I have bought an item from amazon which is sent via india post. While i track the consignment status it is received by my nearest po on 22/11/2018 but till now they did not make any delivery attempts.

The Institute of Company Secretaries Of India dispatched my parcel through speed post to Arjun garh Post office, New Delhi
On tracking the said parcel it shows that the parcel is received but i did not get any parcel from there till now although it was dispatched on 10.8.2018 and it showed "item received"

I have applied for atm card from my sbi bank homebranch in madhuban, delhi - 92. After a couple of weeks on 15 november, i got a text saying, your card has been dispatched. And when i didn't receive it at my home address, i tracked it by the speed post number mentioned in the text message then i found it has been reached nsh mumbai.
