My parents sent very important documents via India post. They assured my parents that documents will be delivered to Australia within 8-10 days which did not happen. Tracking number and phone number provided on the receipt doesn’t work. My parents went to post office to get information on the parcel and they said their role is over. We have to contact the service on our behalf. Such a shame that I lost my legal documents. There should be a strict action to take against this. Such services should be banned.

My parcel (EE[protected]IN) has been marked on the India post website as “Address cannot be located” when I was not contacted even once through phone call and there was no delivery attempt at my address (I was at home for the past 3-4 days)

I am very certain the address is correct and can be located as I received a Speedpost mail from India post just a few weeks ago.

My parcel contains important medical stuff...

I have subscribed to the fortnightly FRONTLINE a few months ago only to recieve two copies to date . When I contacted the publishing house I was informed that all the issues have. been duly disposed by India Post-.
There seems to be a slip somewhere between the lip and the cup with virtually none of the issues reaching my residence . I was wondering as to where the discrepancy was
when the post man dropped 2 issues in one go which is only feasible when there is malafide
Intention as each magazine costs Rs 125/-.
The magazine publishers were kind enough to despatch all missing issues by registered post which was delivered to watchman who did not bother to hand them over for a while This callous disregard reflects the lackadaisical and cavalier work culture of India Post and I request you to do the needful such that this loophole is duly plugged.

Parcel that was paid extra to be expedited has been stuck for 2 weeks at IGI TMO New Delhi.

This is urgent matter and need parcel to be processed for shipment to US.

My parents had sent an induction stove from Ghaziabad to Bangalore via speed post on 06/02/2023. I recieved it today (14/02/2023) in a broken and unusable state. It was a perfectly functioning stove when it was with my parents. I want full refund of the product cost. The consignment number for this package is: EU[protected]IN

Speed Post ER[protected]IN not delivered at place

My mother had invested money in Bhayander West Post office assigning me as a nominee. She expired and I am chasing Post office since more than last seven months . But not getting any response or any fund

I am writing this letter to report the non delivery of my parcel . I had booked a speed Post parcel Speed post parcel Registry no. -EW[protected]IN on 16/01/2023 from Kolaghat Post office ( pin code - 721134) in the name of Mallika Nanda, AIIMS Bhubaneswar, Pin code751019. On 23rd January delivery message came from India Post to my mobile number though the receiver haven't got the parcel. I complained to your portal having complaint no [protected].After that I noticed that the parcel came returned to Kolkata RMS on 29/01/23. As per your record the percel still haven't move from there and neither it reached to Mallika nor it came returned to me.

My parcel RL[protected]CH reached Indore City on Feb. 12 which is a Sunday.
The next day, Feb. 13 the tracking is showing as "Mumbai Ap Inland TMO"
PLEASE deliver this immediately. We need this package and we have also paid a big sum for customs tax duty.
Hoping immediate response.

Why not deliver my order in time…

My parcel has been dispatched from new delhi Igi tmo on 4th Feb, 2023 the tracking has not been updated since then. It's been 7 days till then and there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is CA[protected]IN

My parcel is stuck in Delhi TMO for past 2 days and its been not updated please do something about it. I really need to get that parcel

Hi Sir/ Madam, the consignment number: ET[protected]IN, India post (speed post) has not been delivered. Please address and update on this at the high priority level.

I got a call from post man on 7th Feb that he was standing at my door for delivery but since I was at work he told me that he will deliver tomorrow and will call me. I took leave to receive this order but no one came to deliver the order but quietly slipped the format of intimation through my door. Now I have to visit the post office to pick up my order which is very far from my residence. Please resolve my issue as there is no fault of mine as I was not intimated before the first delivery.

450gms of parcel under article number EU[protected]IN was booked on 30th Jan 2023 from Agra to Siliguri. It reached the destined post office ( Siliguri H. O.) On 6th Feb. But it hasn't been delivered yet. Person at the post office is denying to deliver the parcel. Please check and deliver the parcel. It's urgently needed by today only. This is highly irresponsible behaviour of the staff.

Very bad service literally my passport is dispatched to gopalapuram west godavari with out any information or with out reaching to my place it is returned back and they mention insufficient address atleast they didn't reach to my address how they say insufficient address very bad service people look for speed post for there emergency situation, needs but at that they only they are behaving like this means how they can belive on this services kindly my request is plz plz look in to this issue
