I was visited to the post office today and 5 times before this time i was trying to register a complaint and i was requested to the post master to register a complaint but didn't register he misbehaving with us.
I was book consignment on 3rd of april from garhwa (822114) to bokaro still city (827012).
With consignment no ej[protected]in.

Respected sir, my self satwinder singh r/o house no 263 and today postmaster of batala post office not delivered my letter delibrately and also ask for bribe of 100 rs to deliver it. Previouslyhe also done same. I call him but he not come back. I also called on post office no batala today at 1:50 pm but there also same attitude. Kindly take suitable action against them. Otberwise i will file my case against them

For every letter when he has given post to me and collected 120 rupees and for normal posts taking 20 rupees for every person in my village. Weekly i'll get a letter, for that weekly posts also he was taking money on that post. Can you please take an action.

I am not able to track my consignment instead am using my consignment number. It only shows the timing and date of booking but didnt show the shipping details so how could i came to know that whether my parcel reached or not. I have speed post my parcel. On 7 june from near by post office ie bhilwara (Raj.) and that parcel. Is not deliver yet to gurgaon (Haryana) and no tracking information i am having so it is a request from. My side to take action againt it an plz deleiver my parcel as could as possible.

I sent a speed post from bhauri, bhopal on 4th of june to my home address lakhimpur-kheri. The package arrived at the kheri post office on 8th june. But after that instead of delivering the same at the mentioned address, it was been forwarded to some other district as per the trading records. My family members enquired about the package at the railway post office and mentioned their complaint on 9th of june. However, the package has not yet been sent back to the kheri headquarters. I request you to please look into the matter and get it delivered as soon as possible. I am enclosing the tracking slip herewith.

I am living in tarwala nagar, swastik nagar, very near to meri post office. Still the postman of meri post office, dindori road is always not delivered the mails (Posts) to this area... As im facing this problem number of times... On 5th of june the parcel is received in meri post office but till today i haven't got.. As this parcel is very important and confidential.. The person never stay in his place. This is happened with me forth time... Last two times when my medicines are arrived, my driving license is arrived, driving licence of my wife, and today my important documents. Even every time i am taking half day leave from my organization for collecting the parcel... Sir, please stop all these things and take the strict necessory action...

I am hoping positively... Or if the problem persist, i assumed that you are also in the same category...

I am unable to check the status of my speed post which is sent from danapur post office-801503 by india post. I had sent it to mumbai -400052 on 7th june 2018. And expecting date for getting delivery is today i. E.9th june 2018 but yet not delivered. My consignment number is ef[protected]in. Please check the status where is it now and sms me or mail me as soon as possible.

An important government document was mailed from rudrapragay, uttrakand to chennai, tamilnadu on 5, june, 2018 in a registered mail through india post.

When i try to track the mail i keep on hitting into either "unable to get consignment details, please try after sometime!!!" or "consignment details not found"

Is there a way to track the package as it is an important package?

I am Dipali Pandit, 72 years old medically sick lady (unable to walk alone) belong to small village of Dignagar (Pin741401) SB Account holder in Dignagar Post office.
I was invest in Indian postal MIS scheme in March 2013 and interest was put as Auto RD . After maturity we try to put another two MIS and two Auto RD open from my family other member account (. All paper we ready and several days me and my son visited in our Dignager Post Office but still unable to finish our jobs finish.
My son working outside the state and two times he ( 15days +15days) take vacation and came here to finish those works which still not done s .
As my observation that Post Office staffs are not interested to work or they create an system when link come only agent work can be done and post office location in first floor where need to used only very straight stair which used by like us medical patient/old aged customer daily are very hard. Post office staff harassing to me (customer) while they called me two time for witnessing my cheque back side signature in same one policy maturity documents
My son visited more than 20 days in our post office always see link failure, While customer need any MIS/ RD or any saving scheme get link failure but agent are keeping their documents which are doing after 3PM is proving agent –staff have setting in %

Complaint: not received the parcel. Its about 1 and half month since and still doesn't no the status of the parcel, no update in the india post and parcel force uk website, called several times to parcel force in united kingdom. No proper response. Please help me get the parcel and let me know the status. I need my parcel.

I had sent a parcel from delhi to tumkur. Some of the items are missing from the parcel such as a charger, weighing scale, perfume, heating lunch box, loud speaker. The charger was inside a box, the box is there with charger missing. The parcel is torn on the sides. This is highly unprofessional of india post, stealing things from a parcel. The worth of abstracted articles is around ₹10000. I demand them to fetch my articles or pay for the losses.

Amount 142.00 was taken from me. The receiver received a packet written 925 gms but there was no product inside the box.
The man who came to deliver the product just gave the product and ran away no sign and nothing as per the receiver. As it is his shop that time he was not present there. The man gave it to someone else and just flew away.

Now what should i do. I relied on indian post thats why i sent that product via them. Otherwise why would i? Please give me a solution.

My consignment from Chennai was dispatched on 2nd June 2018 to be arrived in Kurukshetra, Haryana. It was received at New Delhi RS TMO on 4th June 2018 1.30 am. It has been stuck there since then. No update in the tracking tool. I called the customer care but they are saying that workers are on strike. The consignment is urgently needed before 8th June 2018 .
