Sir, i, kakasaheb bawskar working in central armed police force, presently serving in cis[censored]nit brbnmpl mysore. I had sent one registered parcel on 02.11.2017 from note mudran nagar post office (570003) to rajur (Mh) 431213, but till date my parcel was not received by recipient in said address this parcel have a mobile phone for my parents to talk with me and my parents have not mobile phone they are dependent my neighbors.in this regard i had approached all post office, administrative post office, chief post master karnataka, chief post master general karnataka. Hence i request your kind honor to look into the matter.

No further update is provided, and the current position is unknown. The whole purpose of tracking details fails, if it is not regularly updated.

The delay in delivery of the passport and not updating the details, has caused inconvenience. br...

Mony order totally stoped for long day at Bolpur head post office, Birbhum, west bengal. They told us that they could not know that when it will be started Mony order. So, we want to solve this problem as early as possible. Also they could not cooperate with us.

I have purchased product from patanjali and they send it through speed post. I recieved a call from ellisnagar post office, near rdo office dharapuram, he told your parcel weighs around 10kg so please collect. I sent my driver to recieve the parcel as i could not go due to my work. When driver reached the person in the post office asked authorization letter without which he cant provide the parcel. I also talked over phone and requested. But he denied. Later i told him as he must deliver the parcel to my address, i was trying to help him but he is showing his rule, he told you dont come i will send the parcel to head post office. After that i tracked online and it is showing "item delivery attempted door locked / first intimation". Which is totally wrong. Tracking id is cv[protected]in.
Please suggest how to tackle such misleading behaviours by govt departments.

According to pan card authority card dispatched through register post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 20/11/2017 but card not yet delivery today 11/12/2017 by post office. Today current status is bag dispatch to kgp rms but today till 11/12/2017 it was not delivered to pin-721232. How will a register post can take too much time to deliver? This is very much argent to get the pan card in hand.

Hi this suwarana w/o s r pratap central govt employee he died on sep 10th 2017 from last oct we roaming to claim our pli amount as iam the nominee of as account, but this officers here in saidabad name laxma reddy he is incharge of pli say he don't know the procedure he akg me to go kachiguda when i visited kachiguda there one officer ramchandra officer of pli asking me to nearest post office and submit as i visited jumblee post office. As iam having all documents like death' certificate, family certificate all required documents and filled form. But these people are harassing me from last two months by guideing me here and there. Please do need full it's already 90 my husband died.

Abstraction with items in parcel found shoes and track suit one piece should be avaliable but address got in place of shoes & track paint (lower) are missing in packet. this packet are inside avaliable on some books & track suit upper.
kindly do the necessary action.

I had purchased a kvp no.77cd716518 amt. Rs 10000 in the name of sushanta kumar sarkar/subroto sarkar. Type joint b registration no.652, sol id no.[protected]s. O. A/c-[protected], cif[protected] from alfa gr noida post office on 05.01.07 and the same was matured on 05.08.15 and i applied for tranferation in alipurduar post office on 04.01.16 and visited alipurduar post office months after months to have positive response but failure to have the response. Once again reminder is given by me on 04.10.16 but this time also no satisfactory response is given by alipurduar post office nor alfa gr. Noida post office and 24th july 2017 another transfer form is submitted but the post master did not give any reciept after several time metting with the post master but he always speak the same word that alfa gr. Noida post office not transfer the kvp.in the above circumstances i am suffering too much. I request you to take necessary action in this regard, thus i can get the money from alipurduar post office as it is my home town.

I sent a speed post to iti colony naini allahabad from new delhi, on 04.12.2017.
But the post man is refusing to hand over the envelop to my family member in iti colony naini allahabad and asking to see only "the person stated on the envelop and not any other family member".
Kindly tell ur post man that people go to their offices for work and cannot remain at home to receive the letter.
It can be delivered to family members also.
Is this the way post office going to ruin its name by harassing its own customers.
Kindly tell ur staff that this is the reason why people are switching to courier services.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull.

This complaint is regarding to the VIYYUR POST OFFICE due to delivery issues.

I have e-commerce business and due to Christmas I got orders for Christmas decorations. Today I checked the tracking ID of parcels because some of the customers began to enquire about their order. Then I came to know they didn't start the proceedings after 5 days.

And in another incident, they delivered the item in wrong address. I send the parcel to Telangana and they delivered it to Uttangarai, the place I didn't even mention.

This will make a great amount of loss for my business due to cancellation and refund of payment from my customers side. I have just started by business and it's on verge of loss. Please take action as soon as possible. Lots of people have the same complaint against viyyur post office at Thrissur.
