My parcel from uk has been retained by customs for an unspecified reason since 18/08/18. The tracking number is rs[protected]gb.

Kindly do the needful to get the package cleared.

It has been a long time since the parcel is now retained by customs, so please help me get the parcel cleared asap. I hope something will be done in this regard asap.

I have sent one-speed post on 21st Aug 2018 but till now it is not delivered. The destination was just in another district within Sikkim only. It contained some important official document in original. I thought it would be delivered safely through the Indian Post but till now it is not delivered. The document in the letter should have reached on or before 28th Aug 2018. So do kindly follow up the missing consignment at the earliest.

The above mentioned parcel from indonesia was received by palam vihar gurgaon sub post office last week. The post office returned the packet without attempting a delivery. When contacted i was told that they usually return packet addressed to my locality as they are short of delivery men.
The gurgaon ems office is not able to tell the current location of the parcel.
The parcel has some important article and i need it urgently.
Please help.

I had sent the letter by ordinary post to the address:dg-2, 262-c, vikaspuri-new delhi from lakshmangarh on 21st of august, 2018. Its been more than 10 days and the letter has not arrived at the above address.
I feel so desperate that my letter did not reach my brother on the day of rakhi. It is so sad that india post is no longer taking care of my letters. I do not know what's wrong, but kindly sort out this issue.

When i called up lakshmangarh post office, there was no positive response from the side. They said they had already dispatched the letter from their office and that it should reach delhi within 4 days. They asked me to file a complaint and they hanged up the phone. I am so ashamed of the poor services offered by our government. They cannot even take care of a letter. I had posted the letter for the first time in my life with lots of high hopes.

The letter envelope had a rakhi enclosed in it. It is so bad to realize that india post is extremely careless.
The distance between lakshmangarh and new delhi is only 300 kms, and still it did not reach to my brother's address.

TRIMURTHULU, from PEDAVALASALA, TALLAREVU MANDAL, Gadimoga panchayiti, EAST GODAVARI DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH, postman who is working as a postmaster(RAVI KUMAR) of GADIMOGA PANCHAYITI, he don't have a seriousness on his work, my DEBIT CARD has been issued on 06/08/2018 from my SBI BANK, finally I got on 31/08/2018, after enquired from myself in TALLAREVU Post office.
I noticed that even this guy hadn't seen the list of posts. My concern is, if it is important documents like hall tickets or appointment letters who will be the responsibility.
Kindly take my words as a serious and do needful.

I would like to inform you that my consigment no eq[protected]in, booked at s. J. Shorting on[protected] to my address.. My address is arifuddin ahmed raju, bill & p. O : dampur, c/ i : late allauddin ahmed, pub nowapara, near bsnl tower, pin code : 781102. My consigment received at hajo s. O on[protected] and show out for delivery since[protected] to till now.. But postman has not deliver my parcel now... I have shopping the parcel through paytm mall. Plz kindly attention on this matter fastly, why my parcel is not delivered till now?

The receiver still not received the courier with in prescribed date and the people at post office told lie to me that it will take 7 to 8 days but it had taken more then 28 days and still not delivered to the receiver the people at the post office niti are also not good they don't behave like humans they are so rude an egoistic i didn't satisfied with their service it has given me a lot of trouble because the post which i send it to saudi arabia it contains legal documents which is compulsory to reach there in the prescribed time but it didn't reach and had taken so much time so much bad service of india post this all happened due to that post office person who are giving their service there they don't share each and every detail with the consumers

Sir, i have sent an registered letter addressed to pao (Or) asc sup bangalore-07 through registered by post on 23 feb 2018. The rl no is[protected]in dated 23 feb 2018. However, the receiving agency ie pao (Or) asc sup bangalore-07 declined that they have not received the letter till date.

You are requested to trace out whether the registered letter has been delivered in the correct address and also fwd a copy of receiver's signature and date of receipt.

Sir, this consignment started from vallabhnagar so (Indore), to izzatnagar, pin 243122, in bareilly district o[censored]ttar pradesh, on 17/08/2018 at 10:20:16 hrs. I have not received it till this time today. On tracking it is only showing "item bagged to indore rms (Crc), on 17/08/2018, 12:30:26 hrs. Please trace it make the delivery possible to me. Please take necessary action. Thanks.

So The Amount was not delivery to our address. But somebody signed and the amount. So please check it and contact this no: [protected]

In this regard I want to draw your attention that I have booked my article on 18/8/2018 and when arrival was not delivered on or before 26/8/2018 (rakshabandhan ) I tried to know the cause of not delivery by the incharge of POST OFFICE AT ADITYA COMPLEX AT YAMUNA VIHAR, C BLOCK, DELHI-53, He said I that it is not a fault of him or his employ.
But as per the message given by you it seems that the article booked by me on 18/8/2018 was dispatched by the concern post office on 25/8/2018, which is hearted the religious and emotional beliefs of me and my family.on the same date. At same time one more article booked by me to the address of IIT GUWAHATI..which was again delivered late after my questioning to the incharge of the post office.
So you are to register my complaint and inform the action taken report to me so that if you fail to do so I can register the case to the consumer court.

It has been more than 3 days since the bag was despatched from NSH NEW DELHI to NEW DELHI RS TMO. But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Item No is AT[protected]IN.

The speed post server is down and hence i cannot collect my parcel.
They are so shameless that they are telling me the same thing past 2 days.
And this is the head office of speed post ahmednagar.

The least they can do is to sort it manually.
Also when i went there again today they are going to have some sort of protest in the city of ahmednagar hence they won't be able to provide my package.

I had booked a box parcel through docket no. Cu[protected]in dt.09/07/2018 from mahoba (U. P.) post office to jabalpur (M. P.). Traking site shows that this parcel reached at g. P. O. Lucknow on 18/07/2018 & is still there. Please send this parcel to receiver at jabalpur. Please also tell me the cause of delay. If there is negligency, please punish the cocerning person. Tarun choudary, centre for sight eye hospital, b - 5/24, safdarjung enclave, opposite deer park, new delhi - 110029 for academic purpose which didn't reach the destination and i have got a call from the superiors informing the deadline for the same. Kindly make it happen to deliver it to the required address as soon as possible as it has an important role in my career

I received my parcel on 29 august 2018. The cartoon box inside was thorn from upside and they took my cloths and snacks. Only torn plastic cover was their were my clothes was packed. And the cloth which covered my cartoon box was stiched by green thread as my husband stiched that with white thread they eat my chocolate and put the empty packet inside the box.. How disgusting... While sending that parcel weight 5.3kg n when i received it was only 300gram. 1 clth n 1 snacks was there... What is the necessary to open and see ones parcel which is not related to that stupid staffs? So be careful everyone better to send parcel from private. This indian post staffs are thieves.. Being an government employee they don't know how to help the public's.. Doing as if they are the one in this world... They will take all your valuable items even your bra and panty... So be carefull...

Consignment no. Is ea[protected]in send by nsdl mumbai which contained in my pan card in name of devendra kumar lodhi, vill. Muhammadpur badhera, district - aligarh, post - lohagarh, up pin -2022281 has not reached my home, though tracking system of indian post is showing the consignment to be delivered at local post office at lohagarh, when asked about the event post master said that the consignment has not reached him,
