Sir,
I sent a registered parcel to portugal. It was not delivered there. I posted a complaint on india post requesting to return back my parcel to jammu. The parcel was returned from portugal. It reached jammu on 24th august 2017. It should have been delivered to me in jammu but the jammu rms by mistake sent it to delhi rms. Now the delhi rms have didpatched it to vasant vihar. Kindly send back my parcel to me in jammu.
The parcel was returned from portugal and sent back to jammu. Why have the jammu rms sent it to delhi when i live in jammu. Kindly look into the matter and ask delhi rms to send back the parcel to jammu as soon as possible abd please dont forward it to some other places.

    I would like to request you to ship my product (Rs[protected]cn) which is stuck in your exchange office since august 16th. Please do the needful. My parcel from topsportsapparel is held in kolkata foreign lcao from 16th aug 2017, the status is "transfer from office of exchange (Inb)". After that there are no updates what so ever. Can anyone / indiapost suggest how to get this resolved? The parcel should have all my contact details, please reach out to me in case nedded but please resolve the issue

        Sir, my parcel bearing registration number re[protected] was sent from portugal to jaamu. It reached jammu on 24th august and the jammu rms by mistake sent it to delhi. Since iam a resident of jammu, the parcel should have been delivered to me in jammu. Kindly look into the matter so that my parcel is returned to me in jammu.
        Please take necessary action and send back my parcel to me.

          Sir one speed post very very important letters containing few certificates forwarded by speed post no: eo[protected]in which showing delivered to me on 24 aug 17, however i have not received. It is by haddo post office peon mr rao (Mob: [protected]). He is last two also delivered to some one else which i got after many days after a lot of enquiry.

          This mr. Rao the post peon of haddo, port blair post office just delivers any one's letter to any one thinking indv will get however do not take care of the priority of importance of speed post and is a offence to deliver to other man. On 24 aug also i personally had asked him regarding this told no not come will be delivered on receipt.

          Please take a suitable disciplinary action against mr rao, post peon of haddo, port blair post office who distrbutes in minnibay area.

              After tracking with post office of krishana nagar - it was found undelivered.

              & returned back to new delhi post office.

              Reason mentioned-house locked. But in actual our house is never locked.

                This relates to my parents postal saving's account with the rourkela head post office. My father expired 20 years back and in the midst of our grief, my both brothers and one sister withdrew all the nsc/kvp (Made in the name of br malhotra and c. K malhotra) from the bank locker where the same was kept initiated the procedures on their own and withdrew all the instrument without informing any of the family members on regular basis with the help agent and some postal staff in rourkela. Of on inquiring about the agent's activity, we were informed by the postal employee in charge, we would receive the same later along with withdrawal amounts and there was no need to worry about and we trusted the indiapost system and employees and left the matter there.
                After the expiry of my mother last year when we wanted to know about the same non of the bank employee responded. It was more than 3 cr rs which was drawn in the process and they say no record is available.

                This activity was a fraudulent one and had the connivance of the postal employees at rourkela head post office. Further, taking advantage of a widow's grief is beyond contempt and display the levels to which
                Indiapost employees stoop to make money.

                Please note that indiapost should give the details of the amount remitted and names to whom remitted.

                If the above isn't done within the next 15 days, i will file a complaint with the consumer disputes and grievances forum.

                I'd be extremely grateful if you could take kind note of the above and initiate action at the earliest to rectify the wrong perpetrated immediately.

                    A postman has come to give my postal letter back that i have send on rakhi. He made me waited for him for hours by saying i there. But he came late and at last he shouted at me and gave me lactures in name of government worker that "hum sarkari aadmi hai humari jb marji hogi tb aaenge nahi aaenge. Yeh tumhara sirdard h k tmhara letter tmko mile ya na mile"
                    Kindly take some strict actions against such workers.

                      Name on the r. C. Book is "nikunj vasantbhai patni".
                      R. C. Book is sent from post (Vadodara) on date - 21/02/2017 and the consignment number is eg[protected]in and we are unable to track consignment online.
                      R. C. Book is not receive from 6 months.
                      So we are requested to reply regardings above complaint.

                        The above complaint was registered with the portal of post office, mentioning that for deposit in ppf account of my son the dealing officer asked a cheque in favour of sr post officer.in scenario of rtgs/neft the cheque should be in favour of account holder. However i deposited the cheque as desired by the po.

                        After ten days my above complaint is closed by the authority by mentioning that the cheque is returned by my bankers and no complaint response is sent to us.

                        It is verbly told by the staff dealing that the cheque is returned by my bankers.
                        And same is returned to me without attached memo by charging rs50/- (Receipt issued)

                        When i contacted my banker they confirmed that the cheque was never presented to them. I was having sufficient balance at all the time.

                        You are requested to look into the matter and resolve my grievance.

                          I booked the express parcel on 9th august 2017 for victoria, australia containg some mediciable items. It was told that it will be delivered within 4-10 days but it unfortunate on the part of postal department it has not been delivered even after elapse of 14 days. The last track of the consignment is lying at kolkata in air foreign sale since 11.08.2017.

                              My name is suraj vishwakarma i am staying in vasai east. I was order place mobile from singapore. My parcel reach in vasai ie post office in 6 july 2017. I was go to visit vasai ie post office but they told me we are searching your parcel. Than after i was visit 10 to 15 times to post office but they are not inter-ten to me and they are not give proper response my word.

                              They told to me i think your parcel will misplace from our office then after i was give written complaint. After giving complaint they are not sending to my written complaint to further process. After 7 day later they are send my complaint..

                              Still i m waiting my parcel.. Please give my parcel other wise please refund my money...

                                The emplyees still behaving very rudely with the costomers and they dont listen to them. They behave like they are the owner of the post office. Morever if we go there to pay chalan for any govt exam, they just accept it and order us to collect the receipt after some period of time. No immediate action is taken. Some action should be taken for their dull work. Its the matter of fort songadh, dist: tapi, gujarat. Pincode 394370

                                Aaj mere ghar par passport deliver karne postman aaya usne passport dene ke liye ghar ki ladies se 100rupee ki demand ki .Usne kaha ki passport aana khusi ki bat hai jab tak rupee nahi doge me passport nahi dunga passport lene ke liye head post off.aana hoga fir aaspass logo ne virodh kiya tab jake passport deliver kiya.
                                I am unable to track my package RD[protected]IN. It is showing in transit from august 2nd and I have no idea where and when will it be delivered. It would be really helpful if we could track it down and know the exact date of delivery.

                                  My item is a registered international parcel sent via singapore post. It arrived in kolkata foreign lcao on 02/08/2017.
                                  Thereafter it was sent from customs clearance on 04/08/2017.
                                  It was cleared by customs department and was ready to be sent to domestic location (Guwahati rms) on 12/08/2017.
                                  From there on, there is no update about the whereabouts of the parcel. What is going on? Its 21/08/2017, 9 days have past and no update about the parcel.

                                    Sir i have sent an emo to my sister radharukminiamma m/o p s ramanarayanababu saptagiri provision stores no 211 ist main road srinivasanagar for rs 200/- at bangalore 560056 from r c puram he post office pin 502032 post office and which is not yet paid to the addressee. On tracking it is seen roaming from one po to other p o from 12th august to till date without paying. Please look into and arrange for payment immediately.

                                      My parcel with tracking id rb[protected]sg is stuck from 17th with the status "retention reason : awaiting presentation to customs commissioner". It is a very important parcel and i want it very urgently as it is a display unit of a mobile device which got broken. I cannot use my mobile without it and nowadays you cannot live without a mobile phone. Hope you will understand my problem and help me in releasing it soon. Thank you.
