I have sent 11 parcels from 110049 to 781354, rangia on 15 th feb, 2018.. But out of them only 6 parcels have been dispatched to the destination. The status of the rest 5 parcels are showing as "item bagged" on 16 th feb after that there is no status update. The parcels were to reach the destination by 22nd feb, 2018. I need to know the status of the parcels. I have called in the post office from where i have sent but they have shown very negligent behaviour. They didnot even bother to inform me by checking it on their own. The consignment numbers that haven't been dispatched are cd[protected]in,

I have also complained in consumer forum and public grievance portal being out of ways. If no action will be taken and my parcels will be lost then i will be compelled to take some legal help against the concerned post office staff and department. I have also given an email to the sspo of the responsible department.

First of all there is no update post feb 20 and even if you checked the tracking, the package was dispatched to trivandrum on feb 20 and then it again got dispatched to palam tmo. After that, there is no update and its been 3 complete business days.

What is going on with india post?? I need you to please intervene in this.

A birthday gift sent to me by my wife from germany has been seized by the customs office.

Retention reason : retained by customs for unspecified reason

The packet does not contain any valuable item but items are sent for the emotional reasons.

My consignment no. Cp[protected]in was sent by me from jalandhar punjab to guwahati on 23/01/2018. But still in status it is not received till 23/02/2018. On checking status it is just shown that article forwarded to guwahati from jalandhar. I have even lodged a complaint online at their website on 14 feb 2018, but no reply is given to me till date. The guwahati office is not even care for replying. I am very much tensed. Kindly do the needful.

I have sent a package to hyderabad which i am tracking. Package: lb[protected]gb.

On the 16th feb the status shows: retention reason: retained by customs for unspecified reason and now it is at custom exam mumbai. I have called so many different numbers (That do not work!) and emailed so many different addresses.

I just need to know what the problem is and if i need to pay duty on the parcel? Want to resolve this asap so that my package can reach my family in hyderabad.

My parcel bearing consignment no. En[protected]in has been struck at nsh new delhi since 17th feb 2018 and no details after that. I have posted it from hyderabad on 14th feb and is supposed to reach medical council with in 1 month, otherwise the dd which im posting will be invalid. Please look into this issue as it is very urgent to be delivered sooner.

Kvp no-90cd7433062&91cd544073 dated 18/06/2007 and 9/08/2007were not paid when produced for payment with all the required kyc and id, s. The complainant is a central govt. Pensioner having saving passbook no-[protected] with the said p/o. On 29/11/17 a complaint was lodged with the office of chief postmaster general for redrassal. Till date neither acknowedged nor any action taken.

This is to say that for encashment of kvp [mature value will be rs.20, 000/-], i came to know that i have to open an s/b a/c with the post office where the amount of mature kvp amount will be transferred and then i can withdraw the amount from that s/b a/c during need. For mass people, i think it is just injustice to them. As the people who are not interested to open more accounts with different organisation/s are compelled to open and maintain another new a/c alongwith the burden of existing accounts laid with him that's too after maintaining kyc and aadhaar linkage. Why this has been made necessary? Rather than imposing compulsion to the kvp holders the post office should issue crossed cheque in favour of given a/c no. Of the named kvp holder, who has maintained his/her a/c in other organisation/s apart from post office [photocopy of the first page of the passbook in the name of the kvp holder may be made mandatory at the time of discharge of the matured kvp certificates].

That will develop a symbiotic relation of the needy customers with the post office.

Let the customers of post office have their own choice for their investment/withdrawal for their own need. Don't impose on the customers, otherwise decompose is inevitable.

Please help as i have visiting several times to my local post office (Patparganj) for my pan card. Your website says it was delivered to my local post office but the people here says they have not received it and they even don’t have the basic manners to talk to customers. I request you to intervine in this matter and help me to get my card.

Please do your service better sir.. I masifur rahman my percel is reached my near post office but post man not provide the home service. I ask the postman why my percel not met me. He told me your fathers name was not wrote that percel or any delivery item.
Sir.. Verification is very importents but mobile no. Home address too option available verifi.. Any person... Please do some better strict rules for lower category. Thank you.

Plz take necessary action under rules against the concerned so that in future they may remain careful in duties.

I am writing this mail due to the parcel which contains my corrective pan card those i have applied on 11 jan 2018 and same has been dispatched on 8 feb 2018 from income tax department mumbai and the status those i have already checked on your website as well as pan card too and they shown that they deliver such parcel as expected by 18 feb 2018 but till now no one called me regarding the same and didn't get any confirmation on same mail i'd and mobile no but the concern is that the postman of our local area demanding a 100, 200 at the time of delivery of parcel and this happen twice because i heard about from somewhere. Sirwith great respect your goodself i have a compliant aganist the computer oprater of your post office that is i have opened two ssa account in your post office on ist april 2015 the accounts were run smoothly in the year 2015'2016 but when i deposit yearly amount of 12000 im april 2017 i fill the credit slip of 12000 i am surprised to see they entred 11950 on my passbook they deducted illegly rs 50 from my 12000 when i enquiry about it they did not give satisfy answer however i am not defaulter i deposit every year the amount on fixed month ie april they also did not make the entry of intrest at the end of financial year so please win the confidance of people in your post office bank system

This is to bring to your kind notice that i received a letter from my bank through the postal services. But before i received it it was opened by the postman himself. When my mother questioned him about the same he did not bother to answer and went away anyway. From our locality i have got to known that he sends the parcels very late. The job letters he would hand over when the dates are over. He would take interest in reading the letters and then handing over. It is very annoying. Please take necessary steps against it.

I have done two speed posts from hyderabad (501218) to goalpara (Assam) 783101 on 10th february 2018. The online status is reflecting dispatched to ph hyderabad. After that tvere is no status. I am mentioning trachong details for both parcles below. Kindly request you to solve the problem at the earliest, its urgent.

Hi sir,
I sent 2 parcels by india post but my shipment is lost by them. They are not tracking status as well not delivering the shipment. I registered the complain on india post with complain numbers [protected], [protected]. But they are not replying me properly. They have lost my parcels.

Customer support of india post is not replying anything. My both the parcels have been lost and there is no update from india post. How they are working. I am surprised with this type of work done by government employees. How i believe on safety of my parcels. I never want to work with india post. Kindly check and return my item or pay me for the loss.

I live in ranchi and my consignment number ee[protected]in says parcel was missent but when i reached ranchi g. P. O. They said they have forwarded it to the head office under which my area comes. When i tracked again it said it is in nsh ranchi. Also staff is saying something and tracking details is saying something else. Why it has not reached me yet
