Sir my wife had registered a consignment vide no. Rk[protected]in on 14 sept 17 from eastern extension post office hassan - pin. 573201. But till date said consignment not received by me and nor tracking by postal service. On queries from postal services no information provide by them.in this regard i had loge a complaint through indian postal web complaint vide complaint no. [protected] on 24 sep 17. But couldn't track the same and not updating...

Dear Sir,

I sent a registered mail from saudi arabia to Chennai on 19th Sept 2017 but till today it didn't reach at my home.

Tracking record shows as EDI-received at mumbai airport sorting office. But no information on mail from both country postal service. Saudi claim as they sent on 25th Sept to India.

Please help me to know the correct status.
