I received a speed post (Documents) from the national stock exchange of india on 11/12/2017, the speed post envelope was taped on the opening side but someone tampered it by tearing the other side of the envelope.

I reported the incident to both the nse (Cochin) and postal department. Although this could be counted as a criminal offense, neither nse nor the postal department filed a complaint which they should after i reported the incident.

The postal department is taking such incidents as silly matters, there should be strict laws regrading such matters and should be a punishable offence.

I am writing from ghaziabad, u. P, recently i posted a mail using india post and it was to be delivered in west jordan, utah which is a city in the united states of america. Because of the hurry, i forgot to write usa underneath and now as per the tracking, it shows it's in an exchange office in amman, jordan. I am fully aware you get lots of mail every day but it is a very important mail that contains documents that need to reach before the deadline of december 31st. Can you please check the status of my package with the tracking number "ru[protected]in" and redirect it to its destination that is "84081, west jordan, utah (Usa)"

I am prabhat kumar, i have sent a parcel through speed post from pune (Chinchwad post office) on 11 december 2017 at 10:44 am in the morning, my consignment number (Em[protected]in). The parcel is still not delivered to the given address. I called on the the customer care number but no body is responding to the call. I did speed post because in 2 days the parcel should deliver on the given address. But its a pathetic service by post office. We pay the huge amount for the parcel but its really pathetic service.
The parcel is very important, please deliver the parcel as soon as possible.
Do the needful or i'll take action against it.

I did the complain too but no action taken against the problem.
Day by day its pathetic service by government offices.

I had sent 3 letters (On speed post with ad) from bangalore gpo 560001 to police department, bangalore on december 05, 2017 at 16:26 hours. I did not receive the acknowledge cards for any of them. 3 consignment numbers are :

My product is stuck at kolkata foreign lcao since more than 2 weeks now. The tracking number for the same is ry[protected]cn. There are many other parcels too stuck over there! And everywhere on the internet i can see people complaining about their orders. There is excess delay in all the parcels from kolkata customs! The service is becoming pathetic day by day. Government really needs to be more efficient and improve their quality of work.
Any update on my product will be appreciated although its waste expecting any reply too!

My atm card has been delivered to someone else address in my area. How careless is this, such a height of irresponsibility.. We are not new to this area, residing since 25yrs and inspite of the house no# is mentioned on our gate in a metal plate.
I request the concerned authority to look into this matter and see this kind of mistakes does not get repeated to anyone.

I have booked my register parcel on 16/11/2017 and today is 12/12/2017 it's almost a month now. What can be the cause on delaying my parcel. The current status show ph guwahati.. Why is the guwahati branch holding my parcel? It's so annoying to know the unwanted holding and delaying on delivery when we trust your service. Kindly look into it my consignment no cd[protected]in

My package from hong kong has been held by mumbai customs since the 6th of november, which means it is stuck since 9 days, and there are no further tracking updates after "retention reason: retained by customs for unspecified reason"

I have not got any intimation to pay customs and neither has my parcel been released. Please help.

Dear sir i send one important speed post bearing tracking/ consignment no - es[protected]in dt-08/12/2017 and the documents moving from guwahati to tezpur & again guwahati to tezpur and it is not reaching in original destination. May i know the reason why such negligency.

Sir, i, kakasaheb bawskar working in central armed police force, presently serving in cis[censored]nit brbnmpl mysore. I had sent one registered parcel on 02.11.2017 from note mudran nagar post office (570003) to rajur (Mh) 431213, but till date my parcel was not received by recipient in said address this parcel have a mobile phone for my parents to talk with me and my parents have not mobile phone they are dependent my neighbors.in this regard i had approached all post office, administrative post office, chief post master karnataka, chief post master general karnataka. Hence i request your kind honor to look into the matter.

Mera pan card aana tha 17nov ko dispatch hua or 18 nov 2017 ko panipat post office me aaya or usi din seat no. 18 par baithe postman ne us pan card letter or mere address ki jagah apne kisi agent ko deliver kar diya jiska naam h baburaam or postman ka naam h narender. Mere pancard ka misuse bi ho skta h but ye wo postman thodi na smjega usse baat ki toh bola muje ni pta maine toh de diya ja tuje jo krna h kar mai one months se pareshan ho rha hu kya kru smj ni aa rha or wo postman us baburaam ka address bi ni bta rha mera naam deepak kumar h shivnagar panipat se hu mera contact no. Venkatesham not working sir he was total monthly open twice or thrice her bpo center only and he was roughly behave to people. Please open regularly pls to talk him sir and he was not maintain office timmings so her bpo not help ful to peoples

Please regarding my issue solve peoples problem

I have purchased product from patanjali and they send it through speed post. I recieved a call from ellisnagar post office, near rdo office dharapuram, he told your parcel weighs around 10kg so please collect. I sent my driver to recieve the parcel as i could not go due to my work. When driver reached the person in the post office asked authorization letter without which he cant provide the parcel. I also talked over phone and requested. But he denied. Later i told him as he must deliver the parcel to my address, i was trying to help him but he is showing his rule, he told you dont come i will send the parcel to head post office. After that i tracked online and it is showing "item delivery attempted door locked / first intimation". Which is totally wrong. Tracking id is cv[protected]in.
Please suggest how to tackle such misleading behaviours by govt departments.

I have applied for new pan card of my grandmother kamala bhunia on 31/10/2017. According to pan card authority card dispatched through register post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 20/11/2017 but card not yet delivery today 11/12/2017 by post office. Today current status is bag dispatch to kgp rms but today till 11/12/2017 it was not delivered to pin-721232. How will a register post can take too much time to deliver? This is very much argent to get the pan card in hand.

Hi this suwarana w/o s r pratap central govt employee he died on sep 10th 2017 from last oct we roaming to claim our pli amount as iam the nominee of as account, but this officers here in saidabad name laxma reddy he is incharge of pli say he don't know the procedure he akg me to go kachiguda when i visited kachiguda there one officer ramchandra officer of pli asking me to nearest post office and submit as i visited jumblee post office. As iam having all documents like death' certificate, family certificate all required documents and filled form. But these people are harassing me from last two months by guideing me here and there. Please do need full it's already 90 my husband died.

I had purchased a kvp no.77cd716518 amt. Rs 10000 in the name of sushanta kumar sarkar/subroto sarkar. Type joint b registration no.652, sol id no.[protected]s. O. A/c-[protected], cif[protected] from alfa gr noida post office on 05.01.07 and the same was matured on 05.08.15 and i applied for tranferation in alipurduar post office on 04.01.16 and visited alipurduar post office months after months to have positive response but failure to have the response. Once again reminder is given by me on 04.10.16 but this time also no satisfactory response is given by alipurduar post office nor alfa gr. Noida post office and 24th july 2017 another transfer form is submitted but the post master did not give any reciept after several time metting with the post master but he always speak the same word that alfa gr. Noida post office not transfer the kvp.in the above circumstances i am suffering too much. I request you to take necessary action in this regard, thus i can get the money from alipurduar post office as it is my home town.

Ej[protected]in and ej[protected]in has not been delivered to my home yet but its online traking says that it is already delivered. Kindly look into this matter asap. How can you guys be so irresponsible about this. You guys have already updated your website by saying that it is alreasy delivered but it is not. Resolve this issue as soon as possible because consignment contain very important document and stuff. We are looking for your reply as fast as possible
