This complaint must be seen by all type of people. Because this complaint against inhumane, negligent worst staff which can go to any extend. Because government of india paying them salaries.

You work or sleep. Nobody to take against you. Then why you worry about your work?

You simply relax, you do all negligence. You do all business crime. You cause inconvenience to the customers. Still department is paying you huge and huge salary. Then this type of issues can occur.

But this issue i am complaining here is actually a crime in business world. If same type of negligence and behaviour would have been done in mnc companies, employees get direct termination.

Here nothing. Do know all departments are sleeping. Nobody to check even after having one of the biggest department in asia. Indian postal department unable to grow and sitting back. Only reason is negligent staff. Government should really privatize this sector. Then it will automatically grow plus it can also get option to hire another lakh of people with growth in business and utilization of services.

Let us come to the point.

I regularly sent parcels, if no service is available with reputed companies like fedex, aramex etc. I often send using india speedpost.

Although i face lot of issues sending parcels using india post. Still to reach people in remote places i use it. Whereas if i have parcels of fedex, gati etc i can just log a pickup on computer and they can come and pickup. That much simple.

So i take time. I pack the parcel very well keeping in view of the postal department requirement. After having sent many parcels since years. I packed well. That too smallest parcel which hold your belt.
Packed in small carton box. Then packed well with brown tape. Left space for sticker or stamp. Follow everything.

But when i visit khairtabad head post office in hyderabad city. At early hours on 15th nov, 2017 and no customer available at this big post office. I went to mult purpose counter where they take parcels.

Clear was sitting and enjoying on his mobile phone. I showed him parcel very politely and he said i cannot take this. I told him. I sent regularly what's the issue?

He says i cannot take. I ask for reason, he repeatedly saying not take. So i immediately inform to the higher level officer (Lazy sitting), she too not responding properly. Believe me no reason to refuse this small parcel which you can hold in your palm.

I was called inside and they are just and just eager for their negligence. I spoke with old person employee he too asking me. I can go, if they refuse to take.

I told them it is just a belt. If you want you can scan it. Now they are asking me to remove and show it. I immediately said, no problem you can remove tape and pack it.

They are not interested at all. I even warned them i will take this matter with higher staff. I do not tolerate negligence. They are saying i can do anything.

I asked for post master in office. They are not saying anything. Just refusing. I asked the post of the lazy sitting in office. She doing time pass and negligently says sweeper. Even though look like senior employee but cannot tell the word sweeper as well.

Then few other employees came to office after their time is over. Normally they do not come to office on time and nobody to check. All staff telling in favor of each other. I even showed the staff recently i got parcels from post office itself in same condition, just 2 days back, that too from indian capital new delhi. And also showing them parcels photos available in my phone that i sent earlier.

This staff not interested in anything. They just want me to go out. So that they can relax and enjoy illegal salaries.

Enough is enough here in government postal department.

This criminals actually defaming our nation and also sinking the business of own department because of which they are living. This type of staff really very danger for the nation. It does not matter if they count in thousands. We are a nation of 1.3 billions. Together we can eradicate all this and make a good nation.

Now everybody is taking lite in india thinking postal department like that only. Nobody can do anything. But, we are forgetting, we got all powers as customer. As citizen of this nation. If single rape case in new delhi can change the face of the city. Why cannot we can change this negligence and set example.

Go and check private sector like it sector, bpo, mnc etc, where extremely talented employees even after working as super fast robots, they can get terminated any time.

They have to go to work 24/7 anytime. Even grayeyard shifts at 2 am in the night or 5 am. No fixed timing. Believe me as per my experience i am telling this. If you keep one american bpo staff and one government employee like post office. And ask them to compete the simple work on computer. A single person of it industry can perform the work of 15 employees of what postal department do.

With lot of tension. Lot of hard work. No job security. No permanent jobs. They are doing excel and if same type of staff is being recruited for government department like post office. Total face of postal department can change like we can it industry in bangalore.

On that day i was in hurry to take school kid so getting late. Otherwise i would have taken the live case with indian media, tv media.

I will continue my fight to complaint against this staff and contact concern government sector to terminate this staff.

Extremely negligent staff like a waste we throw in dust bin. What is the use of this kind of employees

And why government is helpless to pay them huge salaries.

When people are working in private sector for salary ten times lower then what government is paying postal department.

They are business criminals as well as eating illegal money by not working and relaxing.

I manoj agarwal occupant of 10, clive row, 2nd floor, room no.6/3 kolkata - 700 001 have business with ordnance factories in the name of starline industries and indarkala udyog and receive important speed post/registered post letters. Due to space constraint i am sitting at my other office but the office remains open with rubber stamps with one attendant. The post man [protected] wants an ex gratia to deliver those letters to the office as his right and not as bakshish and threatens us that he will return the letters. I do not understand the logic behind this. This office is in operation since 1985 and never came across such illogical / irrational person in my life.

My documents has not recached yet. When i tried to track it it shows it has been despatch on 14th november from delhi to jammu. After that there is not any update, is my document lost or it has not yet reached to the destination. Therefore i am really worried as it’s my important university documents. Please do check upon on this matter urgently. I have even tried to call the head office in jammu but they don’t pick the call.

Sir, i had book and emo from new forest post office dehradun to gurgaon on 23rd october by pnr number[protected], but e m o has not yet reached the destination i have complained about this several times to the postal department every time they are giving assurance but till date nothing has been done, post office complaint number [protected] given on 9th november status is still pending already the 7 days have passed. Kindly help me to get out of this problem thanking you,

I booked a parcel via india post on 9/11/2017. The parcel has to be sent to snapdeal. I tracked that parcel and it has been showing deliverd. But the snapdeal company is refusing that the product has been reached to their warehouse yet. I just need a proof of delivery because they need it to give my refund. So please send it to me so i get my refund as soon as possible. Service is just pathetic. Please improve it.

I have to receive an vpp consignment booked by chowkhamba sanskrit series office, varanasi bearing consignment no;cu[protected]in to be delivered by the pendurthy post office bearing postal code number 531173. On tracking it shows as if still pending in the post office of pendurthy but they are not delivering the same to me nor no intimation is given. Kindly see that the same is delivered to me as nearly one month lapsed. The same also not returned to the sender as informed to me. Regards.

Sir in month of october i had to receive my cheque through courier and some other things also from the organisation i am working. Now when i check tracking id the delivery date was on 23/oct/17 but i didn't receive any courier on that day and when i personally went to office and asked them why didn't you do delivery on time?
And moreover the parcel which i personally received was only my certain but the cheque was not in the courier which should be in there but they are telling me that we didn't get any cheque
Even after on tracking id it is showing delivered

Its been a month
I have complaints so many time in there office but i didn't get any response

Package possibly stolen at anna road sorting center chennai.
No updates for 10 days, which is unusal. Someone is possibly stealing packages in that location.
They should atleast return the parcel to the sender so that i can get my money back from the site i brought the phone.

My parcel was dispatched from china. Ordered online from alibaba.

It came in to the foreign lcao on 2nd of november, 2017, and yet i haven't received it.

Itz in custom clearing stage for a long time. From 6th of november, 2017. Need my parcel asap. They're not even taking my call, and itz quite far from my place. Kindly look into it on urgent basis.

I ordered a computer mouse from aliexpress china. They shipped it to india but instead of delivering to my place (Ranchi, jharkhand) that product got delivered in saharanpur. I called india post customer care about this matter but they said that it will get delivered to my address in few day, but again i called them today almost after 1 month, now they are saying that already got delivered in saharanpur and now i have to file a complaint on india post website. But their complaint form is not easy to understand so i'm writing this here.

I sent a speed post to adityapur from delhi on 06 nov 2017. It has still not reached the destination. I am really impressed by the"speed" of the post!! The person supposed to receive the parcel is leaving for another city. Please deliver the parcel atleast till 13 november's afternoon (Till 4pm)

The parcel reached ranchi on 7 nov 2017 and was kept there only for 3 days. Do explain why it was kept there for so long

My address is flat no 12/604, jupiter chsl, evershine millenium paradise, thakur village, kandivali east, mumbai - 400101.

Our postman came with a speed post parcel today morning and my wife unknowingly told him to deliver the same to our building watchman over intecom. The postman mr. Patil said ok and kept the phone. Then he gave the intimation slip to the watchman. He did not inform that he will not give parcel to the watchman.

I called the post office after sometime and they told me to come at around 3 to 4 o clock.
I went to the post office at 3:30 with the intimation slip and they righteously guided me that i should come on monday morning as the area postman had not come back. I completely agree with it.

I was in a hurry to get my parcel so i called the postman whose cell numbers i took from our guard and somehow got to know his wherabout. I met him at raheja eternity building and asked for my parcel. To my surprise he reminded me that as i had not given him diwali tip/'bakshish', he purposely did not deliver my parcel. Also when i told him that i gave bakshish only few days back to the postman carrying my daughter's passport n i did not feel necessary to give it again on diwali, he told me to complain about it to whomsoever i want.

Dear sir, i feel that being a public servant and behaving the way he did was not correct. He should be reprimanded for his behaviour so he learn a lesson and i am also not sure on how he is going to service us again when our posts are there to be delivered in future.

I am soumendra nath singha from west bengal. I had purchased 6 nsc certificates whose value 10000 each from kheput post office, west medinipur. Unfortunately i lost all these certificates. To get the duplicate certificates i have submitted all the relivent documents and kheput post office send it to their head post office "tamluk head office". After some days i received a letter from tamluk post office, they asked me to contact them as some of the claim papers are incorrect. I went there and rectify all the documents and submitted all the asking documents. Now again got a call from tamluk post office saying one document has a problem. But when ever i go there they say that concern person is not here please come again.
It's been almost a year still they are not taking any action. Case file no d6-05/n/04/17-18
Please let me know what can i do next.

On 01.11.2017, i tried to withdraw rs.6, 000 (S2586211) cash thru pnb atm situated @ srinagar colony, hyderabad. Due to server or software issue, the amount has been debited to my sb a/c # [protected] (Cif[protected] and received sms to my regd mobile # [protected].

When i approached concerned pnb branch staff, they confirmed that there was no such transaction reflecting in their records. Hence they advised me to better check with post office authorities for the reverse entry.

Though it is more than 9 days by now, the dispute is unsettled and simply creating confusion.

I have not received my parcel which was sent from 783390 bijni to chennai 600100 on 2/11/2017 & in tracking also it is showing only till nsh guwahati on 4/11/12. Itz been more than a week. Why am i not getting it delivered? My uncle has sent it for me. Its really precious for me. Before also the parcel had reached on time. But this itz been a long time they have sent the parcel and i have not received it as it nit been delivered. So, kindly help me to get my parcel deliver to the respective address chennai 600100.

Content of the package: it returns via cheque through income tax dept.

I received my income tax refund (Amounting to more than 50k inr) via cheque and the department had sent it through speed post. However when i check the status of the post it was saying that it was delivered but it is not. I checked with the postman who was on duty that day (Responsible for delivering the package) and he is not sure which floor he has delivered it to.

When i checked the document (That the post office maintains which requires the receiver signature on it at the time of delivery) it seems that the post man himself has signed it. I am attaching the screenshot of the document here for the readers reference. You can see in the document (Last entry in the list - name: adarshraj ballal) someone has signed it in the black ink ball point pen and it resembles (The color and the way "2" has been written below the signature for date reference) the entries shown above the my name in the list. The delivery address was my office and the security here makes sure that they seal this document but you can see that my entry doesn't. Again the postman has no clue whom or which place did he deliver my post.

Its my humble request to the reader to help me solve this issue and if at all possible - help me locate my package.
