Dear sir

I have request a atm card from united bank of india. I atm card has been issued vide tracking number (Ea[protected]in) date 28.02.2018. This card is showing stuck in bag despatched to tmo new jalpaiguri. Today this atm card status showing same the bag despatched to tmo new jalpaiguri. I try for complaint but not response. Sir kindly help me

    My parcel has not reached all to the recipient, what should i do?
    I parcel on 14, 02, 2018 from chakala midc post office, pin;400093, to mawkyrwat s. O, pin:793114. Totally my parcel wt:13400grams but the recipient he did'nt recieved it all, half of my parcel he did'nt recieve and before i parcel i already pack it nicely so how can i lost it from my box, i request you please check it nicely.

    I despetch(Speed post) a percel(cloth with white cover) on 15.02.2018 from Tamulpur S.O to Gurgaon, Haryana. but it is not deliver still now.The consignment no is ES[protected]IN.
    I send a parcel consignment no CE[protected]IN on 17/02 /2018 but my parcel not delivered till the date parcel dispatch to PH shimla 22/02/2018 by PHMandi after that no update in trace consignment please do something my parcel delivered in 3 days but this parcel over 10 days and consignment is no trace delivered adds is v p o jhagtan 171216

      I have request a cheque book from sbi. I cheque book has been issued vide tracking number aq[protected]in. I have been tracking the number, it is showing stuck in manipal post office. I have complained to indian post vide complaint no. [protected] but the indian post are least bothered to take up the issue. Kindly help me get back my cheque book. I have been to nallakunta post office to enquire, their response is bad. They said they cant do anything. I asked them their superior number, they said he cant do anything either. Kindly help me

According to track system, the department send it to model town sub post office-144003 jalandhar while it is related to urban estate phase -1 jalandhar pin 144022

        My complaint has not solved now while the consignment belong to Saini Property Linker Shop No, 3 Sehmbi Super Market Mithapur Road Jalandhar -144022 (Phone [protected] ) and belong to SUb Post Office Mithapur (jalandhar)
        But according to track, It has been sent to Jalandhar RMS on dated[protected].

          The tracking shows only despatched to nsh guwahati. Till date no further update is available

          Kindly inform whether delivered to the addressee, if so when.

          The consignment contains income tax return forms. Hence very urgent.

            I faizan bashir placed an order on amazon.in and the product was being shipped through indiapost. The estimated delivery date was 2 march 2018. But i have not recieved my product and no latest update about my parcel was provide. The last update is of 25 feb 2018. My tracking id is aw[protected]in. So i request indiapost to deliver my parcel to me within 2 days.

            I have sent a percel on 23rd feb from Mysore to Lakhipur(Assam) bearing pin no 783129 but still the percel is not recieved and also i cant track that consignment and not able to talk with customer representative.I am very upset with the Indian Speed post service...

                I had ordered some stuff from india to canada and it was send by the sender on 30th january 2018 by airmail through india post and was supposed to be delivered to me in canada within 3 weeks, and it has been almost 5 weeks and there is no update on my parcel. The tracking information doesn't show any updates since then.

                    I am pursuing mca from ignou university, and they directly delivered study material to home address.

                    But i didn't received a single book from postman, i also got message from ignou that, your study material returned to ignou center.

                      I have got an nsc summing of rs. 540000/- in post office ponkunnam which got matured on 25/01/2018. On 23/02/2018 i went to post office to close them to receive the maturity amount. The counter staff and the post master adviced me to open an sb account to transfer the maturity amount.. I have given all my kyc documents to open the same. And told me that they will complete all formalities and transfer amount to my sb acct by afternoon.. But they failed to do the same conveying me the reason ' network issue' and promised me that it will b done on monday 25/02/2018 and will inform me. I waited til wednesday but no one called me.. I contacted the post office to check status.. But none attended. So send my friend to post office to check d status.. But unfortunately the behavior of post master was so rude saying counter is very busy.. And it's not done yet.. Also she shouted at me saying its not ideal to send a person to check the status.. And told me that it will b done very next day 01/05/2018.. But again on 01/05/2018 they send me back telling they were not in a position to close the same. Counter staff told counter closed.. This attitude of the post master and counter staff showed how irresponsible dey are.. I humbly request you to look into the matter.. I will b raising this complaint in ombudsman. As a customer i never faced such an experience from any other post offices

                        My mom (Mrs. K vasanthi) have opened an savings account in velandipalayam post office located in coimbatore in the year 2009.
                        Last month we lost the pb, while going to deposit amount in that account. So we have informed immediately to the post office. They gave an application form and said some procedure. We have filled account details and return the application form with my mom's signature and self attested photo copy of aathar card. After receiving the form they said that, it will issued by head post office. So it will take one week time to receive.
                        But one month completed, still it was not recieved. While we ask the post master she said that "we dont know, it will be issued by head post office, if you to know the status you can just go and ask the rspuram head post office" i didn't even expect such an irresponsible answer from a post master. We have an account in velandipalayam post office from 2009, and gave an application form to issue duplicate passbook in velandipalayam post office, then why should i go head post office to know the status.
                        For issuing a duplicate passbook alone they need this much procedure and time taken means what a wonderful customer service from our po.
                        I am very much disappointed, my mom is having a backbone problem, so she can't even stand or walk for a long time. Even though, she also visited the branch with me to receive the passbook.
                        If the customer is in emergency means how to withdraw the amount without having passbook.
                        Pls understand the customer's situation and give response like that.
                        Kindly issue a duplicate passbook immediately...

                              Post office employees are not co operating with customers, if we given complaint to post master he is also not answering responsibly. And he came with fraud transfer to this post office he has bad reputation and staff and postmans are wont give respect to him

                              If i go to pay rd amount they are saying server slow come tomorrow from 3 months, i have to pay fine for each month and they wont give interest for the month i paid late

                              Whole staff and post masters are irresponsible regarding this kindly change whole staff if possible

                                The Galleria Post Offuce is run and managed by the Agents. They take and do all the work which Govt officers / clerks should do. You don’t really know if your money is in safe hands ... they are very rude and the agents think the Govt PO is their personal property. Govt should do periodic checks in this post offuc

                                  My track number is rg[protected]cn. The post man at modipuram, meerut, up namely subhash choudhary, intentionally didn't delivered my parcel at my home. I paid 38 dollars for the product. As i was not at home he could have given it to my mom but he didnt. Somehow i find the post office telephone number, when i talked to him he said i will deliver it only if you are thereand i cannot give that parcel to anybody else. He was so rude and even abused me over the telephone. I expect some kind of help from you. I want some immediate action to be taken against that postman.

Last couple of years i am not in dehradun so not able to continue, now i want to continue the same account. But nobody is bother about my concern, pathetic service by all post office staff.                                       Respected sir/ madam,
                                      I had on dated 4 january 2018 sent a speed post of some important documents through speed post no. Eu[protected]in (Gstn no.: 09aaa000048pdzn) but to my surprise it is still not delivered till date. After doing a complaints on 4 th february 2018 i got a disgusting response that it has been delivered and complaint status was closed. I don't know what to do those were very important documents to whom those were supposed to be delivered is suffering due to non availability of the documents, utterly pathetic par excellence conduct on part of speed post even no details provided by speed post to whom it was delivered. It humbly requested on your part to take strict action against casual conduct of the errant officials.

                                        Hello sir.. I had posted my parcel from nasik, maharashtra on 7/02/18.. The tracking website is showing the details only up to 15/02.. Item despatched to 81 sbpo... After that there are no details.. My tracking no is cm[protected].. It's been 20 days.. Whereas the parcel was supposed to reach in 8 days.. The local post office is also not responding... Kindly do the needful so that my parcel should reach the destination as soon as possible..
