Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to the above subject, i have sent the above consignment containing educational documents to be Verified by WES, Canada on 20th MArch 2017. The Status of the consignment as of 28th March 2017 shows up as 'Receive item at office of exchange (Inb)' which is Toronto. There are no further updates. Also the documents have not been received by WES, Canada, as their Website shows as 'Waiting for Documents'. This is extremely critical for me and having trusted India posts and paid them Rs.1100/- for this transaction. I am shocked at their apathy in not updating the status and keeping us in the dark. I have even registered a complaint and there is no response.

Please help resolve this issue at the earliest.

Sir, i am a senior citizen i was issued a cheqe name of post master berhampur main post office rs. 10.000.00 (Ten lakh) for deposite s. C. S. S. Scheme. My cheqe clear from my ubi berhampur gorabazar brand on[protected]at 12:58 pm then post master issued me a pass book. Opening date 21-02-17 and maturity on[protected]. Sir my question is why not my opening date[protected] and maturity date[protected]. It also your notice that i have received partly interest from post office in myaccount on[protected] from[protected]As per post master statement). I went to post office on[protected] but tthey are not interested to talk with me clearly she said you go to state bank and asked them. Why sir i will go tobank? Sir i am serious i'll due to cardiac problems. Please help me to solved this problems. My full family always depend in postal service. I hope as early you will give me a feedback about this matter. I have sent a registered post on March 7th from Bangalore to Trento, Italy that includes very important documents necessary for the Visa renewal. The last update on the tracking website is on March 9th (Insert item into bag (Otb) at Mumbai). It is almost a month and I have not received any updates from anywhere, neither the post office nor from the complaint I registered a week back.

I would like to know when will the post be delivered to the destination. If not, let the post be returned as soon as possible with refund.

The PAN card status shows that it has been dispatched on 22nd march.

but yet the PAN card it not delivered,

I tried to track the status with bill no. EA[protected]IN but its shows wrong consignment no.

i feel its very difficult in this situation to know its a fault of speed post department or nsdl.

The PAN card is not delivered neither the local post office are serious about it.

The ordeers under tracking no.AW[protected]IN and AW[protected]IN has been despatched on 23/03/2017 from GPO Srinagar to Kulgam pin 192231 but till date I have not received the orders as per the reports of post office Kulgam there is no service from Srinagar to Kulgam and they send us the mail once in month.so please take the matter serious and solve my problem as soon as possible

I was reached at post office at 11:30 in chinchbander dongri 400009 Mumbai Maharashtra post office I was saw a big line of public and only one staff mamber on working whom to see all .
Than I was reached to branch head officer and I said sir their is rush increase staff mamber to reduced peoples line.That officer said I have no staff for work he said no ...and I was came back and click some pictures to forward to you.

I am Nitesh bhardwaj From Village Palra, Sector-70A, Gurgaon. Our Village Post master is not provide any letters, bills and Documents on Time. We paid penalty Multiple times on bills, We need to Track every Document via Internet then we need to go post office to collect it. but don't have every Parcel Docket no to Track. many times we have not get important documents and face problems relate to it.

It has not been delivered to me.

The track record as per your tracking system is given below which shows that delivery was attempted but my door was locked, which is not the true case on 6/03/2017.

E-money order No.[protected] for amount Rs.1500/- is hot received till date. As per the tracking status it was revealed that amount was received by the post office-Sunabeda-2 on 22/0/23017. When I asked postmaster on 27/03/2017, he replied that no money order has been received.
Therefore it is requested to do needful for early payment.

i complain on march 17 that in vansda post office 396580 they are saying that "10 rs coin ( government legal tender ) is not acceptable" and also they are saying that they have written proof . but they are not showing and giving answer very rudely..

I am continuously following the speed post executive but he is not replying. The status of courier has shown up to 25th march 2017 but after that no update.

My name is Sameer Kalsekar and this is regarding my shipment no – CP[protected]AE which was supposed to be delivered here in India today. I got a call from post office to collect this today after paying a duty of around INR 7500 as custom duty . when I asked for calculation and receipt they refused to share that and they asked me to pay this amount in cash. I think they were trying to fool and collect this money. They were trying to force me to pay or where planning to send this back. I am very disappointed with the post master here as well. He seems to be very greedy and rude. It seems he wanted to collect this as bribe as he was not ready to provide any receipt and was forcing me to pay in cash. Kindly escalate this matter to the highest authority possible and help teach lesson to kurla Nehru nagar post office master Pjn code – 400024. I am also attaching that dirty man photograph. Please take strict actions against this
