Than I have made a complaint to post office and complaint no was [protected] and you have advise me that the mail has been delivered to SBI on 27/08/2018 by your Raipur HO. However again I have inquired SBI, they have denying reeving...

But till the time I have not found my article

I write to inform you that i had received a registered letter from the village officer, mararikkulam north village, mararikkulam north p. O., alappuzha district, kerala regarding a family dispute over a landed property, asking me to clarify my stand in the matter within fifteen days.

I had sent my reply to the said village officer through kochi mg road so on 13/08/2018 @14:37 hrs. The letter carries the rl no.[protected]in. Now it is over a month, and i have not yet received the acknowledgement back.in this context it may be noted that in case the dispute moves to a court of law, the acknowledgement would turn out to be an important piece of evidence. Hence it is requested that urgent action may kindly be taken at your end to ensure that i receive the acknowledgement at the earliest.

I have placed an order on 10th september and the item is at the ludhiana h. O. The status is "item booked". But after 7 days it is still at the same location and not shipped yet. When i tried calling them they do not answer the call. Even the toll free number of the india post does not give any response. I live in hyderabad and cannot go to ludhiana an d approach this directly. Please resolve this issue.

Dear sir,
I was sent an article by speed post from ahmedabad, gujarat to sakinaka s. O., it takes 2-3 working day to reach at destination, but article has not been deliver to the destination after 6 days. Also very poor response provided by the post office employee, customer care number not working, delaying in deliver of article, status of article not updated properly.

I suggest tat please improve all the specify services as per money given by the customer.
Please take an action regarding the same.

My registered parcel ca[protected]in with india post was booked from kacheguda s. O. On 20th august 2018, for gurgaon h. O., but it has not been delivered yet even after 1 month.

Even the status of the parcel has not been updated online since 31st august. I have raised 2 complaints since then ([protected] and [protected]) but both are in pending status and issue is still not resolved.

I ordered a product for my baby in amazon. Ordered product name is adriel 8-piece gerber hosiery soft cotton newborn face towels (Multicolour). The seller name is prince and princess. Parcels were sent by gopikrishna warrier, f 10, mohana apartments, 96, arcot road virugambakkam chennai 600083 to rajeswary warrier, kongattil house, poly junction, triprayar, valapad post 680567. Complaints registered also not able to track.

It has been more than 5 days since the bag was dispatched from palam tmo to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. I apply about my parcel with the tracking number ru[protected]in from india to russia, which is not tracked in the system since 17.07.
To date (14.09.2018) the status "receive item from customer" does not change.in addition, another departure intended for me, with tracking number ru[protected]in, also does not change the status "receive item from customer" since 24.08. Both parcels were sent from gomtinagar post
Office 226010. I can not reach the gomtinagar so and lucknow gpo? Because i'm in russia. I've sent a lot of e-mails to lucknow gpo, but it doesn't work.
I kindly ask you again to clarify the situation. Are these parcels lost, stolen or delayed? Please send them to me immediately!!! Please reply to me and explain the reasons for that situation.

On[protected] i had booked a very important letter at gpo, bareilly, pin 243001, vide no. Eu[protected], for delivery to hyderabad, pin 500032, i was given the assurance that the letter would be delivered by[protected] to the addressee. Subsequently i tried to track the document through the speed post site but to no avail as the site was not giving any information beyond palam tmo where the letter had reached on[protected]. On contacting the toll free no,[protected] of the speed post dept, i did not get any information on the status of delivery of my letter to the addressee. On the contrary i was given a complaint number, [protected], dated[protected] in response to my query and was asked to contact the speed post complaint tracking site. I have been doing this since then but have not obtained any redressal to my complaint. I even met the personnel at gpo, bareilly who too are unable to help. I have tried to mail to other postal depts too but the mails to them are bouncing with the reply, "delivery failed". Hence your assitance required on giving me the information that my letter has been delivered on[protected] to the addressee. Thank you. Regards

This is Hari Sikharam, i received delivery from where exactly i am unsure, temporary post (Tsunduru, 522318, Mr Gopi) man told me that i recieved a courier on 12/09/18, which i supposed to 5000 /- customs, i requested him for the information from where i received, before that he mentioned they are planned to return that my courier back to the seller. When i asked the reason, he replied that as there is customs charge 5000 Rs it is a waste of money due to that they decided to return back. i have few questions
1. There is no time for delivering that letters/couriers - they simply go to the post office and pick the letters to deliver whenever they find time after completion of their personal
1a. Who are they to take decision to return my courier back to the seller without receiving confirmation from me
2. The person who suppose to work in post service, she is working in different brach due to that reason Tsundur branch has postman post empty, due to that they recruited private man who is not working according to timely manner
3. They are not at all informing to the customer on time about the letter/couriers etc - if there is an emergency what is going to happen, is post service going to take the responsibility of it
4. Postal service recruited a postman to work in Tsunduru brach but they are in long leave at the same time they are working in different brach which is very close to their home address - at the same they are paying some from their wages to this private post man

5. the private post man is saying us that we need to go the post office to pick our courier but when we go to the post office on 14/09/18 at 09.30 am, the lady officer in Tsundur branch is saying that we need to wait for post man to pick our post or parcel/courier
It is so frustrating with the ### customer service providing by these people showing irresponsibility toward to their job

it is so frustrating as they are not delivering the service at all . I would request you to look into this matter in serious way

I have couriered a Rakshabandhan gift to my sister through Indian Speed Post on 5th sep 2018. From Pune to Nagaon(Assam). But till date not received my gift to sister and also no responses from Post office.
