My consignment (Cg[protected]de) which is to be delivered by india post has arrived india on 9th september. It is still showing as 'held in customs'.

The cust. Care no. Of india post is always busy. Their server seems to be down and there is no way to track when i can receive my consignment. The consigment was delivered by dhl from us to india. Following are more details which you may require:

I am a reseller from guwahati assam. I do business from my home. My problem is that i ordered four piece of lehanga from a wholeseller of surat for selling purpose. I made payment in advance. She send it from speed post from surat gujrat on monday 11/9/2017. She send me courier slip with consignment no
Cg[protected]in. But whenever i try to track this no it always shown that consignment not found.
Please help me as it was very urgent.

Sir i had applied for a pan card and the postman did not give me my pan card. I gave my pan card to someone else and now the person is asking for money to give me my pan card. The mistakes of postmen have caused the general public to suffer. Please you take a decision in public interest soon. If you need any more information then you can call [protected] on this number. That i dillip kumar dash customer of anakhia post office (Pin-754102) approached for issue of kvp on dt.12.09.2017 at 9.30am. But the kvp was handed over to me at 4.00pm. As per statement of the dealing assistant (Mr. Barik) the delay is due to submission of kvp application form through authorized postal agent. As per the dealing assistant if i have submitted the kvp application directly (Not through postal agent) he would have done my work within one hour. When i protested for the delay, the dealing assistant misbehaved me and told me to complain any one. The post master also remain silent on this issue. Earlier i have obtained kvp within one to two hours. Such type of poor service and misconduct is not expected from the postal authorities in the present time.

I have an article coming from china ea[protected]cn which was reached till hyderabad. But i don’t know why from nsh hyderabad they have returned the item back to nsh mumbai. Now as per the tracking status the article is going back to china.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue asap and don’t return the item back to china.

My name is kiran chandran reside at punthala, punthala po, venmony village, alappuzha dist. I am writing this to complain about the poor postal service i experienced from the punthala post office (689509). During this year i received 5 registered post and 2-speed post.

But the problem is i got all these sealed envelopes as opened. On 2nd september 2017, i got my degree certificate as the registered post from my university. Afterwards, i received that i found that the seal was opened and the certificate damaged. I asked about this to the postman but he replied that it was not his mistake. I don't believe that because i saw many times the post man read others personal letters in the postal service office.

The other issue is the postman reads the documents and tell about the details to some of my neighbors. It is not acceptable to me and it is like interfere with my privacy. I'm not the one who had this much of worst service. There are many people dissatisfied with these troubles.

I recommend to consider this as my complaint letter and get proper action as soon as possible.

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from kalyan (Maharashtra) katemaivali speed post office on the 1st of september, 2017. The receipt no. Is em[protected]in. Unfortunately the parcel has not yet delivered its destination i. E udaipur, rajasthan. Till date. I've tried tracking from the internet but is not traceable. Kindly check and do the needful...

Sir my name is awadesh vishwakarma from tilanga jakkhini varanasi. I had ordered for a samsung galaxy mobile with cash on delivery which came through bhartiya dak seva. I have paid 3500rs to postman for that and opened in presence of postman and other people but there was no mobile inside the packed box. There was some brass sculpture. I said to postman that please return my money send this return but he said that i can return only after confirmation from my head office. Till now he has not returned my money neither he received my call. Please help me sir.

Just would like to bring into your notice that, me (Shabana khatoon) and my sister shabnam (Speed post barcode - ed[protected]in, receipt_no dk-117892, license no - dl[protected] had applied on the same date (19th august 2017) and my sister's licencee has been delivered on the same below residence address on last month (25th august 2017).

Current status showing (From last 20 days) on the license on dk post office in mohan garden uttam nagar, and also booked the complaint. Complaint no is [protected].

May i know reason of this delay? When shall i expect this to delivered on given residence address.

R/sir,
I have sent two numbers of emos vide no[protected] &[protected] on 03/8/17 amounting to rs. Total rs.7300/- (5000/+2300/-) from howrah rs. Post office, pin 711101 and which were destined for behala so, afterward i lodged complaint to WWW.INDIA post.gov.in portal vide complaint no. [protected] & [protected].
Then a ticket vide no. Ticn[protected] was raised to cept/mysore for resolving the problem..

On 27/8/17, cept mysore has solved the problem and intimated to me and as well as to sr. Postal superintendant, howrah.
But till this this date, the money is not disbursed after lapse of 41 days.
Please do needful action to solicitiate the problem.
Should i take legal action against postal department, pls acknowledge.. T. Gupta. Date[protected].

I, mansi singh d/o shri birendra pratap singh r/o-jonhiya post-bhitirawat spo. Sahjanwa pin 273209 i had not received my pan card no. Ilups8607a which is dispatched from dadar mumbai on dated[protected] on document it shows that item is delivered to somone on 10/07/2017 19:14 by bhitirawat b. P. O.
This is question that postman mr. Sukhu prasad mob.[protected] on 10/07/2017 time at 19:14 whom deliverd is 19:14 is time of delivery as per his work schedule?
He said that he delivers oftenly post to only 3 persons of village. After all my pan card is theft by him. Please go for action against the post man and get me back my pan card other wise you will be responsible for all type of my mental and financial loss.

Dear sir/madam,

My name is mrs gayathri apoorv have an grievance against the postal dombivili (W), maharastra postal service. I had sent a gift parcel from wichita, united states as a raksha-bandhan parcel. Which contains two shirts, nuts, sweet box, two rakhi, baby girl dress, 3 baby tooth paste. All the above item cost estimated was $102 which is about indian rs 6, 536. I had already paid postal charges of $90 in usa.
Now the local dombivili (W) postal service refused to hand over the parcel to my family who stay in dombivili (East), mumbai, maharastra.

Product tracking code:- (Ch[protected]us).
Reason given :- only by paying rs 3, 643 my family can have it. They said custom and duty had told to charge it in name of gst.
I had called them 3 times and was given with same reply and said they would return the parcel. To customs and duty.
I have question? India is charging gst for exporting heavy duty machine but not on gifts. Secondly, custom and duty is only for importing good not on gifts that too less than rs 10, 000 is exempted. Then why then my family has to bear this costing of nearly 50% tax on what basis for worth of product rs 6, 536.

This is regarding a delay in receiving a consignment in my name which was sent from chennai on 7.09.2017. The status on tracking the same with the consignment No. ET[protected]IN shows “Bag Despatched to NSH GUWAHAT” on 8.09.2017.

Item was booked for nsh rohtak and was dispatched on 11/09/2017, then it was dispatched to new delhi rs tmo on 12/09/17 in early morning but there is no update since then and has not reached to destined address of jind. Consignment no. Is pp[protected]in. Kindly update the status so that i am able to know about the current location and be sure that the item has not lost in transit.

Sir, i have ordered for engineering materials for upcoming engineering service examination from ace academy hyderabad on 15th august 2017. The consignment number is ca[protected]in, but i have not received the materials yet. I tracked that consignment number but the number is not updating since 19th august. So, i called to ace academy regarding this issue, they have raised a complain against it and the complain number is [protected]. I also tried to track that complain number but the status showing pending since the day complain had raised. Now when i today tried to track the consignment number it showing that the consignment number does not exit. Sir, i had purchased a product from online shopping site (Tomtop) having to make online payment on 16-08-17. Which was shipped on 18-08-17 through china post whose tracking number was rs[protected]cn. When i tracked time to time then i found that my parcel was reached india on 28-08-17 and last update was {india, kolkata foreign lcao, send item to domestic location (Inb), air, crc (Non-td) kolkata rms
[protected], 16:56}. There is no any updates after that. I think that its meaning is that my parcel has been handed over to india post for further delivery process. But sir, there is no any updates after 09-09-17 on site of india post. So i am worried. So please clear that my parcel has been handed over to india post or not? And did my parcel shipped.? When will it deliver to me. Please send me latest update about my parcel.

Ei[protected]in is the consignment number. I had send packet on 23rd august from ujjain (Madhya pradesh) to dibrugarh (Assam) and till 12th september packet is not delivered yet. And there is no status available on website for tracking. We also did complain online against it but no response is recieved. No one want to take responsbility of it. Please help us.
