I booked two bags of cloths (speed post) on 12th Sept from Alpha-1, Greater Noida Post office for Silchar, Assam with speed post no-
(EU[protected]IN) and[protected]IN)
It has been received on 16th Sept.When the bags was opened it has been found that few books has been kept along with the cloths and few product is missing from both the bag
I request you to investigate it and return my missing product....

My online order which was shipped via EMS post from Singapore, arrived in Mumbai on 31-Aug-16 and ever since then there is no update on same.

I tried contacting Mumbai EMS office but either their phone numbers do not work or when they ring there is no one answering the calls.

Registered complaint on http://ccc.cept.gov.in/complaintregistration.aspx, but no use.

Even the email address for Mumbai...

I would like to draw your kind attention on the fact that the postman of our area is very irregular in his duties. He does not deliver the letters/posts regularly and properly. He throws the letters carelessly. He gives our letters to the wrong persons. Sometimes he misbehaves the people.

People face many difficulties because of his misbehaviour. I missed my exam because the postman of our area...

My cousin sent me a package from Delhi to Quito, Ecuador on 30 April 2016. It's been more than four months but the package has still not been delivered. The tracking no. is CH[protected]IN. I lodged a complaint on the complaint page but no-one replies. Kindly help. I request the package be delivered at the earliest or a full refund of the delivery charge plus the cost of my stuff. Speed post which itself means that urgent letters can be sent speedily by post... By paying extra bucks.. But if a letter does not reach its destination even after 8 days then one is compelled to say that it is nothing but a gimmick to extort more money from customers without any apparent change postal services.

My name is Sanjay Bisht. I am in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. Always come and ask too many question then threat us to complaint ours that we are running company, blah blah... and return our parcel and letter.

This time I was waiting for my Driving Licence, he had not handover me.

This is all started when we refuse to give him money for delivering...

I have applied for issue of duplicate NSC certificates which I lost due to theft in my house on January 2015. On April 2015 I applied for duplicate certificates with all documents as requested by post offices concern. Till now I have not received any communication for the above issue. Postal dept. is unable to inform regarding the progress though it is more than 18 months since I applied for duplicate certificates.

Sir, I have a made a registry post with AD on 19/08/2016 but till date I have not received the acknowledgement of my registry AD. How many more days it will take to get the same from postal department? I am in confusion whether that party has received my letter or not. As per tracking consignment, it shows it reached at NSH Chandigarh.
Why, I don't know such a discrepancy occurring in Indian postal delivery system!

A speed post (EP[protected]IN) which was sent to Norway on 1st September'2016 has still not been received at the given location. Its already been 13 days which is too much delay in service according to the type of service it is "Speed Post" and charges are also way too much comparable to normal post. It was sent from Chandigarh, India to Kolbotn, Norway

I am on Sukanya samiriddi A/C customer at Branch R.R.Dist CBIT Branch,

issue with the CBIT postal branch is monthly when I go to office to pay monthly amount of Sukanya samiriddi payment they regularly says Internet connection is not available and they used to say Come tomorrow,

Please check this issue and fix it permanently.
