With my consigment no. CB[protected]IN M highly disappointed as my parcel is showing still in transit from 27 january 2018 . Its urgent nd need to be delivered soon . M in stress coz of their service . Please do some to help me . Will be highly obliged o[censored] if my parcel will reach soon . I visit the post office twice regarding this bt reply weren't satisfactory . I even made complaint on the site but its showing status pending of my complaint . M sleepless nd in depression coz if this irresponsible service nd these making the degradation in my mental health . Please have a look on my complaint nd do wat suits you nd please let my parcel tp reach its destination site please .

I had ordered a back-pack (Bag), this item's consignment number is ru[protected]cn, the item is in kolkata foreign lcao since[protected]. For the past 18 days, the bag is at kolkata foreign lcao. From the 16th jan, 2017 there are no updates whatsoever. I had place the order on 2nd of january, 2017 and the shipment was dispatched the second day itself and the consignment arrived at the kolkata on 16th jan, 2017. Since then there is no update

My name is rudra narayan sahoo. I am from tala sahi, chaulia ganj, cuttack, 753004.in our area posts reach us through nayabazar s. O. And it's postmen. But the postmen working on this office and for this area are not enough dutiful and accountable to their jobs. They don't take responsibility of our valuable posts, how would it reach us on time. Even we loss our value-added money. Mr. Premananda, one of the postmen, in the particular post office has delivered my post in another point. He does not have knowledge about the area where he works and it's people. After getting known of own fault he tried to make me fool and distracted me to somewhere else.
I have full proof. Please take care of such problem and the postman, in this country should be very much dutiful.

I checked with the destination post-office and they have not received it as well.
I am urgently in need of this post. I am travelling tonight. Please ensure this post reaches me on time.

Gitapress gorakhpur had dispatched the kalyan via registry on 12/01/2018 but unfortunately i did not recieved the same till 39/01/2018 upto 10 0 am. Where as kothaguda (Hyd) 500084 post office had recieved the same on 22/01/2018 (On internet confermed) today i visited the post office & get the delivery of the same also, i did not recieve.
So, i request you to take aproper & promt action sothat infutur i canrecieve the same regularly my magzines (Kalyan) regulary per month.

I have sent a document (Official transcript) through registered post for college admission purpose on nov 11, 2017. The status in the tracking website remains as "insert item into bag (Otb)". I checked with the post office. They said something might be wrong with the system but the package might be reached. It is not yet received at the destination.

All the postal services are paid, nothing is free in the indian post office. But we are being treated very badly, their response is rude, they never understand the value of a customer.

We posted an international parcel from narasaraopet post office, but they always enter wrong details, 45 years fellow also book parcel as a trainee, does not understand how to book parcel. This is very bad of their front, other than their behavior. Sometimes parcels returned undelivered. Same happened again, it's almost more than a month not yet international parcel delivered.

So we want you to train them with manners, everybody has behavior issues particularly in narasaraopet post office.

I booked the registered post sited above to karvy computershare, nanakramguda, hyderabad.
I regret that i marked pin code as 500008. The correct pin code is 500032.
All other information in the address are correct.
I am unable to inform this request through complaint since the year remains as 2017 in the web page.

Please inform the correct pin code to the hyderabad sorting (Crc) and arrange to deliver the letter.

Ganeshganj post office lucknow. I had to send an application to uppsc through registered post. Uppsc guidelines says that the downloaded address slip should be stick on the envelope. The person on the counter refused to send my application by registered post, his excuse was "no letter can be sent by registered post if address slip (Or any other paper) is stuck on the envelope. He also told to send this registry from aminabad post office. Are the rules different on different post offices? Please look into the matter so that consumers should not suffer in future.

I tanya pahwa d/o girish pahwa applied for my bpt degree transcript to kurukshetra university in 05-2017 which was required to canadian embassy for immigration purpose. The kurukshetra university despatched my bpt degree transcript to canada vide consignment no rh[protected]in on dated[protected] which is not yet reached canada and showing status to till date that “insert item into bag (Otb) at dimc new delhi 110002”. After waiting for 5 months, i again applied for my bpt degree transcript to kurukshetra university by again paying all the fee in 11-2017 and again kurukshetra university despatched my bpt degree transcript to canada vide consignment no rh[protected]in on dated[protected] but again same problem repeated. The letter did not reached canada and showing status to till date that “insert item into bag (Otb) at dimc new delhi 110002”. Its very shameful to you and complete harassment. Right now i am in canada and waiting for my letters… i immediately required these documents in canada.. I request to plz take the suitable action immediately and make sure the delivery of my letters to canada as soon as possible.. My atm card was dispatched through consignment no ex[protected]in, no one came to our house for delivering the speed post & just return it back without any intimation. My family was home on both day 15.01.18 & 16.01.18, nobody came to deliver it.
Also no intimation was given to my neighbors nor any slip was dropped in my home communicating to collect speed post from post office. This is clear cut case o[censored]nprofessional behavior on part of postman.
