I have give a cheque to credit it to my post office sb account. Amount has been debited from my pgb bank but the has not yet credited to my post office sb account, i have enquired in the post office what is the reason behind this, they have sead that it may take 15 days to credit it to your account. It's a mear shame on the part of so far called the great indian post service that takes 15 days to clear a single check.

    This is to inform that my article, which contained dates and few plates was booked on 29th september, 2017 and paid 3400 rs. From madina, saudi arabia to be received at gpo, ahmedabad, gujarat. Article number was ek[protected]sa. It has already been 15 days and have not yet received it department of post nor any call from their side for the delay. Now when i check the status it shows it has been sent back to madina on 30th but the reason for sending it back is not known. Kind do the needful.

      This is to bring to your kind attention that the cheque no.006227 dt.18.09.2017 of rs.16, 010.00 of sbi purulia branch issued in favour of the undersigned, being the maturity amount of nsc of rs. 10, 000.00, was presented in my ubi account of dalhousie branch, kolkata but the cheque was not honoured and returned with the memo “excess arrangement” — code 02 which may be confirmed from your sbi a/c and rs.260.00 deducted from my account. The amount was very exgigent for payment of due hospital bills for which treatment being hampered. So immediate step may be taken to pay the maturity amount alongwith rs.260.00 preferably in my abovesaid a/c.

        tracking status shows item has been delivered but the recipient did not receive

        India post took 5 days to deliver a registered post within a 60 km range. The tracking details shows the package has been delivered but the recipient did not receive the post. I lodged a complaint 15 days before but the complaint status is still pending, some reviews says that it will take up to 15 days to resovle but according to the ministry of communication it takes only 24 hours. But still there is no information on the post that i have...

But till date it was not delivered to me even i made complain to indian post office regarding the same.in speed post my mobile no also written on front but till date no body from indian post office also contact me. Inside that speed post a precious consignment billis, and it is urgently required for me. Request suitable actions against the indian post office authority varanasi. Regards

              Dear sir,
              This to inform you that if the public have to their work themselves then whats the need for postman in postoffice. When the postman use to recevive any parcel they dnt use to deliver that at public home. They simply have a call and inform public to come and receive the parcel from post office. We also dnt knw that whether they use to have a call or not or just making fake remarks. And parcel is kept in post offfice upto 2 months. Which result in lost of parcel. So, its my humble request to you to alert your post office staff to perform their duties well and deliver the parcel at reciever home.

                Since last week i am tracking and hoping it has to be ship yet, but since last 10 days its showing same status and tried to contact at destination post office but couldn, t connect, also raised online complaint but its still pending

                      This is to inform you about the postman of my area. I live in libaspur, delhi–110042. The postman of this area is not performing his duty properly. He never delivers a parcel. As you know pan card comes by post. He return all the pan card back without delivering. And when we visit him in post office he becomes aggressive. So i want u to take some action. This will be a great help. And pls reply me.

                        M. Veeranjaneyulu and the postmaster namburi sandeep was behaviour to me.
                        They scold me.
                        And they were told an incorrect information.
                        I mean they are telling that they have the legal& official announcement for to ban the 10rs coins.
                        So, they did not take the 10rs coins.
                        But here the superindent of postal department told that they do not recieve such type of information.

                        These type questions are none of their business.
                        I loss the respect from entire postal department.

                              This is in reference to my consignment no. Pp[protected]in which was suppose to be delivered at my home vill - nagla jado post sharay shish gran ps bidhuna dist auraiya address by 10 october and yet not received i. E, till time..
                              Its been very hard reaching customer support for india post, and contacting india post offices doesn't seem to be of any help as one office ask to contact another everyone seems disinterested, and even there contact numbers are not mentioned on website or anywhere else so in order to find contact detail for the concerned area office you have to request/plead to whoever you are able to connect with but still of no use.

                              Mentioning few of the concerns:

                              1. Track consignment works sometimes, sometimes don't.
                              2. Even if you are able to track your consignment still there's no surity you will receive it as there are no contact numbers mentioned in tracking page and it keep showing your consignement jumping from one location to another as days pass by.

                              3. Bad customer support : customer support numbers given are not even reachable most of the time, personally i'm not able to connect any till date. Contacting regional offices turned out to be of no help.

                              4. No updates from india post on your consignments unlike private companies.

                              2. You can locate your post office but there's no info on contact details/ phone numbers.

                              Overall my experiences with indian post are quite bad and this is not based on just this one case but my previous parcels are missing as well..!

                              Not sure what else can be done, this really becomes frustating for customers, i do want to support our own 'indian post' and everyone should too but how can government expect fellow citizens support with this kind of pathetic service.
                              Looks like government services are losing out big time with private companies on most of the ends.. I want go outside india but due to passport i can't. I hope this will be resolved soon.

                                Sr i have booked one parcel on 26 sep 17 from hajipur punjab. Parcel no. Cp[protected]in.. I checked parcel status on net.. It was showing. Parcel despatched to 81 sbpo from 01 cbpo on 01 oct 17. Till now it is not showing any progress towards delivery.. I have contacted several time on customer care no. Some office s numbers.. But nobody is picking phone... Sir plz kindly help to deliver it soon... It is very urgently required...

I personally go on 2:50pm at post office but postmaster refused me for giving parcel, he said - “ab to maine parcel return karne k liye book kar diya hai ab nhi mil sakta.
                                  When i was go to ballabgarh post office and contact to post master and delivery person, they don't give me right information, he said - unke milo inse milo and one person said that my area delivery person does (Jagdeep) not delivered any parcel at right place and right person, when i'm in post office he was not there, he was go to home at 2:30pm

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    My package with tracking number rm[protected]cn is stuck in kolkata lcao since 25th september 2017 it is required to be delivered at new delhi. The package is urgently needed.

                                    In today's day and age it is surprising how the india post shall take so much of time to deliver international packages when it hardly takes any time from overseas to reach india.

                                    The customer care phone numbers are never answered and it delays the entire work that may be based on receipt of such foreign packages.

                                    Kindly look into this!

                                      Consignment no ed[protected]in was dispatched on 12/07/2017 by bsea enforcement department, which i have not recieved yet.
                                      Checking online on india post web site it show details not available.
                                      On delivery post office no response from staff yet.
                                      Kindly tell me wheather it was delivered or not and if delievered, then to whom with name and contact information.
                                      India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
