On 19/09/17 i had posted a item from mangalore to punjab through speed post
And it was supposed to reach on or within 24th of september. But the tracking status shows that its received in nsh new delhi on 21st but its not moved further.
Kindly please do the needful....

El[protected]in (Kerala to new delhi 19 sep - 2017) which was opened and found empty at the recipient address and it contains my original certificates, demand draft and marriage certificate etc. I have made online complaint at india post website. Please help me. Its urgent. Thank you.

My parcel track number CA0321511IN till last month no information about my parcel and postal service not responding my complaint please help us to reach my destination and if any problem please return to my address, my parcel valve is approximately 10000rs, work properly and send my parcel or resend to my home.please resond my complaint...

Sir our post man not deliver our parsal and important letter. He given to some wrong person or he shows address is not compatible so he send parsal back. Recently i have received my income tax refund sended from income tax department. Parsal reached at jaitpura. He send back my refund document return back my parsal no was. Ex[protected]in. After that i contact to post man then he abused me. Shouting on me and told to me that whatever you want you can do. And he send back my speed post back to jaipur

Hi sir, iam simon darnal living in new delhi, my percel is arrived here on 30th august 2017 and its showing delivered in new friends colony and my address is jasola, new delhi. I went new friends colony post office many times but they always say tomorrow tomorrow, i dont know why they dont want to give my parcel. And whenever i go there that post man is always drunk, his name is rishipal. Post master said that my parcel is in rishopals hand go and collect from him but he always make excuses he always say i am searching, i will deliver tomorrow its 22 days till today i didnt received my parcel, sir please help me what to do?

I told him to give me in writing that you will not accept money for what reason but he is denying for doing that

My brother has posted me my driving license and verification letter of driving license on 6th september 2017. I am in australia so he posted to australia to my adress. I received an empty envelope on 21st sept 2017 without any content. Australian post is saying they have recieved this as it is from india. Content is missing from india. Envelope was open and looks like someone opened that it does not look like that it was damaged. As per my brother there was one brown color packet was there in white envelope for the safety reason for the contents. But i did not recieved that. Plz investigate where its missing. Driving license is really important for me.

I have posted a very valuable personal belongings by speed post from nipani s. O. Speed post office on the 12th of september, 2017. The receipt no. Is ek[protected]in. Ufortunately the parcel hasnot yet reached its destination i. E bag opened on 18th of september 2017 in patna nsh, thereafter, i have been no any status show me about this parcel.. It is a shame that this kind of things happened such a trustworthy department. Immediate action is neccessary in order to avoid this kind of mishap in the future.

I kindly request the concerned department to look into the matter and let me know the status immediately

I have schedule travel to Hongkong on Sept 23, 2017.

My Visa has been send by a friend on Sept 12, 2017. Online portal, is carrying update till Sept 12, 2017 stating the package is dispatched to Delhi (India). The portal doesnt carry any further update

I have a consignment send from japan on 16th of september and i'm suppose to get the same by now. It's was send from tokyo and next delivery will be in calcutta postal station. It is not yet delivered in calcutta as per the tracking system. I have been calling the telephone number of calcutta postal office and they are rejecting the phone. I have made number of calls to the toll free number [protected] and no one is picking the call. After i have called to the delhi postal office for escalating the issue and same thing happened. No one is responding to the calls to the number given on the indian postal service portal. I have my all educational certificates in th consignment and i'm really worried about the non delivery of the parcel. The courier tracking number is rr[protected]jp.

Updated by Sarathsrk There is no response from the ministry of communication and information technology yet. The letter has been send from Calcutta on 26.9.2017 and still no one has any idea about the letter. I have been calling the Cochin international mail sorting office and they used to give different numbers to call and check. They are least bothered to help the tax payers. All they have to say is its not them to who I should check with but to call other office. Everyone is just putting the blame on others where no one is ready to take the responsibility. I'm totally fed up with the system we have in our country. 'Ache dhin' will be a dream for ever for all Indians. Our country is not going to change and we people deserve only this much. No one need a better system and Indians are still under slavery. It was under British rule we were slaves but now by our own people. The whole Government sector is a nightmare for ordinary people like me where justice is just a dream. Indian is not gonna develop ever and not gonna reach up to the standard of other countries. No more I can say I'm proud to be an Indian. Hell with this system and hell with the Government.

We had send medical books to wuhan city in china on 6th september in dindigul post office. Tracking number is ct[protected]in. 14 september only we got tracking details we dont know the status of the parcel but until now not received by my son. I dont know how to find the details or which number to contact. But tracking details show it was in foreivn exchange office at beijing. Please help to find the parcel

I have opened 2 accounts one savings account for my mother and another ssa savings account for my daughter at mannancherry postoffice pincode 688538. Thinking that i will get good service.
I went to post office @ 10.15 am on 19/09/2017 to deposit mony in account. Officer behaved very badly. She told here i am very busy with other works, so no time to take money. You will go now and come back after noon. I asked the application form for atm, she said no stock now, you will go now and come back. After noon i really feel very bad, i waited there nearly one hour finally she gave me a application form.
This type of rude behaviour is not good for a government staff.
I hope action is taken against the concerned person

Its very urgent to me.because exam is coming soon.plz look into this.and as soon as possible release it.and please taake step for updating the status..

My consignment (Cg[protected]de) which is to be delivered by india post has arrived india on 9th september. It is still showing as 'held in customs'.

The cust. Care no. Of india post is always busy. Their server seems to be down and there is no way to track when i can receive my consignment. The consigment was delivered by dhl from us to india. Following are more details which you may require:

I am a reseller from guwahati assam. I do business from my home. My problem is that i ordered four piece of lehanga from a wholeseller of surat for selling purpose. I made payment in advance. She send it from speed post from surat gujrat on monday 11/9/2017. She send me courier slip with consignment no
