Consignment no. Is ea[protected]in send by nsdl mumbai which contained in my pan card in name of devendra kumar lodhi, vill. Muhammadpur badhera, district - aligarh, post - lohagarh, up pin -2022281 has not reached my home, though tracking system of indian post is showing the consignment to be delivered at local post office at lohagarh, when asked about the event post master said that the consignment has not reached him,

I ordered a wireless headphones from AliExpress and parcel orginating from Singapore. The headphones was taken and instead it was stuffed with thick wads of torn and folded magazine. I am sure it is the India post without doubt because the magazine in the parcel was "the journal of obstetrics and gynecology of India, (July-August 2018)

The cost of the parcel is not much but such kind of action should not be condoned given the numbers of such robbery. We are paying for these services and the are getting paid to see that our purchases reach us safe and sound but instead these employees are robbing us. An example should be made to stop these outrageous acts.

What is meaning to reach after that. Speed post reached in 4 days any where in india.. Please take action against concern person other wise i will go in consumer court and file in...

I m harsh pathak. I had booked a consigment of a cell phone vide consignments number cs[protected]in and send it on 18aug2018 to bhopal from guwahati. The packet contained a mobile handset of samsung company. The empty packet was delivered on 25 aug 2018 and mobile was missing. Request look into the matter. Credibility of indian postal service is at stake.

Jise mai reopening karwana chahta hu lekin gola office ke postmaster kuch din tak bola haa haa ho jayega 2mahina ke bad bol diya ki ramgarh se ho ga. Ramgarh ane ke bad ramgarh ke postmaster bola yaha se nahi hoga gola jao. Isprakar se mai kabhi gola to kabhi ramgarh. Ana jana laga hai par koi nahi sunta.

When i enquired the addressee over phone they have informed that they have not received the cover since they have shifted their office to s r nagar, bangalure 560027recently. I have not received the acknowledgement card also till date, reg post no rt[protected]in please find out the whereabout of my regd. Post and inform me immediately.

I booked the rakhi on 18 aug 2018 from nagpur to kotdwara courier number is em[protected]in and on 23 aug 2018 online tracking was not updated when i checked with the toll number they updated me need to contact local post office and on 23 aug 2018 reached at kotdwara ho post office and on 24 aug 2018 it was fake updated that item delivery attempted door locked-intimation served actually it was booked for the shop and it is opened till 9:00 pm. Hopeless service is of india post need to be done the privatized after that they will understand the importance of customer sentiments till time they not delivered the consignment even though the number mentioned on their website is not connected.

Sir iam shantanu sharma from babugarh chawni distt hapur 245201 i apply for a debit card from my branch babugarh chawni with full address but unfortunately our area postman did not make any attemp to deliver it and returned it back and i am facing many problems due to this irresponsive behaviour of our postman kindly please take a strict action against him thank you..

We are writing to you after many times issue with subjected post office 335512.

Matter is that We requested for parsal for an item(4kg cloths) in Subjected post office .But they rejected and replied that parsal is not possible here.this is 3rd time and this has happened 2 times in past that they not parsal the items.Why?

We know that parsal of an item is possible and many parsal has been sent in past from post office of sadul shahar 335062 which is a town post office. Subjected post office is in district then why parsal not possible there?

This is poor service and fun with customers.

Please look into this matter so that any one can not suffer like this in future.

Dear sir,
I have a serious complaint of your post office services for sending rakhi at mukherjee nagar po. On 8th august, i went to the po and asked the normal days of delivery of rakhi by ordinary post. The concerned person told me that in indian state, the post will reach within a week or 10 days maximum. And the ordinary post to newzealand will reach by over 10 days or 2 weeks. Then i asked the amount and dropped the rakhis enevelops (One for newzealand & another for dehradun.) in the letter box at mukherjee nagar, delhi. But the rakhis have not yet received to the recepients till today, so i am writing this mail to you to take necessary action regarding this as nobody can trust your services in future. What is the use of this facility if you cannot send the rakhis on time? If this is usual for you people then why do the po employees misguide customers? They should tell us the correct date of delivery or what is good for the customers. If i were told or i knew before hand that it will not reach within the given timeframe, then i would have sent rakhis by speedpost. Please sir, expediate your services and look into the matter and tell me the reason for it.

Sir, this is the sixth case of missing/theft of parcel no. Cd[protected]in dt. 18.08.2018 by post office. Most careless and corrupted department. Already five consigment has been lost my post office which value is around rs.2 lakh and as compensation only rs.100 is given which we have not taken. No body wants to take responsibility for this type of theft happening daily. This is a huge lose to nation. You are requested to take immediate step against the culprit and deliver the parcel to consignee immediately. This is a govt. Consignment and this is sixth case of theft happening with us. I will write to ministry for this type of theft by postal department. Already five consignment has been lost by post office and no compensation so far has been given to us. Please do the needful.

I had booked my parcel from carmelaram post office to salem on 23.08.2018. It has reach salem po on 27082018. Head post master is denying to deliver it my home and continuously calling me and asking to come and collect. Reference consignment no ck[protected]in. Even though i tried explaining him that, there are no fragile items, he claims he can't be responsible for delivering them. I asked him for written statement but he refuses that.

Current status tracking shows speed post item lying in new delhi post office as on 25.8.18.
Complain is rakhi not delivered by india post and shows very unprofessional attitude of india post.

But today is 25th august, still i not got my consignment. After going local post office d. K mohan garden, they told me about consignment, you will receive it on monday,
I want to know how many maximum day to deliver in speed post 5 days, 7 days or 8 days. If 8 days than my consignment have to deliver on 24th of august.
This is parcel of rakhi, if i got after raksha bandhan, then what i do that.
Plz help me otherwise i'll file a case against india post and as well local post office employee

Above registered post reference no - ru[protected]in booked on dated[protected] najibabad (Pin code-246763) to shahjahanpur (Pin code-242001). But till date my post not delivered in sufficient address.
I am tracking my post in online www.indiapost.gov.in, but there are showing tracking status item delivery attempted insufficient address.
But i give proper address in my registered post.

So please delivered it post hurry because tomorrow is raksha bandhan festival

The postman of jaunpur called me at jaunpur post office (Near collectorat and jail) and refuse to deliver the article (Speed post no. - ef[protected]in) even i have produced id proof (Driving license/bank's id proof). He was frequently asking me about nebouring house owner name as he didn't identity the address. I have told him that i am completely new at this place and don't know the area and working in bank of baroda, badlapur, jaunpur. I also urged him to deliver the article at the address written over envelope but he has started to demoralize and abusing me in front of post office staff and people as i don't know area. Many of other people present there told him that the person is new at this place and deliver the article by taking i'd proof but at last he is asking my aadhar card. Please note that the postman has called me as my phone number written over envelope.

I have tried to approach the postmaster but the persons denied to meet him. Hence i request you kindly advise me that if a person is residing in india at the place outside to domicile will not be able to send/recieve parcel through post office. The postman has misbehaved me badly and i request you kindly take appropriate action.
