We have booked a parcel tracking no cd[protected]in on 17/11/18 from delhi to leh (Jammu and kashmir-194101) army area by india post but not received by the receiver. No update on site as well. Please help us regarding this. Some important document are there in the parcel.

The postman named Manish doesn't ever deliever our letters or speed post making some excuse that the address is not approached, , , , if given money he may only inform about the arrival of any received letter... Please do something on this matter, government gives salary to these people for nothing?

    sent an ATM parcel at my house but till now the ATM has not reached at my house; Amazon or any other site sent courier everything comes at same address but nothing comes from Indian posts at same address.

    I have been tracking my item for the past few days and it seems its not moving at all. My consignment ID is AN[protected]IN. This item is supposed to be delivered on 7th of February and today is 6th February already. I went to the post office and they said they didnt receive the parcel yet. Kindly Help please!

      There are 2 parcels I have ordered online one from Amazon USA and another item from a hobby company. There were received at Delhi Postal Depart on 30/01/2019 and 16/01/2019 respectively as per tracking provided. The tracking nos. are as follows:

      1) RX[protected]DE
      2) RU[protected]CH

      Why does it take so long when these item are send via India Post. Whereas in most other couriers services it does not take more that 1 week to deliver internationally.

      It has been 19 days since the bag has despatched to NSH Guwahati from NSH Agartala, but it has not been received. Please kindly look after the issue.

      Sir most humbly and respectfully said that my parcle of EF[protected]IN is not delivered why...kindly deliver my parcel. this parcel is 29/01/19 from patna to katihar. very bad service i never think. i am tracking before two days there is only show that your item is NSH barauni. when did it despatched from there.kindly deliver my parcel.

        As i am working as asst prof and my area of interest is chemistry. I have sent sample to noida but post office ludhiana is too late to deliver it cause big loss to my research work. As its too late n my sample got fungus n my two year hard work spoiled. It also cause big mental disturbence to me so please take strickt a tion against post office ludhiana

                    I ordered a small 5 inches mobile phone battery on aliexpress.com, it was sent to india but, it's not trackable rh[protected]tr on indian websites and not found at all. I have been eagerly waiting for the order to be delivered. I tried contacting many customs numbers but, i failed to contact.

                          My parcel. With tracking id ck[protected]in reached musheerabad po (In hyderabad) and is showing as delivered to the recipient. But the recipient has confirmedly not received it. The form for consumer complaints on the india post site does not pick up the recipient po even upon selecting from the list, and it's not possible to submit a complaint that way. The helpline says call the po, and it is very difficult to get a clear response from the musheerabad po via phone. Please help.

                            My product was received at post office on 06feb2019; however, still i have not received the same. The supplier has informed that the parcel was already received at po. The po is located at bellandur which is near to the address for delivery. But still i have not received any communication from them. I have been calling them multiple times from different numbers on alternate numbers but no one is picking up the call. On the tracking tool it says item "reason : addressee not available at time of delivery measure : item being held, addressee being notified" but its been 3 days no one has ever contacted me so far. Kindly you to kindly take immediate action appropriately..

                              Sir, as my speed post having consignment number"ed[protected]in" had been redirected to malviya nagar post office. So please stop it send the parcel to my home because i am not available here as well as noone is there to take it.
                              You can put my speed post in the dustbin because it become waste material for me. So please don't send to my home. I have no objection now and in the future. And my name was written on the speed post is ray g. Please it benefits both o[censored]s because it will save your time as well.
                              Please don't deliver it to the address written on it. Put the letter in the dustbin. Thank you

                                My driving license sent from rto office of gandhinagar, gujarat with consignment number - eg[protected]in not delivered for the last 7 days and from 01.02.2019 the status is showing as out for delivery. Called customer care and informed the issue. They were also not able to track the consignment or help me. Its been long i am waiting for delivery of the consignment. Kindly help.

                                    Shows dispatched to lucknow rms on 02 feb 19 by new delhi foreign post office and no tracking after 09 feb 19. A distance of 500 kms from new delhi to lucknow as not been covered in 7 days.. Complaint filed with indiapost no [protected]. No action on complaint files very poor and pathetic condition. This is happening regularly with indiapost. Nobody seems responsible. Govt - employees afterall

Shameful the way complaint being treated. no help

But post man gives the different different reason every time and send the parcel back to reliance. First time said that you are not available when i talk with the postman he said your society lifts are closed so i did not give the parcel. 2nd time he said i have no address our parcel have the insufficient address so i return your parcel
