On 16th of april 2018 around 12 pm. Post man from matunga east post office (Mumbai 19) came to our house to give delivery of registered post in the name of mrs. Neela r. Kothi. He asked us to call her to collect the post, my wife ms. Seema ketan kothi informed him that mrs. Neela r. Kothi is not available to collect the post as she is expired before 5 years and she requested him to give letter as we are legal hair of neela r. Kothi but that postman refused to give the letter to us. He said as per law he can not give letter to any other person except neela kothi. I am very much surprised to know that i have never heard this type of law. On the above his behavior was very much rude and totally unprofessional. He should learn how to speak with a female person. There might be a important documents in the letter, who is responsible if i miss important documents.

Government announced that aadhar card update will be done from local post office. I have visited baranagar post office for last 2 weeks but every time employees refused me for unknown reason. They are not willing to work. Government pay them for doing nothing. It's very hard for common people to get the benefits because of this type of employees. Baranagar post office, pin code:700036. There is very few people and huge workload. There is no form for opening new account. People are lethargic and not punctual.
Today i went to our main post office khekra for my nsc got matured and i want to again input my maturity amount again in nsc but first they did not listen to me and i kept standing there for an hour then an old man suggests me to come back again after 3 hours. Very dull service.

My consignment was booked on 31 march 2018 and had been sent for sorting on 1 0/04/2018 and was bagged for nsh itanagar and sent to palam tmo on same day and despatched for nsh guwahati the same and since then no any updates are available in the tracking. Track id eq[protected]in. I have been trying the customer care and other toll free numbers of india post and non of these numbers are functional. Its becoming a matter of concern as these phone numbers are shown invalid.

Respected chairperson i have a query about my registered parcel tracking number ck[protected]in booked from devanahalli on dated 03/04/2018 and 04/04/2018 item bagged to ph pathankot from ph bengaluru. After that there is no tracking of it or neither any information or no delivery at all.in it some important item. Please help me. Sir in it some perishables expensive items. There cost is about7000rs it is bought by me to give gifts to my mom on her birthday. It really hurt me. There is no tracking of it from 04/04/2018. It is purely a negligence. Item was booked for nsh rohtak and was dispatched on 9/04/2018, then it was dispatched to new delhi rs tmo next day in early morning but there is no update since then and has not reached to destined address. Consignment no. Is ed[protected]in kindly update the status so that i am able to know about the current location and be sure that the item has not lost in transit.

We are not getting clear and service from that postmaster and he's not providing to us. Last month we got letter from bank by he didn't gave to us then we asked with bank that time they said we already sent and it's the fault of postmaster. See this is the serious issue if we won't pay loan and all. And even he called us to post office to pick that notice other wise he'll not come itseems. These are problems getting from him. So please provide another postmaster to our village. Waiting for best response

It has been more than 4 days since the bag was despatched from nsh jabalpur to new delhi rs tmo... But there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Last record was on 9-april-2018, does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Complaint : we are v and s company. We have a office in kotla mubarakpur. On 1st march we have couriered a parcel to assam through indian post. Referrence number is - cd[protected]in. About to 1 month and 10 days completed but our parcel not delivered yet. When we talked to indian post executive/staff they do no reply even they do not know any information about the parcel. We face inconvenience due to indian post service we face suffere financially issues also and due to indain post mistake our client decide to not working with us anymore.

And we have sign and stamp copy of indian post office offline complaint.
We humble request to you kindly look in to this matter and take this matter seriously.

Namaskar. Following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action that i have opened an rd account for my future need, in kesharpur post office of nalagarh district which pin code 752079 it was processing under manadhatapur branch which is under nayagarh head post office and the pin code is 752069. My point is that the rd account no - 14507 to 14511 and 14517to 14521 of rs-200 was getting its maturity on dt-26.3.18, but till date, i am not receiving my amount. I have complained many times about it, but the concerned authority is saying that i have no time and the higher authority is taking leave of the branch. So my point is that how i can get my money and in proper time and i have no hope in the postoffice saving. Please take this matter a serious one and take the necessary action for it. So that i will grateful near you.

It's already dispatched on 24/06/2015 and the speed post tracking no. Is pp[protected]in. Many times i visited to indian post at jivaraj park and met mr. Lauwa sir who postman of our area. He didn't give to the proper answer and misbehave with me

I have ordered a product from us. It was shipped on 27 feb, 2018 for ranchi, jharkhand, india, 834006. The retailer company sent the product through ordinary post. It has almost been more than 1.5 months and i have no idea where my product is. The retailer company is say that it must have reached india by now. India post order number is - um[protected]us. I went to rms ranchi, gpo and 2 post offices of kanke but none of them any idea about my product.

I am Mutyampally Rohith here to tell that i didn't receive my credit card it is 1week late according to the bank updates to me.I should receive my credit card by 03-04-18 but its 11-04-18 i didn't receive my card.actually i have doubt about my post man he is not delivering letters since 6months better to solve as fast as possible.please register my complaint and solve it as fast as possible sir.

The Halasuru Bazaar Post Office (560008)employee refused to take registered post at 12.30 pm in the day saying the timings have changed and registered post will only be accepted till 12.30 pm
Also, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Can chocolates be sent via Indian Post (Speed post)? I tried sending chocolate from Halasuru Bazar Post Office (560008) and the post office employee refused it saying chocolates are prohibited whereas there is no such regulation.

I have never seen such a pathetic postal service in india. I am waiting for my parcel from last 4 days but the postman has added a remark that it has been delivered.

I have not received my parcel which was dispatched from my college. It is showing delivered on your website but i have not received it. And these people do not respond to the phone calls also.

I sent a registered post containing the attested copy of my degree on 19 march,
2018 which was supposed to deliver to concordia university of edmonton (Canada) before 9 april, 2018. But since 22 march, 2018 the letter is stuck in delhi. I want the fast delivery or please return it back to me. On official site i am unable to register a complaint.

Sir, i am resident of makhanupur (Mathiya), post office - pachrukhi, distt - siwan, pin - 841241.

I am complaining against postman of my village who takes rs 20/- every time while delivering my letters to my home from my family members. He thinks it as his right.

I want a suitable action against him and refund of my money that is about rs 120/- for six letters within six months.
