My Speed Post tracking Number EV[protected]IN . I have posted it on 16th July 2018 to New Delhi, 110042. It contains very urgent papers which are need to be delivered soon that's why I have opted for speed post. But now on tracking it shows that the parcel has reached Jaipur but it was to be delivered to New Delhi, 110042. After 19th July they are not showing the tracking status.I have also contacted Customer care support but they also didn't helped me in this regard. Please kindly work on this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    The efforts of removing encroachments seems symbolic only as other than buildings etc there is hardly any foot path left for walk of pedestrians e. G from karino market upto and upto Ary Samajh college on both sides the shop keepers, khoka walas etc have done so much encroachments with material and sign boards that hardly any space is left.
    Even from health point of view one furniture shop near New Golden Taliors have covered whole foot oath, side road area with almirah s etc and he is doing painting of the stuff which is dangerous for eatables and breathing. There are many like that.
    Majority of shops have covered whole parking and footpaths.
    Same way Katra jaimal Singh Stat Bank of India on is using footpath as parking area. These are many examples i think commissioner is not informed about these.
    And iam information that you . Apke mehkme ke bandey roj aa kr samh ko New Golden Taliors per Drinks karte hai Aur Logo see hafta wasul karte hai jisme Punjab Police and press ke bi logh hote hai enke Maine bandey New Golden Taliors Inder pal Singh happy, Raju pardan Mca Officer Susant batiya, Vijay Kumar, Nisahn Singh, etc.ye enka roj ka kaam hai enke khilaf koi bee complete nhi leta ye Sara sar logo par gundaa gardi karte hai.

      I have 3 RDs belonging to me and family at Meenedathur post office coming under Tanalur branch, in malappuram dist.kerala circle.Pin 676307.
      During May 2018 due to staff strike the above offices were locked and closed between 2nd week to end of month.I tried to remit due instalment but failed.
      In the month of June when I approached the authority, they said that I have to pay fine of Rs.50, (Rs.5000 was instalment)towards defaulted payment.
      Is this reasonable?I may be exempted from fine.

The money was not given to us by our dhobi (who is not authorised). the money order doesnot contain any information regarding its source or sender's detail. since morning I am trying to reach the postal department but either they are giving me another no to call or they are not picking up the call.

          EMOPNR No:[protected] not received by receiver and also not returned to the sender too which was booked on 2nd july 2018. No response from postal staff saying always internet problem. But internet is correct only. please trace the postal branch where malpractise has happened. sufficient information provided. from emopnr no. itself could be traced easily. please track and trace and handover immediately. nearly 1 month have gone.

            I have recently applied for PAN card for my elder sister and it was done but the PAN was sent via post to the given address but at that addresse I have not received my pan card and it is showing in Post tracking website that it was delivered on 3July, 2018. My consignment no is EA[protected]IN. And it is not received till yet. I have attached the tracking details.

              The parcel was registered on 16.07.2018.. but status of tracking number is still showing as dispatched to Pune on 17.07.2018..there is no update after that..As per the information available In the website maximum transit time is 5 days ... But there is no updation of the parcel... kindly update and let me know why it is getting delayed..

                I used to feel proud about the India post services. But the two incidents on two consecutive days at Post Office, Laitumkhrah, Shillong, Meghalaya have totally undermined these feelings once and forever.

                In these two days, I learnt that they don’t care about people’s time, energy and even their dignity. Of course, the service that they provide it seems to be their mercy on us which is totally dependent on their own set of presumptions. I faced these incidents and I would elaborate my experience here.

                On 18 July 2018 (Yesterday), I reached the counter and found it to be closed. The person told me it was closed while pointing towards the wall clock which showed a little ahead of 3:00 PM. But I was sure that I have reached before 3:00 PM. I checked my clock and then check Indian Standard Time on Internet. It was still 2:57 PM. I showed it to him but he denied stating that “I won’t do it. We don’t know about Indian Standard Time whatever it is. We only follow this clock. Go talk to Postmaster or come tomorrow.” I was annoyed by the way I was dealt but left saying that let your clock show 3:00 PM in morning itself; anyway, you don’t care whatever IST says. I really didn’t expect him to value those 3 minutes of his undone duty and next 24 hours of customer’s time. It wasn’t any problem for him whether it was sent today, tomorrow or never. I left.

                Today (19 July 2018), I went again. This time counter was open. He looked at the package and refused to send it by speed post. For the record, the parcel was well wrapped and done in the best way it could be. I can bet that it was packed so good that it could survive harshest weather conditions. But he told to remove all the coverings and then pack it with cotton cloth and wax. When asked for the reason he talked to postmaster and she called us. She told us that she won’t accept it as it might get lost. We were shocked! She went on to say that go and post it from GPO. This came to us at even more surprise. What can be deduced from these two statements? Only two things: Either the post would get lost between this post office (Laitumkhrah) and GPO which is just 2 KM apart or She simply didn’t want to do it and was telling us to leave. I didn’t want to simply leave. So, I asked her to show where such rules are written. Her exact reply was “Go damn with the rules. Go Ask the Postmaster General about the rules.”

                Meanwhile, the man on the table in front of her bellowed me to go saying Go, go, go… as if I were a street dog that has entered a sanctum. I felt humiliated and hurt. I left.

                Thereafter, I went to GPO and sent that package.

                But, this rude incident kept on whirling in my mind. On the way back, I went to that person and said “Sir you should not have treated me this way.” He ignored. I stood there and he kept on walking here and there. After few moments I was beginning to say something but he said “I have no time”. But what it felt was “Go do whatever you can do, I don’t care”.

                I left and with no choice I am narrating it here. This is not the way in which one of the largest and oldest organizations in the country serves the people. I am deeply saddened and aggravated by such mean service ethos that I experienced.

                  I had booked a Speed Post ( Consignment Number- CU[protected]IN ) at Post Office Noida Sec- 16 on 10th July 2018, and it's been nine days my post is not yet delivered. When I am trying to track the consignment on the India Post official website, there is no update after 12th July 2018 which shows Bag Despatched to Kamasin.                           Sir, Postman didn't giving my speed post (passport).

                          Last time also he wasn't give my pancard then I complained against him to his senior, so I think he's getting personal. He will return the post. His behavior is very rude. When i go to post office and aslo show him my I'd (Aadhar card) then he said I will deliver your post to your home. Now today 2 days. My passport has not delivered till now. Please sir help me.

                          today postman came to my home and Delivered that passport. But Sir i request to you please take action against him for his behavior and Late delivery. Thank you.
                          My PLI policy No. APS-787933 was matured on 04 Jul 2018 and the same was deposited with Senior Post Master, Jewel Jammu on 06 Jul 2018. Request intimate date of payment.
                          My persol begged Bangalore to dispatched mayurbhanj and my peroul stocks in cuttack he don't dispatched with my peroul
                          I have booked one parcel on 13 July 2018 (EK[protected]IN). The status of the same has been updated till it reached NEW DELHI RS TMO by PALAM TMO on 14 July 2018. Afterwards no update has been made. Kindly update the status of my parcel

                              Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                              I had sent money order Rs. 2000/- through India Post Office from Nie Campus, New Delhi-110016 to my mother on dated- 10/07/2018 with the eMOPNR NO:[protected]. But till the date after 6 days this amount has not reached to the addressee Ms. Kalpalata Behera, Lemalo, Cuttack, Odisha- 754293. Kindly arrange & take immediate action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              I am sending email continuously from date 13/07/2018 to these email id(Cuttack City DO, CPMG Orissa Circle,
                              "[protected]@gmail.com",
                              "[protected]@indiapost.gov.in" ) but till date i am not geting any reply from that side.

                              Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                Today I went to your above office for sending one envelop throgh speed post at around 2.15pm.one lady sitting on counter told me wait, I waited till 3..00pm then I again requested will you please accept my consignment for speed post, she turned deaf ear, I again very politely requested for the same this time she very roudly replied "dikh ta nahi hai mera password nahi chal raha hai" and she left the seat.I went to her superior mr.PRAKASH SAVDE(as told by him) for doing the needful but he in very tone said "when you have been told by counter clerk that her password is not working why you came to me"I said, that means my speed post will not be done today, his answer was YES.
                                If things would go like this and not arrest timely, the already ailing p&t will further deteriorate.my sincere request to take stern action against such employees.
                                HERE I WOULD LIKE To MENTION THAT THERE IS COMPULSION OF SENDING ITR-V BY INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT THROUGH speed post ONLY SO I WENT TO POST OFFICE, had there be no such compulsion I would never be there.

Get pension from the government every month 1400/- RS This duty post brings its to my house and give me the pension money and he demands me to give him Rs. 50/-each time he give me the pension amount sir this is to much we can give him money every time like this so I need so action on this please sir I. M a handicapped person live on pension money in that I have to give the post man money what will remain for me and if we don't give him he is scolding me with bad word and tell you don't have respect I bring your pension to your door step and you cannot give me Rs50/- sir I. M really very upset about this situation please me sir I hope you understand my situation thank you

                                      From last 6 month, we did't receive any our shipment/ docket due to that we face lot of issue its happened because of your Post office staff and postmaster regularities and Misbehavior.

                                      I already complaint you about they ask for bribe every time at home when they come to deliver, In that we got mail and phone call from post office officer and they ensure me that "its not happened again, will communicate to staff and BV college Branch", but since that time anything is happened, after that your staff & branch decided to not delivered any of the docket/shipment because of that complaint. after that there are lot of my shipment return due to these created problem by post office, they mansion "house is close", bla bla..

                                      When I visited last time at BV college Branch office, I met with Post Master and Post office delivery staff, they told me that I do not mess with your courier. "mai aapka docket deliver nahi karuga, jo karna hai karlo, aapne mera complaint kiya tha firse kar do." from my side this is very serious issue you must have to take a serious action.
                                      How public servant do like that?
                                      How and when such kind of system will change and accept that such kind of govt office is only for public work?
                                      I visited two to three time at post office branch to receive my docket directly from branch office but They always said that system is not working and all some of the staff enjoying in the office. Also, their attitude are so reluctance like they are they are owner and public are salve.

                                      Recent situation: There are two docket pending at BV College, docket no mention below, we also face same issue with this docket.

Otherwise we move forward to consumer forum for compensation claim from department, file criminal writ in Patna high court for how public servant not full file your job. and FIR for taking bribe & harassment from department.

                                        Ithas been more than 2 days since the bag was despatched from BNPL SP Hub I.G.I AIRPORT DELHI to NEW DELHI RS TMO .But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked.
