My package with tracking number RB[protected]SG is stuck at Bellandur post office since 25/May/2018, they never attempted to deliver the package nor called me.

The package was imported via Amazon so I am pretty sure my contact number is mentioned in the package.

My Parcels are stuck in Kolkata PO - RY[protected]CN and RY[protected]CN ...
Why is Kolkata PO so slow at processing orders?
They take months to process China Post orders to Bangalore whereas Chennai to Bangalore takes few days only.

I'm disappointed by the efficiency of India Post in Kolkata.
They should be able to process parcels quickly and get it delivered quickly.
India Post should enhance their delivery process so that citizens can make maximum use of their services and drive growth for the company.

My online order which was shipped via ems post from south korea, arrived in mumbai on 22-may-18 and ever since then, there has been no update on the same.

I tried contacting the mumbai ems office but either their phone numbers do not work or they just never answer their calls.

What is the use of availing ems at extra cost if it is slower than normal post and there is absolutely no customer service support?

My Express parcel (RB[protected]SG) was received at Vishnu Nagar Post office pin code 421202, since 2nd may 2018 but I still do not receive it. My speed post tracking number is RB[protected]SG. They showing it still lying with post office where they did not call me about my parcel after received at Post office. However, I made numbers of a visit to the post office & make an inquiry but unanswered & they do not care about any parcel whether it is delivered or pending to deliver. On inquiry, they said it is not available at post & misplaced.

I have raised online complaint ([protected]) as well but it not showing any further course of action within last 7 days.

From 29th May Parcel is at NSH KOLKATA AIRPORT.

Parcel still not received at nearest PO e.i. Baruipur HO (700144). I have called and email respective authorities. But I have not got any reply. Please help me to get this parcel.

My parcel was out since 25 may 2018 but i stil do not receive it. My speed post tracking number is er[protected]in. They showing it delivered but i don't get this parcel. They did not call me about my parcel. This is important parcel and they taking it for grant. I really want to do action against post master. Please help and suggest me that what action i can take against them. So in future they take it serious.

Article ek[protected]in booked on 21st may to laxmisagar, darbhanga. Tracking article through indiapost website but details are not helpful at all

Till date parcel has not reached party & bangalore so where parcel was booked is not able to give any additional information. Latest information from website says that parcel is coming back to bangalore

Please help to resolve

It has been about 2 days since the bag was dispatched from nsh new delhi to new delhi rs tmo through speed post, but there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter as soon as possible and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Consignment no is em[protected]in.

Staff of the post office are not doing work since 1st jun-18 at post office branch, sector-29 faridabad. They always said that system is not working and all some of the staff enjoying in the office. Also, their attitude are so reluctance like they are they are owner and public are salve.
How and when such kind of system will change and accept that such kind of govt office is only for public work.

Hope someone consider and take foreword action on it

Rp[protected]in, sent on 16th april. Sent under name 'kuljeet kaur'. Already over 456days. But letter still not reached. On ips web page not showing update status. Please help us to find letters.

Myself elison narzary my parcel have been dispatched on 18/05/2018 by speed post but still i have not received that parcel or i did not get any updates of my parcel were as it has been 11 days i tried to contact with indian post helpline but i did not get any response so i request here to provide me as much updates as you have and i request here kindly do much as i could get updates

I applied for my pan card on 21st apr 2018, when i checked the status for my pan card they said that it would be delivered to me on 5th may through india post. But till now india post haven't even contacted me on my address or even tried to call me about how they are going to deliver the product i. E either they will deliver to my home or i would be the one collecting my pan card. They were so negligent regarding my status even before this incident they don't even try to deliver the product on my address. This problem is faced mainly by everyone in our locality due to the negligence of the post office in my area the office in my locality is :-

I am complaining because i don't want to deal with this issue in future. They have to fulfill their duties regarding the matter. They listed that they tried to contact me but i was not available at my home that is a lie because my mother is always available at my home and they didn't even care to come and deliver the pan card

Current status: bag dispatched to ambikapur ho since 24th may 2018 9:44 am (Same thing since 7days) traking id ei[protected]in

I had sent the item on 22th may from mungaliya bhopal. Everything from mungalia bhopali was on time but don't know what ambikapur ho is doing. It doesn't take 7 days for an item to reach to west chirimiri so.

Please speed up the process or else i will log a complaint with higher authority.

I received an sms from rto district centre janakpuri new delhi, that my rc has been dispatched on 26 may 18 vide speed post no ed[protected]in.. But to my shock neither this no. Is traceable online nor recived the article till date... That too be delivered in delhi cantt. Only... I dont know a speed post within the same citi and only within a distance of 15 kms. Taking more than 4 days???

It has not shipped to bangalore (Where my address was given)

Please send the item to my address asap, if the website it giving wrong information please fix it.

We have dispatched debit card by bpc patna with spa no ef[protected]in. On dated 10.05.18 but till date debit card not delivered to customer also not return to sender address.. Hence logged a complain in online portal case id [protected] but has been resolve without resolution..

It is not possible to present my home while i am on duty. Postman of panchasyar post office (N-16, baghajatin park, pancha sayar, kolkata, west bengal 700094) is denying to give document to my landlord delivered on 29.05.2018. What to do?

Hi sir/ma'am, i'm a student in pune. I ordered a few bidy building supplements from bodybuilding.com usa. The total value of the order is usd 145.73 (Excluding the shipping charge o[censored]sd42.68 which obviously doesn't form a part of the product value ordered) as you can see in the screen shot attached. Sir the approximate value in inr is 9, 800 approx and i have been charged a customs of more than inr5, 000 which is exhorbitantly high.

I would sincerely request you to help me waive such an high amount. I am a student and it will really affect my finances. I hope you'll consider my request.

I need the parcel urgently.. Post office portal says local parcel deliry time 1~2 days.. But i have not received on 3rd day.. I will be ruined if i dont receive the parcel on 30 may 2018...
