Dear sir,
We are not getting clear and service from that postmaster and he's not providing to us. Last month we got letter from bank by he didn't gave to us then we asked with bank that time they said we already sent and it's the fault of postmaster. See this is the serious issue if we won't pay loan and all. And even he called us to post office to pick that notice other wise he'll not come itseems. These are problems getting from him. So please provide another postmaster to our village. Waiting for best response

Complaint : we are v and s company. We have a office in kotla mubarakpur. On 1st march we have couriered a parcel to assam through indian post. Referrence number is - cd[protected]in. About to 1 month and 10 days completed but our parcel not delivered yet. When we talked to indian post executive/staff they do no reply even they do not know any information about the parcel. We face inconvenience due to indian post service we face suffere financially issues also and due to indain post mistake our client decide to not working with us anymore.
We have registred complaint in indian post site both on online and offline also we have a complaint number of online complaint number is [protected].
And we have sign and stamp copy of indian post office offline complaint.
We humble request to you kindly look in to this matter and take this matter seriously.

It has been more than 6 days since the bag wag dispatched to new delhi rs tmo. But there has been no update on article tracking system since then. Please look into the matter and update the tracking system so that article can be tracked. Please it's very emergent.

Namaskar. Following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary action that i have opened an rd account for my future need, in kesharpur post office of nalagarh district which pin code 752079 it was processing under manadhatapur branch which is under nayagarh head post office and the pin code is 752069. My point is that the rd account no - 14507 to 14511 and 14517to 14521 of rs-200 was getting its maturity on dt-26.3.18, but till date, i am not receiving my amount. I have complained many times about it, but the concerned authority is saying that i have no time and the higher authority is taking leave of the branch. So my point is that how i can get my money and in proper time and i have no hope in the postoffice saving. Please take this matter a serious one and take the necessary action for it. So that i will grateful near you.

I am complaining about didn't got my pass port.

I have ordered a product from us. It was shipped on 27 feb, 2018 for ranchi, jharkhand, india, 834006. The retailer company sent the product through ordinary post. It has almost been more than 1.5 months and i have no idea where my product is. The retailer company is say that it must have reached india by now. India post order number is - um[protected]us. I went to rms ranchi, gpo and 2 post offices of kanke but none of them any idea about my product.

I am Mutyampally Rohith here to tell that i didn't receive my credit card it is 1week late according to the bank updates to me.I should receive my credit card by 03-04-18 but its 11-04-18 i didn't receive my card.actually i have doubt about my post man he is not delivering letters since 6months better to solve as fast as possible.please register my complaint and solve it as fast as possible sir.

The Halasuru Bazaar Post Office (560008)employee refused to take registered post at 12.30 pm in the day saying the timings have changed and registered post will only be accepted till 12.30 pm
Also, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional.
Can chocolates be sent via Indian Post (Speed post)? I tried sending chocolate from Halasuru Bazar Post Office (560008) and the post office employee refused it saying chocolates are prohibited whereas there is no such regulation.

I have never seen such a pathetic postal service in india. I am waiting for my parcel from last 4 days but the postman has added a remark that it has been delivered.

I have not received my parcel which was dispatched from my college. It is showing delivered on your website but i have not received it. And these people do not respond to the phone calls also.

Please help me as it contains a very important document and i need it urgently.

I sent a registered post containing the attested copy of my degree on 19 march,
2018 which was supposed to deliver to concordia university of edmonton (Canada) before 9 april, 2018. But since 22 march, 2018 the letter is stuck in delhi. I want the fast delivery or please return it back to me. On official site i am unable to register a complaint.

Sir, i am resident of makhanupur (Mathiya), post office - pachrukhi, distt - siwan, pin - 841241.

I am complaining against postman of my village who takes rs 20/- every time while delivering my letters to my home from my family members. He thinks it as his right.

I want a suitable action against him and refund of my money that is about rs 120/- for six letters within six months.

Every office, where we have to submit any of the above forms, that particular office, makes an arrangement to provide, at least one copy of a blank form. It is surprising, that the government, which wants every account holder in the post office, over a particular amount, does not provide even a copy of the same, for further usage and submission. I am told printed books are available, and each form works to around 40 paise or so, or even lesser. Much cheaper than getting a photocopy of the same. Do let me know, if there is any way of implementing this supply of forms, for many poor people, who are paying round the clock for every service, the government has to provide, at nominal charges.

My letter to verification department in south africa from rguhs university, jayanagar, bangalore had been sent via indian post but it is not yet received and there is no information (Status) in the post site. Only got the status as inserted to bag at mumbai airport. Now how can i get to know where the letter is and it is very urgent for my career. Consignment number rk[protected]in

On 26th march 2018 i posted one envelop containing some forms and papers from beleghata ho (700010) underspeed post no. Ew[protected]in which was destined to reach madhapur, hyderabad (500081). The envelop is yet to reach to its destination as on date. The matter has been brought to the notice of the dps (Hq), yogayog bhawan, kolkata on 3rd april 2018 through email but not received any positive reply from them till date.

We submitted the courier in vijayawada on[protected] and they said it will be delivered to from address by the immediate next day because it is speed post and we paid 285 rupees.
I am waited for it even after 10 days still there is no proper update in the website, no customer care numbers are working. Then i decided to complain it through e-mail there is no proper e-mail id also, so then i added all the e-mail id's related in any which way to this service and posted he complaint and then i got the reply from karnataka stating that they will forward it to hyderabad.. Then we got the call from hyd stating that delivery have to deal with may orders so they are not able to call me then after discussion we asked to send back the courier to 'from address' then they promised that they will deliver with in 2 days, fine we waited for 2 days there is no update in website and in any way after that two days it is being 1 week now and still there is no update or response. Meanwhile i contacted through twitter, mails, facebook no one is replying.
Basically we are the students and we have to submit the assignments in he university and now it was blocked in the courier pack. Please understand and make it solve asap.

Came from kochi to bangalore, bounced around bangalore for few days. No delivery attempt made. Now going back to kochi. Wah re meri indian government. Make in india!!

The item bagged for nash rohtak from nsh ghaziabad on[protected] but dispatched to new delhi rs tmo on the same day. After that there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. I didn't find any option to contact speed post help centre as toll free number 1924 is all the time busy, so i am writing to you that i don't get yet my curier, which has been dispatched on[protected] through consignment number eq[protected]in and it's very urgent for me,

As we're faching everyime the same problem with post office barhawar 782439. Assam. The post man not delivering parcel to the given address, can any one take a look at it.
