Hello, I am Saurav Rath from Rourkela, and I had placed an online order for a computer part via MD computers about 6 days ago. The product tracking ID is EW[protected]IN. It says on the India Post website that the bag was dispatched to NSH bhubaneswar from NSH Kolkata airport on the 4th of this month. I cannot understand how the status has not been updated since then, as it is the 9th of December as I write this message. I don't believe it takes 5 days for a flight to reach Bhubaneswar from Kolkata...at least update the tracking info so that I can know whether or not the package is even in BBSR right now. Since delivery has already been delayed by such a long time, I have given up all hope of receiving this package on time for my trip to Bangalore. Which is day after tomorrow. At least tell me if the package is still safe, and if it will reach me within the next 1-2 days. Your service is extremely sloppy, and I did not expect this level of negligence from you. I have a very important product in that package, and my train to Bangalore leaves day after tomorrow. On one hand, I have a company to join, and here I have spent a lot of money on this very important product that I expected to arrive 3 days earlier. Please tell me what is going on and why this delay was caused. Every time I call a number, they tell me to call someone else. Sometimes nobody responds. Other times, I get rude replies from the people answering, as if they are doing me a favor just by picking up the bloody phone. I shall lodge a complaint if this issue is not resolved on time, as it has already given me a headache for the last 1 day. Your incompetent customer service and lousy management has cost me a lot of time and patience. Please respond asap.

EX[protected]IN in the name of KAMLESH KUMAR AGGARWAL send to my address C-9, cottage road, 2nd floor, adarsh nagar, delhi-110033 from KARVY COMPUTER SHARES(HYDERABAD) having share certificates of KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK valuing around 2000000/= is not delivered to me and its showing in the track list that my door is closed on 5th&6th.Dec. and they had delivered it to me on 7th.Dec.2016 but i had not got the same till the date. On going to the post office they are not ready to help me in any way, one says that the postman is not available today and another says that ask for it near by your locality. I want to know that is this the only duty of postman that he is not liable for any loss of document or i am the employee of indian post to track my post. I feel that a proper action needs to be taken against tge postman and deliver me my consignment as its very valuable document.

I am a resident of darogapathar dimapur nagaland. The post man never brings our letter or parcels we have to go to post office to take our letters and parcels which is causing lots of inconveniences. Many a times important letters were lost as we were never informed.
Kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the errant staff at the earliest.

It has been more than 3 days since the bag was dispatched from new delhi rs tmo to nsg rohtak through speed post, but there has been no update on the article tracking system since then. Does this mean that the article has not reached the next hub or has lost in transition? Please look into the matter as soon as possible and update the tracking system so that the article can be tracked. Consignment no is eg[protected]in....

Postman Not Delivering any Document Since last 3 years.

He is running his own bussiness of Floar Factory (Anaj dalvani Ghanti) at the location / Shop of post office at hathijan.

My lots of postal document missing since last 3 years.

Please help me.

I was not home at the moment when the postman came for delivery.So he just kept my parcel outside my room but he did not inform me about that.When i went to complaint about my parcel in the office, the postman was on holiday.so i called him to come at my address.he came and the postman told me to take 200 rupee as an refund, he was too careless .I said i will lodge an complaint and he told me to do so moreover he said u would not get nothing even o[censored] complaint.He doesnt behave well.I am not satisfied how he address me.

A document was speedposted on 12 november 2016, to be send to usa, maryland. Items still did not reach in. Non can we get any further update. Pleas help. Here is the tracking number - ew[protected]in.
The status says that the item is still in kolkata speed post center. How can i contact them? The contact numbers don't work at all.

I purchased a pli policy (Ea-50) {policy no. Jh-111130-uc} on[protected]. I have been depositing monthly premium of rs.4350 from may 2012. But when i went to deposit my premium in january 2016, the representative at post office said that the monthly premium has been decreased from rs.4350 to rs. 1945 and also the date of maturity have been extended from[protected] to[protected]. All these changes were done without any prior intimation to me. The bond paper issued by the postal department clearly shows the maturity date as 08 may 2016 and the monthly premium as rs.4350.

The bond paper clearly justifies this fact. What will be of my hard earned money that i have been depositing from the beginning? Will the postal department return the excess money which i have deposited? For instance, if they return this, will they pay any interest on the extra sum as post office doesn’t hesitate to take fine if the deposit is late for a single day.

Now, i am tired and got fed up by this whole postal department. I have got irritated by the attitude of postal department. The issue have not been resolved yet even after several complain in last 10 months.

Subject: Regarding Complaint against postman

Respected Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. He gives our letters to the wrong persons. Sometimes he misbehaves the people.

People face many difficulties because of his misbehavior. A student missed to go in his interview because he got his interview call after the date of the interview.

Hence I request you to take necessary actions against the postman so that people may get proper and good services.

Sir, we made a registered parcel from kendriya vidyalaybsf gandhinagar kk bari pin 736179 to the principal afs no. I neosolia, jorhat assa. Pin code no.785005. But by mistake the post office put the pin code 785015 instead of 785005. To day we have come to know that the consignment has not been received by the kv afs newsolia jorhat assam pin code 785005. Now the registered parcel is no where by the mistake of the postal department. Ans as per today' trekking report is has been delivered to barbeta nov 04, 2016 at 03.53 pm. It is a serious mistake regarding missing of service documents of mr vijayya kumar, teacher of kv jorhat along with d d. We request your honour to kindly find the tress of the said registered parcel and delver the same to concerned office: to the principal, kv no. 1 afs jorhat assam pin code no. 785005 on emergent basis please under intimation to us.

I had placed a request for my NSE since the query has already been raised on 5th Nov at the Orlem Post Office Mala West, I called them today to check the status however the Post Master was very rude when he asked me the date of the query submission I had clearly told him that I don't have the certificate handy to which he replied that we cant check without the date, I told him that I don't roam with the certificate my name should suffice...

My family have sent 2 consignments with no CO[protected]IN & CO[protected]IN through Indian Post Registry Parcel, which I received on 28th Nov 2016.

The delivery person was in a rush and before checking the parcel he insisted me to sign the documents, without a second thought and from humanity point of view (as he was an old person) I have signed the documents.

After he left I opened the consignments and while opening the parcels I observed some cut marks on the top of the stickers and above the cut marks different sticker is been pasted. I was bit worried but the major sock I received is after opening the parcels i.e. most of the items were missing and rest items are unwrapped and kept haphazardly in the box along with the wrapping paper separately which was a clear indication of stolen case.

Then I weigh the parcels and around 3 Kgs was less as compared to the weigh at the time of packing and dispatching, which I confirmed from my parents. Then I came to know that all the expensive items were been removed and around a loss of Rs. 11, 000/- is been taken away out of total Rs. 14, 500/-.

The financial loss is very less as compared to the emotional loss as sentimental attachments was there with these lost items.

As the Postal department is responsible of such carelessness, hence would request to investigate the case and provide me justice.

It is to bring to you notice before posting this complaint, I have personally visited the Sector-62, Noida Post office on 29th Nov 2016 and I have been refused to register the complaint by the officials.

Also to add the official were smoking inside the office which was very disturbing and suffocating and as per Indian law smoking is not allowed in the public places. When I iterated the entire details they blamed me that it’s my fault that I signed without checking, but they forget how to behave to a female who is in deep sock and only from humanity point of view I have signed.

Hope to get a positive feedback in this regard as the total responsibility lies with the delivering department and as this is a government organisation I do have faith to find my brlongings.

I've sent a speed post on 11th Nov 16 to USA with very important documents.
However, till date the status reflects as documents to be received at Newyork USPS.

I've registered a complaint on Indian postal services site but they've casually replied saying issue has been highlighted to concerned airlines.
The responsibility for delivery lies with Indian postal services as money have been paid to them and not to airlines.
20 days and I do not have any clue when the documents will be delivered.
They do not the implications of the non delivery, worst decision ever to rely on Indian postal services.

In post office...They are not accepting my GPSSB exam challan. Post master is also not available here till 11:30 .rude behavior by staff. They says No internet here.i have said them that give me complaint book or any other idea to accept my exam fees but they say no time for it. So i thought that what is meaning of postoffice in villages.we need online payment system .

Parcel booked at Mannuthy, Thrissur (680651); Destination is Hoogly, West Bengal (712203). As per the tracking information the parcel is returning from Howrah at 24/11/2016. It doesn't even reached the concerned Post Office. Please inform me the reason that causes to this situation.
The parcel is came from Thrissur and the same should be delivered at Hoogly, West Bengal. Why are you sending it back to PH THRISSUR, Kerala. It is already came from PH Thrissur.

Dear sir, my complain is against post man mr sambale, mob no [protected], gaurai pada, vasai east, palghar, maharashtra 401208, he is not delevering my letter (Chekquebook) after 19 days gone, please do some this is second time about hi behavior. Last time he was demanding bribe to delivery of adhar card.

Its really been disappointed with your service. Its been more than a month i am still unable to track my courier. I raised complained on the website but also no reply from you. My courier tracking number was acw06266970in. When i contacted indian post office they does not have any information regarding my parcel. Totally fed up with kind of service. Please stop providing service, if you cant provide. Our pm trying to clean and reform india but the problem with his own dept, how he will solve india's problem.
