status update online after wards[protected]... I even dont know, it will be delivered or not.. Plz take this issue immediately. It a gift for my little niece for her birthday,, due to delay, she couldn;t receive it on her birthday.. And i am not sure if she will and when will receive her gift

Hello Sir/Madam,

I have sent invitation letter to my parents for visa purpose, on 11-Feb-2019. It is coming from Germany. The last update regarding my package was updated on 14-Feb-2019 and from there I have no updates regarding it. The tracking site of India post says the next office is Delhi international mail center and from 14-Feb-2019. I am looking for any further update.

I have tried calling helpline numbers and customer care numbers and as expected none of the customer care executives answered my call. Please help. Please help me as much soon as possible, because my parents Visa interview is on 04-Mar-2019 in Bangalore.

My parcel which is a returned fake ring has been retained by border agency for over 10 days now i’ve tried ringing i’ve emailed every address listed for contact for update. Hello, my package arrive from germany through dhl and then transfered to india post in new delhi has been stuck in dimc new delhi since 110002, since 21/1/19. It has been 35 days since any update has been posted. This product is supposed to be delivered in bangalore.

Hello sir. As my product is showing status of out of delivery from last 3 days but it has not yet delivered to me. This is not the first time happen. So many times ealier the same problem is faced by me. When i try to talk with the postmater they replied that its not possible for me to deliver single product to you location. Only when 2 or 3 days products of that location is cumulatate then the same will be deliver. Please do needful. My tracking number is em[protected]in.

Dear sir/madam,
My parents have shipped my international consignment cr[protected]in from gangapur city to south korea on 06/12/2018 by india post. After almost more than 80 days of shipment, consignment did not reach its destination. I should receive my parcel in korea, but i don't know why they ship my parcel to ph kochi and the last status of my parcel is same from last 75days (Item bagged to ph kochi), even till now it did reach kochi also.
I also put a complaint on india post portal online on 17/01/2019 ([protected]) that complain status also showing pending till now. Nevertheless, i emailed also the all of the india posts complain portals (Delhi, jaipur, facebook etc) about this issue but in a quite funny way just they send me back my complaint number and a link to track my parcel. Till now i think all of the food items my parents send me are damage, can india post provide me a refund of my losses.

Please help me in this matter.

International Registered Post was booked via India Post from Mumbai on 29 Jan 2019. attached is screenshot of India Post tracking system, no updates after 30 Jan 2019, when same was received at Mumbai Chhatrapati International Airport. Numerous calls to Customer Service or Toll free number is not answered and visit to GPO did not bear any results. USELESS Customer Support. It is now almost 24 days and NO NEWS or any UPDATES from India POST.

The online status says the item is delivered on 16th feb 2019 but i have not received it yet. It is suppose to be delivered by bellandur so (Bangalore).

The atm card was delivered on december 18, 2018. But still my village post man not returned to my home it has been 2 months. My parents asked the post man he is still saying not yet come.
