Today i had gone to iit post office to book my ticket. Mr. Pawar was sitting at the ticket counter who was taking 10 mins per person purposely. When my turn came, mr. My sister send a article from India post on 20 September 2016 from Kothaguda post office to mathura (Chaumuhan post office ) for me but until now i didn't receive the article and when i am tracking the article online on India post website, then it is giving last update on 22/09/2016, that article has arrive on mathura junction, but after it there is no update until now from there side.
Approx 1 month is passed but...

I haven't received my passport which been sent by tracking I'd PP[protected]IN by your deptt dtd 06/10/16.
I have spoken to your customercare deptt as well officials in rohtak post office and in r k puram post office.they are updating me that it's been sent back to passport office but passport office is saying that they haven't received the same from postoffice.
This is very crucial document.kindly help...

Order no. LN[protected]US departed from the USPS facility, LA, on 30th September, and has not been received the destination yet.

When contacted the company, they said it was dispatched and that the tracking will not be updated on their site as it is stuck in customs.

How long is it going to take?
What other option to track the package is available?...

I would like to tell you that i had sent a letter through speed post on 5th oct 2016.
But still it has not received to destination and there is no status of delivery showing on the site.

Could you please let me know about the status of my letter.

My order from aliexpress is still showing as ro[protected]cn at edi received, air, airport kolkatta sorting office. Last updated on 22/09/16 its 20 days but there is no update after that on tracking system of india post portal. Moreover, site ia showing as under maintainance so complaint cannot be registered there.

Ita lethargic way of working, not sure how will this change and when will these postman take responsibility of delivering...

I have placed an order from Mumbai which has been shipped on 8/10/2016.. which then came to delhi as per the tracking details to Gurgaon 45 post office. It shows that it has been delivered on 13/10/2016. But i haven;t received the parcel. Nobody is picking the phone in sector 45 branch and also in head office.and the toll free number provided for delhi is incorrect.

Please check where is my order and why it is showing delivered...
