Sir/ Madam,
The State Bank of India sent me a new emv chipped debit card via India Post (speed post no. EB[protected]IN) on 26 November, 2018 to the destination pin code 785681 (Addresse: Junmoni Begum) . The tracking result shows that it has been dispatched from Dibrugarh NSH on 8 December, 2018 at 21:06:25 and no further status updates are available in India Post website.
It is very disappointed that I have not received the speed post even after 26 days passed by. I have contacted the customer care service of NSH Delhi about status updates, they suggested me to register a complaint on their official website since they could not find any updates of the consignment. On the other hand, customer care service of NSH Mumbai didn't reply me.
However, the problem is that, an Addresse cannot file a complaint on India Post website, only a sender can register the complaint. Therefore, I could not find any other option instead of seeking your help to resolve this matter.

Updated by Junmoni Begum I am satisfied that NSH Mumbai has responded today and requested NSH Dibrugarh (the last known location) to enquire about the speed post. Now I am waiting for their reply.
