Myself akash p. Mirani, residing at bhayli, vadodara. I had applied for passport at nizampura, vadodara passport office on 13th feb 2018. My passport file reference no is ah[protected] and the passport no is r9398938.
It was dispatched on 19th feb 2018, when the status of the passport was stagnant and i didn't receive it, i started inquiring for the same at local bhayli post office, they told me to contact fatehgunj branch, the branch informed me that the article no. Ebg[protected] has been misplaced and asked me to give a written as well online complaint against the same. I gave a written complaint letter as well lodged an online complaint; complaint no: [protected] but even after so many days passed they are not replying nor paying any heed. I have been continuously following up but they shamelessly are sending me from one department to other. After all this i apporached national speed post office, they're having audacity to say that its not their duty to reply to me, they are bound to reply to the sender and not the addressee. The sender being passport office should approach the speed post by writing a letter onto which they shall reply.
While i contacted at passport office the official there said that they require a letter from post office with a note stating that the article has been lost. I am totally upset with this kind of behaviour from government department.
I am afraid my passport might get misused by someone and i realize that it is a threat to me and to the country as well.
This is a serious matter and needs to be sorted out quickly.
So, i request you to consider this complaint to take necessary action immediately and dispose the enquiry at the earliest.

We sent a parcel to Russia and it was delivered today. It was our address on the box, but someone else's passport copy (attached), and wrong tracking number. Inside the box are their belongings.

Our parcel got tracking number cd[protected]in and it is still in Delhi.

So, only the address on box is wrong.

What to do? We are happy to send received parcel to the right address but need our box! Russian post said that they can't help.

Complaint against delivery person. He denied to come upstairs for delivery of package and returned back without delivering. I can not go down due to problem in my knee. Further behaviour of person was so rude.

Request you to take strict action against the person and re-delivery of package.

I have ordered a "mi box" from "banggood.com" on 23rd feb 2018.
My parcel has reached chennai airport but it has been retained with the message as "[india]record item customs information (Inb), air, chennai (Madars) air, retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason"

Could you please release this parcel since it has been under customs for nearly 10 days?

Dear sir,

We are villagers of gotapalli of kulei gram panchayat. Our post office is kulei. Mr bijay behera is postman of our post office. Mr bijay behera is taking delivery charge on every letter from our villagers. The price money is for delivery per letter rs10 and per passport @rs50. So please take action immediately and stop the delivery charge service. And we want to dismissed from his job.

I have sent money order from patparganj,
Delhi (110091) post office to kitadi (Sub-post office: adyar) 441903, bhandara, nagpur, maharashtra vid emopnr no:[protected] dated[protected].

This amount is sent to senior citizen for medical treatment. But still payment is pending from (Data center mysore) and no proper information is provided by post office from last 15 days.

I have raised the complaint with indian post website. Complaint no: [protected] but no proper information is provided by them.

In view of the above it is requested that kindly delivered the money order without any further delay.

Today this atm card status showing same the bag despatched to tmo new jalpaiguri. I try for complaint but not response. Please help me

Employees'provident fund organisation (Vashi-400703) sent a speed post ler tter to me. Postman did not take pain to deliver it to addressee (Me). I saw it on stair case & took it on 16/03/2018.
I ask for a board of enquiry for the same as a lot of important documents get lost due to negligence of postman.

This complaint is against our postman. His name is thamban (Postman of kozhummal post office, karivellur via, kannur district, kerala - 670521).
I have already complained against him but no action was taken against him. So many people in our area is fed up with him. Because he used to ask money for couriers. If we refused to give money next time he will not bring any of ours document/ courier or anything. He used to abuse ladies over telephone. Because of this we are unable to receive anything on time. He is a drunkard also. Sometimes he may drunk during duty time. So i kindly request you to take necessary action against him as early as possible.

My delivery has been stuck at tmo lgbi for 5 days. Kindly help.

Ref to the docket no ed[protected]in. A consignment was booked in delhi on 08/03/2018 to be delivered in shillong.

Online tracking indicates that the consignment was received in tmo lgbi on 11/03/2018 and on the same day it was further dispatched to nsh guwahati.

This is the 4th day that the bag was dispatched to nsh guwahati but till date it has not reached shillong gpo to be delivered to my address nor any information is updated in this regards.

I really wanted to know the status of my product which i ordered with order no ry[protected]cn. The product has already cleared customs. And on tracking says the next office is guwahati rms assam. Now this was on 9th march, 2018. And it hasn't changed since. Now it is already 14th march. I am goin to be leaving soon so was hoping to get the item before 22nd march. But there is no update whatsoever. Also i tried to register a complaint at their official website but goodness, it is most unfriendly.

It has been more than 7 days since the bag was dispatched from palam tmo to new delhi rs tmo through speed post, but there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? So sir kindly please check out my dont ruin the trustees of yoir customer, those letter are so important, not a love romance latter all the whole years study documents certificate are under at that envelope

On march 13th, to buy non judicial stamp worth re. 900 required to transfer share certificates my journey started as under.
(1) at general post office salapas road ahmedabad till you climb steps and go in main building there is no sign that window for non judicial stamps is in the back of building. Customer has to walk out, go on main road and enter from another gate where postal trucks are exiting. After walking 1000 feet when you are there window is too small, slow and people are compelled to wait out side in sun or rain. After seeing fifty people in que i went to another post office which carry non judicial stamps.
(2) next stop. Laldarwaja post office. Ahmedabad 380001. Which is on third floor of apnabazar building. Once there at noon on march 13th. Clerk said we don't have any non judicial stamps. We ran out. Though his body language was saying it's not true. If he told truth than take action against postmaster and if stamps were available take action against the clerk.
(3) next stop was navrangpura post office ahmedabad 380009. After waiting in line for good 39 minutes clerk said he has only re. 1 & re 5 stamps.
Not 10, 25 or 100.
I went to supervisor lady she asked my id. Once id was given she wanted me to go out and get xerox copy and insisted after that only she can give "complaint book". Finally after asking for circuler stating requirement of xerox copy i was given complaint book.
She made copy of my aadhar card herself!
It was 1.45 p. M by than.
It was not end of it. I tried to file my complaint to indian postal department. It directed me to another website cpgrams (Centralized public grievance redress and monitoring system) after you type everything and press "submit" system says "something went wrong, try again".
