Hi Team,
In the past six months, I have been attempting to activate the IPPB mobile app at the Pullambadi Post Office in my vicinity. However, every time I inquire about it with the postman or staff, they inform me that the device is not operational and suggest that I check with another post office location. Unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response thus far.

It is currently challenging for me to pay my regular RD at the post office as I am working in a different location and cannot visit my usual post office. Therefore, I am faced with the task of searching for a new post office to make my payment.

        Consignment no - ET[protected]IN,

        We booked parcel to USA on 13 March 2023 from Maraimalai Nagar is now stuck at Delhi AP TMO since March 15th March 2023. No updates since then, Still not delivered, and No tracking information in tracking records .

        Please let me know the current status of my parcel? When will I get it delivered? Please help

        And also I registered the complaint in Indian post website but no response from them,
        I attached the tracking/ complaint documents for your reference.

                My package was paid extra to expidite the process as the package was very important and in need. Why do you guys charge for extra money when you can not commit on the getting it processed faster. I can understand the process of cuatoms but if it is a fast or expidited package I assume it is going to get processed quicker. Please help me get this package delivered faster.                   One of my packages has been stuck in Mumbai AP inland office and it is not moving since 10 days. It has reached the Mumbai office on[protected] and it is minor moving since then.
                  None of the India post offices are even able to do anything about it. My customer has been complaining and I’m not able to do anything about it. There is no means to reach the office too, their contact no is not working.

                  It’s such a loss to small business when this happens. How can India post be so irresponsible

                    I have a registered post from poland to india it is landed in delhi captal and sended to mumbai forigen post after reaching there its got strucked status is showing custom hold remarks is showing (AWAITING PRESENTATION TO BORDER AGENCY/S) what does it mean i dont know i have some documents which is urgent for me please help if there customs fee that i have to im ready to pay please resolve my issue this the tracking no(RR[protected]PL) please help asap

                      My parcel has been dispatched from CHENNAI CENTRAL RS TMO 1 on 25th January, 2023 and it should reach me by tomorrow but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN.                                   I got my package shipped from USA on March 18th to India through USPS priority mail express international service . On March 22, at 11:30 pm the tracking information showed that my package from departed from New York transfer airport. Since then, there is no status update or tracking information available on the website and I am desperately in need of my package . Please help
