I have flight booked from hyderabad to mumbai at 4.00 am on 9/11/17 pnr wirj2u. I reached there by 3 am. I have pdf of my ticket and still they force me to have print of that ticket. And when i finally reached for check in they said it is not possible and
I have catch next flight. But still it is only 3.20. Boarding gates close before 45 mins, i wasted my time on getting print of ticket though i had pdf my flight. It was just matter of 5 minutes. I have to pay more than double price for my next flight. And there are many passenger like me. Next flight is at 5.30 and still i am boarding right now. If flight get delayed we compromise. But they didn't compromise for us for even 5 minutes. Previously i have travelled with jet airways and they have allowed me to board in before 15 minutes of departure time. The behavior of supervisor was very rude. He was not answering properly and he went away when i was there asking him for help.

I sent one parcel through express parcel from champa to silchar on 25th oct 2017.
It has been aroud 15 days, there is no update.
I have filed 2 online complaints and 1 offline complaints.
Online complaints
Id 1 : [protected] : closed saying that they will track through offline complaints.
Id2: [protected] : no update
Offline complaints : [protected] : no useful update from around last 1 week.

I wrote mail to [protected]@indiapost.gov.in, no reply and update yet.

I tried contact to all post masters of champa, bilaspur and raipur - no help.

I tried to reach ministry of state - no help, they asked me to tweet.

This is the last option i have, if i will not get any update, i can say in india our government service will never change. Digital india is just an imagination.

I have sent a parcel (Article no - en[protected]in) to my daughter through speed post on 25/10/17 and on tracking the consignment it shows that it has reached ranchi rms on 27/1017 but yet it has not been delivered to my daughter. Rms, ranchi saying that they have misplaced my parcel. Please take harsh action against them as the parcel was very costly. Its a show of huge lapse and irresponsibility by india post. About my product, which i already send to my sister. I am 'ashutosh kumar' complaining from (Muzaffarpur, bihar, india) that i already send some things to my sister before 8 days but still she couldn't recieve it.in that courier, some important medicens are there which she required. Bank ne mujhe atm dia aur mai regular check karta raha apna post parr waha ke postman ne mera atm card nahi pahichaya, mai kaphi pareshan hoo unhone mera atm return karr dia, he is very lethargic type of person i m suffering two time of this type of servies.. Please filed complaim against him further he do not do this type of idiotic mistake..

Here i taken Loan against PLI from 1-11-17 i daily go post office i waste my half an hour daily standing in queue but error occured contact your system administrator such a third class website this error not fix in 6 days central gonvernment website it can work with full response this website is central government this issue can solve as soon as possible not take 7or 8 days

I had sent parcel no em[protected]in on 31st october from nagardas road, andheri east, mumbai post office to an address in ulubari, kamrup and the online status is showing "received at nsh guwahati" since 4 november.
I tried contacting the postmaster but not getting any response.
I want the item to be delivered as soon as possible.
I visited the post ofiice in mumbai but they say that the item will be delivered soon.

I (Sandip kumar barman) purchased 6 year national certificate on 26.03.12 from post office patna bihar to take the advantage of tax rebate as i was serving there. Presently i am in chinsurah, hooghly wb (Pin-712101) and i want to exchange those certificate at this post office. But post office saying to get it exchanged at patna post office wherefrom i purchased. It is difficult for me. Please advise me.

Post man of kalyan pin 421301didn, t deliver my speed post 3 letter despite 24 hrs presence in the house. He wrote on speed post cover unclaimed. Carpenters who were working kitchen interior work from 15 october to 31 october are the witness that post man didn't turned up to my house from said above dates. Post man simply returned 3 speed post letter no aq[protected] in, aq[protected] and aq[protected]in. Sbi has deducted rs345/ for three cheque book cover due to collection from sbi khadakpada. I
Humbly request to take strict action against negligence n carelessness if concern post man so that other citizen may suffer like me.

Speed post article number - et[protected]in was booked from anna nagar chennai-600040 post office on 27 oct 17 but the same was not delivered to the addressee and returned to the sender on the pretext of refusal where as it was never presented for delivery. The speed post article may be redirected and delivered to me at the earliest opportunity.

I booked the above-mentioned article at speedpost on 31/10/2017 at asansol head post office and it is still showing to received at nsh burdwan. No more progress is updated that arouses my worry. It is a very very emergency documents to be delivered at gondia maharashtra at the earliest.

I booked a parcel with above tracking number to gondia from asansol. The current status from the last 2days shows item received at nsh burdwan (01.11.2017).
Since then there is no further update. I have limited time for sending these documents. So kindly update me at the earliest regarding the same. It should not take so long with speed post services. Atleast i should be getting the updates.

My name is santosh s kadam, n3/201 moraj riverside takka, panvel, i and my wife we both are working, many times my parcel, any registered document like passport, rc book and other imp things which we did not get because we are working. The delivery attended postman does not even keep the slip on the door so we don't even know to collect from the post and its happens many times by our area postman.

Please look into the matter for such irresponsible behavior.

I want to draw your kind attention towards the negligent working of mr. Brige lal. The postman of post office ladda (Via kuthera) comes under teh. Ghumarwin distt bilaspur himachal pradesh area. He is quite irregular and negligent in his work. He does not deliver the letters and parcels on daily basis. He never arrives in time. He often throws the letters in the either in hands of children playing in the streets or any person of the area wheather he or she is responsible or not. Many times the letters are lost. This irregular and late delivery of letters has caused business loss to some people. This is a matter of great concern and can cause great loss to any resident. On many occasions, this postman has been warned to mend his ways but he pays a deaf ear to the warnings of the residents.

Kindly take necessary action in this matter and mr. Brige lal be transferred to some other area, lest he should take revengeful action against some of the residents.

Postal clerk is absent from his chair since 11am in khetrajpur post office. No oficials are respond for working. Postmaster also misbehaved with customer. It is regular practice at this post office. I think this is the main reasion for downfall of postal department. Your postal oficials are very reluctant about their duty. So do the needful action for inconvenience of customers.

I had sent the consignment on 21st oct 2017 and it has still not been delivered to the destination. I has been more than 10 days since the dispatch from the source.
I had made a speedpost so it would reach early but it is taking more time than the normal delivery due to which all my goods must be damaged by now.
I want the refund for the delivery and payment for the damage cost to my consignment as soon as possible.
We are paying more amount of money so that our package could reach early, but what's the use of paying so much if it is taking more time than the normal delivery?
