On 26th march 2018 i posted one envelop containing some forms and papers from beleghata ho (700010) underspeed post no. Ew[protected]in which was destined to reach madhapur, hyderabad (500081). The envelop is yet to reach to its destination as on date. The matter has been brought to the notice of the dps (Hq), yogayog bhawan, kolkata on 3rd april 2018 through email but not received any positive reply from them till date.

    हमारा पोस्टमैन पार्सल आता है उसको किसी को भी दे जाता है । कभी भी टाइम पर नही देता है जब मैंने पोस्टमैन को बोला कि जिसका पार्सल होता है उसको या फिर घर वालो को दिया कर । तोह उसने कहा कि मैं तोह यही किसी भी देकर जाउगा । और ऐसे बोलै तू अब ले लेना ।तेरे पार्सल को वापस भेजूंगा जो करना वो कर लेना । अब तेरे कोई भी पार्सल/लैटर कुछ भी नही
    लेकर आएगा । कुछ कर लेना जो तेरे से होगा जो।
    कृपया पोस्टमैन के ऊपर कारवाही की जाए।

      We submitted the courier in vijayawada on[protected] and they said it will be delivered to from address by the immediate next day because it is speed post and we paid 285 rupees.
      I am waited for it even after 10 days still there is no proper update in the website, no customer care numbers are working. Then i decided to complain it through e-mail there is no proper e-mail id also, so then i added all the e-mail id's related in any which way to this service and posted he complaint and then i got the reply from karnataka stating that they will forward it to hyderabad.. Then we got the call from hyd stating that delivery have to deal with may orders so they are not able to call me then after discussion we asked to send back the courier to 'from address' then they promised that they will deliver with in 2 days, fine we waited for 2 days there is no update in website and in any way after that two days it is being 1 week now and still there is no update or response. Meanwhile i contacted through twitter, mails, facebook no one is replying.
      Basically we are the students and we have to submit the assignments in he university and now it was blocked in the courier pack. Please understand and make it solve asap.
      Consignment number and bag number details already mentioned at the top.

        Please check tracking number EK[protected]IN due to postal delay n delivery, the rotten flower plants were received as photos uploaded and Tura HO to Araimile PO journey takes only 10 to 15 minutes by vehicle. So why take 6days to reach Araimile and more over mobile number was written in the address itself ?

          The item bagged for nash rohtak from nsh ghaziabad on[protected] but dispatched to new delhi rs tmo on the same day. After that there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached or lost in transition?             I didn't find any option to contact speed post help centre as toll free number 1924 is all the time busy, so i am writing to you that i don't get yet my curier, which has been dispatched on[protected] through consignment number eq[protected]in and it's very urgent for me,

            As we're faching everyime the same problem with post office barhawar 782439. Assam. The post man not delivering parcel to the given address, can any one take a look at it.

                Since last 22 days (As you can see in images) no further updates given from india post, even i visited nearest india post office center but they don't have any information yet in their database.

                Its been over 10 days now...product is not yet delivered & not even a single email from india post.
                Started to think i[censored] guys really reported this complaint or not ? :(
                Same as with my speed post parcel it has been a week that my parcel tracking details still shows up the new delhi rs tmo mark
                My parcel tracking details EH[protected]IN
                I have sent Rs. 500/- vide India post electronic money order[protected] on 11/01/2018 from narsapura sub office pin code no.563133 . The money order not received by the addressee.
                My parcel RR[protected]IN is stuck in Mumbai sorting office since 10 days please release it.it contains study materials.

Your website says it was delivered to my local post office but the people here says they have not received it and they even don’t have the basic manners to talk to customers.                           The above post office is not working due to computer fault( line failure of BSNL ).When ever I go there for the payment, the Assistant Post Master tell about computer failure.Please look into the matter so that the common public will not suffer.I asked so many times the Assistant Post Master but he show his helpless. Therefore the matter be looked upon so that the image of Post office be saved in the eyes of Public.Thanks.

                            This is kindly to inform you that i am ravinder kaur r/o c -124 - vishwas park uttam nagar new delhi 110059. I would like to say that we never recieved our mails and confidentiol letters at our home. Sir our postman never deliver letter at my home. For collection of our letters we have to go to water shop owner name of the shop mr. Prashant water supplier he will be never deliver if and tear it within two or three days. I did't recieve my speed post registered letters and confidentiol dak from various. So please kindly request to you my problem is shorout as soon as possible sir this is my biggest problem. I hope so you will be necessary action at your end.

                              I, manoj kumar sahoo rpli no r-or-ea-479656 beg to state that i deposited my all premiums till mar 2017. But my pass book cann't be updated till oct 2016. I also complain in our branch post office nuapatna & sub post office niali. They replied me they also inform chandinchouk post office, katak & chandinchouk post office put a complain file to circle pli office, bhubaneswar. For this matter i also went to circle pli office, bhubaneswar on dated 26/02/2018 to inform & conform about this matter. They replied me some computer problem i. E macamiz settle was shown in few pass books just like as your pass book. It will be solved by few days. They also complained it to head office, new delhi & told me it will be solved with in 5-7 days. I stay in puri. They said you can also conform it in puri head post office. I went to puri head post office on dated 23rd mar 2018. By seeing my rpli no they told me it wasn't updated till oct 2016 & you can solve it in your spo, niali & circle pli office, bhubaneswar. Where my account could not updated till now, how can i deposit my premiums for this year? Please solve my problem immediately by which i can deposit my premiums.

                                Total 5 kvp i have submitted at raigarh (Cg) post office for cash on 7 feb 2018 arc[protected]in
                                82dd139580, 82dd139581, 82dd139582, 82dd139583 each for rs.5000 and16ce665030, 16ce665031 each for rs.10000. But still i am waiting for cash.
                                Same resended
                                On 16 feb.2018 arc[protected]

                                Again resended on 12 march2018 arc[protected]in form raigarh to patna but nobody cares. Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                  I am writing to you with regards to untraceable of post.

                                  I was supposed to get rc via speed post, since i didn't get any update i have been rto office which is belongs to my area but they were advised me to go nearest postal office as they didn't receive my rc. So, i been jntu postal office and waited till the evening from morning to get the update on article, at last i got an answer that they were unable to find where at was, and they advised to check at kukatpally branch, i have checked with them also, as per the kukatpally staff in system the article was delivered on 31oct17 then i have asked to show me the delivery receipt book, when they opened the delivery book they said it was not delivered as comments was written by delivery person that it is not delivered.
                                  Then i have asked if it is delivered how they update in system as delivered but no answer from manager also. Then i have asked if it not delivered they need to send to back, then they checked in system but nothing was found. Later i have asked for next procedure they simply telling me to go online and rise complaint we will not able to do anything.
                                  I am so sorry for this big mail, but hope you understand my situation i have shuffling in between rto offices and postal offices to find missing rc.
                                  I really appreciate if someone look into this case.

                                    To whom it may concern,

                                    I have been waiting on my package status to update. Track rr[protected]infor the past 12 days it has been stuck with the status insert item into bag (Otb), dimc new delhi 110002, india. This is not at all acceptable. The package needs to arrive by the end of next week. It is supposed to arrive march 31,. I have been trying to be patient. But now i am more then a little angry. Either resolve the issue and get the package here or clear it snd let it come. I have never had such a bad experience. I will not be shipping with india post again. I have complained twice and still nothing has been resolved. Do something about it.

                                      I booked speed post delivery, consignment number ew[protected]in of my utmost important document (My class 10 marksheet) on 26th march from serampore to varanasi.. Nsh kolkata airport is so careless that they despatched the document to nsh lucknow instead of varanasi cantt. On 28th march after which there is no updation in the tracking details. I dint expect such poor speed post delivery systems.

                                        On 4th march 2018 a speed post was booked from "sp bhubaneswar rms counter" for hyderabad - pin - 500059, bearing no eo[protected]in. It reached hyderabad on 13th march 2018. There was no update for the period between[protected] &[protected]. This is most horible service we have ever faced. The parcel contained a "odisi dance costume" which was been send to my sister in london. One of our friends was suppose to carry it from hyderabad to london.
                                        The booking officer who accepted the booking at rms bhubaneswar confirmed that the parcel should reach hyderabad by 7th march 2018 (Wednesday). The flight was on 11th march.

                                        In order to meet our requirement we have to purchase another set of "odisi dance dress" and send it through international courier.

                                        Due to inefficiency of indian post - speed post service we has to spend more than rs.15000.00. The cost includes the cost of second set of odisi costume & the international courier charges.

                                        Who is going to compensate us for our loss,
