1. My speed post consignment no EM[protected]IN has not yet been delivered to my following address after expiry of 10 days

2. I have already registered a complaint with customer care and also sent a mail regarding non delivery of my package. I am also unable to traceout whereabouts my package through online tracking. My consignment is showing at Delhi Airport TMO since 07 Mar 2023.

3. This package containing my mother's important medicines which are sent by my friend from Pune.

4. Request deliver my package at the earliest so that my mother treatment can be continued

I have sent a parcel to Canada on March 3rd from chennai. the tracking website shows the parcel is still in Delhi AP TMO for almost 9 days . It's very urgent and I need the parcel to be delivered as soon as possible.

The parcel weighs 390 grams . Its destination is Ontario province in Canada.

Sub: Missing of items in the parcel sent from Ghaziabad-201 001 to Vadasithur-641 202, Article No.CU[protected]IN

Jayanthi A, who lives in Bangalore, sent a parcel from Ghaziabad to Vadasithur on March 6, 2023, using the article number CU[protected]IN. A copy of the receipt is attached for your convenience.

I am writing with great disappointment because I have lost Rs. 7, 000/- worth of articles that I sent via India Post from Ghaziabad, Head Office, 201 001 to Vadasithur, 641 202.

The post office in Ghaziabad had a packaging facility, and I paid Rs.150 for packaging under the 5 to 15kg category and was packed in front of my friend. I also received a receipt for sending 9.6kg via registered mail (copy is attached as mentioned above).

I sent 9.6 kg of goods, mostly dress materials that I had purchased and intended to gift to my relatives, but when we picked it up at the Vadasithur post office, it weighed only about 2kg. When my sister opened the box and asked why you had sent old clothes only, a few of which did not belong to me at all, we were shocked that it contained only "unknown used dresses and blanket" apart from one piece of "Lehenga" -new one sent for them and a few used clothes of mine.

I sent 11 new dress material sets, 8 of which are dress material and 3 of which are stitched chudidhar material (photo of the dress material is attached for reference). However, none of them have made it to the Vadasithur post office. However, the box was completely sealed and handed over.

It is very clear from the start that the dresses were removed, repacked, and shipped.

I need a proper explanation for the mishap that occurred, and I sent the parcel with "BELIEF" in India Post. But "CHEATING" did happen to me. I am utterly disappointed because my hard-earned money has been lost, as has the time and energy I spent purchasing with love and affection for my loved ones. I need a proper response/lost material replaced/proper compensation made for me.

With this incident, all faith in India Post has been destroyed. I hope this never happens again to other people.

It’s been 1 month and my parcel CU[protected]IN is still in india that is to be delivered to me in sweden. Kindly have a look and let me know if there is any issue? From lasy many days it got stuck in Mumbai Ap Inland TMO?

My debit card expired last year, its been twice the card has come by speed post without delivering to my house or branch. Speed post sms on 10th Feb card going to be delivered, still not yet delivered urgently need my debit card . It is stuck at Mangluru nsh on 21st Feb as per the attached screenshot. Without sbi receiving it they won't redispatch it. My consignment number is :- AQ[protected]IN Please help.

MY parcel no. is CU[protected]IN and tracking details shows it dispatched from New Delhi RS TMO and now its over 10 days and its not updated yet. Pease, solve this as soon as possible.

The registered item booked from Post office Kurukshetra on dated 1st March, 2023 vide consignment number RH[protected]IN. This item is hold in Delhi international mail centre since 03.03.2023. this item has contained medicine which is urgent required for my son in NZ. Please send it urgently under intimation to me.

My parcel is redirected back to the sender's address..

I provided a correct address then why is my parcel showing "Item Redirected to Sarigam SO Insufficient Address"

Please resolve this as soon as possible

My parcel is stuck at Kolkata AP TMO.. It's been 12 days since booking..And it was supposed to be reaching asap as it was a speed post!! I paid extra for that!!

My consignment number is EO[protected]IN

I have purchased NSC no. 6NS/00EF 407522 dated 13th Jan 2011 and NSC no. 6NS/00EF 407523 dated 13th Jan 2011 for 10, 000/- (Ten thousand rupees) each from the Postmaster, CH Road Post Office, Pune HO - 411005. In the due course these certificates were transferred to the Doranda H.P.O., Ranchi on my request.

I submitted original certificates in Doranda H.P.O., Ranchi for encashment on date 11-April-2022. I received Rs. 3, 874/- (Three thousand eight hundred and seventy-four) only vide cheque no. 923573, against the matured amount of Rs. 32, 020/- (Thirty two thousand and twenty rupees). Paying officer at counter no. 8 assured me for payment of the rest amount within one or two months.

It's been several months now and I am still not able to receive the full amount. When I contacted the Ranchi branch again, they communicated that the system has saved an amount of Rs. 1, 000 for each NSC, instead of Rs. 10, 000/-(Ten thousand rupees) and that has to be corrected by the Pune branch itself. As of now I am working abroad, so, I have authorised my father, Mr. Baldeo Ram, also saving bank holder of HO Doranda, Ranchi branch to receive the balance amount on my behalf. My father has also visited the Ranchi branch several times, but there is no progress in this regard. The Ranchi office has written to the Pune office multiple times, but there is no response from the Pune office as well.
