Working environment of ballabgarh post office is pathetic. None of the officer is working with any due responsibility. I submitted my money in post office after in three days daily after 12 noon none of the officers works with an excuse of no connectivity. Please check the records. Also to get my passbook updated i was unable to get this done from almost a week's time. Daily there working style starts at 11 a. M. Opens only one counter and neither the postmaster listens to the customer. The sole purpose of having ppf and all goes null and void if customers are even not satisfied. Only the work of agents are done and individual people suffers and sacrifices their one day salary

My name is sirimalle surender and I got a post of ATM CARD but the postman not given the parcel and he talk very dirty and harsh and also he returned my parcel several times.finally I lost my parcel and facing problem on this . The postman name is Sravan and he working on Sanath Nagar post office 500018.please take action under the postman.thank u.

Hi! I have received my consignment delivered message in my phone number, but consignment delivered to other india post office which was sent from bagdogra post office, to ashish ravidas, c/o ashok ravidas, mantripukhri post office, pin no. 795002 imphal, manipur. The consignment holds the number ew[protected]in. I have inserted in on february 16th, 2017. It has been 19 days.

Hi! I'm not being able to track my consignment which was sent from General Post Office, Kolkata to Sandy, Utah, USA. The consignment holds the number RW[protected]IN. The last tracking information that I have is that it was inserted in some bag on February 14th, 2017. It has been 15 days since then and I have no idea where it is. This is really important to me. My mail was booked from United Kingdom on 13.02.2017 but till date not reached at Hyderabad. My Consignment Number is RU[protected]GB it is showing as Delhi Foreign Post Office on 14.02.2017. It should come within one week. It is already 14 days passed. I could not trace the document as there is no tracking update after 14 Feb 2017. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful to get this delivered on a high priority.

Sir, I have not yet received my post I. e. My bank documents send from Kolkata on[protected] bearing consignment no. EQ[protected]IN. When I checked it through online it shows only the status up to 7th February 2017.
So, Please help me as these documents are more important to me. The bank is not issuing the passbook without these letters and and I need it very urgently. Please do something

This is a recurring problem I have noticed that parcels from abroad are RIPPED open by the India Postal Service. Last time someone took out an item I received from Portugal and sent me only the accompanying letter. Today, a similar situation with a parcel from France. The cardboard was totally slit open from both sides. This has happened to my foreign friends in India. It is such a violation of privacy and rights- is there NO better way to check the contents of the package?

I have opened and a deposit for Rs105000/- with monthly interest and an Rd account no65337/700 was opened to credit the monthly interest of Rs.700\-. Due to some reasons the RD account was lapsed after 25 months . i.e the RD account was run From May 2010 to May 2012 and the value of the RD is Rs.17500/-. The pass book was with Postal agent Mr. Prabhu and second RD account was opened and run till the date of the maturity of my Term Deposit ie is 04/08/2016. I have approached Swarajnagar, hyderabad sub post office(500018) and submitted 2 RD pass book and one Fixed deposit pass book and they have credited...

speed post letter not received by the addressee. please action accordingly.

Postman not delivering parcwl to my address saying that the parcel is too heavy and cannot b delivered... Parcel just contains books which may b maximum 4 to 5 kg apporox.. I dont think 5hats too heavy... Post office is obra sonbhadra utrar pradesh pin code is 231219.. This is not the first time i have been asked previously also to not order such heavy items pls see to the matter otherwise i have to file complaint in rti

Sir my parcel is stuck at delhi tracking id is ED[protected]IN which shows dispatching to palam tmo on[protected] after that no further update is done. Please see into the matter. I have an another parcel too with bearing tracking id CA[protected]IN which is stuck at PH VIJAYWADA and after that there is no further update yet. Please see into the matter.

This is 2017 and I expect a prompt delivery from India Post. The parcel was send from Dadar HO to Virginia USA. The officer at the counter assured me that speed Post will reach withing 4-5 days. It is 12 days now. The tracker is stuck.

I wonder if this is the state of speed Post. What would happen to normal or registered post.

I have sent a regd parcel from Kumaraswamy layout post office Bangalore vide booking no A CKO62505009IN in favour of VC LNIPE Gwalior MP. on 03/02/2017. But the parcel has not been received by VC'S office as on 27/02/17. It contained important material urgently required by the VC.

I sent a letter to the directorate general assam reifles (recruitment branch) laitkor shillong meghalaya 793010 on 1/02/2017. Through speed post

It reached kolkata air port on 07/02/2017. from there it has got dispatched to GUWAHATI. on 09/02/2017 it is received in TMO LGBI. from there it is dispatched to NSH shillong . ON 10/02/2017 the letter was recived in shillong. From there they have dispatched to shillong STG.

Then it reached NSH IMPHAL on 16/02/2017 from there the item was baged to TULIHAL S.O. and dispatched to IMPHAL H.O

ON 17/02/2017 it reached TULIHAL.

on 22/02/2017 it again gone to NSH SHILLONG.
From there first the iten was bagged to NSH BANGALORE.
then the status is showing that it is dispatched it to NSH GUWAHATI.
then it is showing that it is dispatched to TMO LGBI.

ON 23/02/2017 it reached TMO LGBI. from there they have dispatched to NSH BENGALORE .

By all is delay of your service my letter has got refused by the army department. acctually the letter has to be reached there before 20/02/2017
because of your delay service the letter got rejected.

and i request you to find the problem and fix it as soon as possible

The post office of mangalore, ashok nagar 575006, A post man named UMESH BABU has refused to deliver my IPCC books which he was supposed to deliver, eventhough there was my presence in the location . he asked to collect the books myself if i wanted and gave me a letter of my absence in location. he was also not present in the post office when i had arrived there to collect my books.
