I am a Post Office Agent in Post Office, shamli. My login id is DOP.MI[protected] but when i try to login at www.dopagent.indiapost.gov.in with my login Id and Password, it shows unsuccessful attempts. After 5 unsuccessfull attempts the id gets locked and a message appears to contact the branch. I am sure the password i am using is correct but still the account gets locked. Also there is no option to reset the password. I contacted the Post office, shamli regarding my problem of login, but they are not providing any positive response to my problem. They assured me that they will file a complaint regarding my problem, but it has been 19 days there is no response from the post office. I need to file a LOT amount of my customers but i am unable to do this because of the problem in my ID.I tried contacting the branch again for the problem, but there response was not satisfying as if they were ignoring my problem. They even don't provide any way of how the problem will be solved. Instead of sorting out the problem they misbehave with me. I am very much disappointed with the behaviour of the staff in the post office. Please solve the login problem in my DOP ID as soon as possible, as there is penalty of late LOT amount. Also do ask the employees of the Post office to deal softly with the public.
