On 23-10-17 i recieve a phone call that i won a samsung mobile, shoes and watch for 70% discount in diwali offer and they asked my address i give the address

I request you to kindly release my parcel numbered rs[protected]ch (Banggood.com) as soon as possible, it's stuck in the customs (Foreign lcao nd retention) since 15th of october,
Till date there r no updated as such, i am very eagarly waiting for the same, u can also check it's been a long time since it got shipped from switzerland, i am loosing my patience, hope u understand, it's a gift i bought for my mother....

A registered letter was sent to ramadevi chakeri chouraha police station on 23/10/17 but this letter is not delivered yet.. I am chasing the post office dmsrde branch from where this letter was sent but no out come.

I booked my flight from air asia airlines from jaipur-hyderabad-bangalore dated: 25/10/17. My parcel with tracking number rb[protected]sg and rb[protected]sg is yet to be delivered to me. It was cleared by kolkata customs department on[protected]. Reached guwahati rms at[protected]. Lousy service india post. Extremely annoying.
I can't fathom what does it takes 4 days for a parcel to cover 500 km.
Better shut down the service or department if it continues to harass costumers with this kind of low quality service....
