I am sabeer.p.basheer from cochin kerala.my postal pincode is 682006.sbi bank had sent me an atm card through speed post on 01/10/2016.and this recieved in my post office 03/10/2016 (palluruthy post office pin 682006).I keep asking to the postman whether any speed post has come to my address, he always said no.since I got my tracking number I found that the post had been delivered in 15/10/2016 to a wrong person.and they are bluffing now.please do the necessary action to retain my atm card.hopefully

My consignment number is EN[protected]IN. It is from Hyderabad. The status has not changed since last six days. On 19/10/2016, it showed that the consignment is despatched to Patna but till 25/10/2016, it has not reached to Patna. Also it was dispatched from Hyderabad on 8/10/2016 to Kolkata and was received there on 18/10/2016 which is reasonably very late.
Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

The post office bearing pin code no 182221 located at seri in bhaderwah area of doda district j&k, he/she don't delive any one of my university or any other document to my adress...i dont received any post from this post office. Some times my examination form last date is gone but he/she don't deliver marks sheet of my university.

I ordered an article (order no. [protected]) through snapdeal online shopping on september 15, 2016 and it was sent to me (jyoti mahant c/o cambridge international school, vpo mohal, distt - kullu, hp, 17526) throgh india post on 29th september (dispatch doc. no. aj[protected]in). i received a phone call from the p. o. on 4th october to collect the item from po instead of delivering to addressee. on 6th october, 2016 i visited po but no one was available there. po employees neglected their duty and did not deliver the parcel to me and they didin't even return the parcel to sender. they sent a report to snapdeal that parcel was delivered on 7th october, 2016. i am still waiting for the delivery of parcel. i don't know to whom was it delivered. is not it harassment of the customers.
I complained to snapdeal too but didnt get any reply except "looking into the matter and get back to you."
I want refund of my amount i. e. rs. 499 or earliest delivery of the item.
My oreder's invoice no. is s2917a/16-17/131 and invoice date is 28-sep-2016.

My name is prem, and i m from uttam nagar, delhi. I have lodged a complain about the post and also on worker who worked in d. K. Mohan garden, west delhi pincode 110059. The post man never deliver the any document on my address. When i call him then he said to me i don't have any idea. Today i had gone to post office regarding my speed post who didn't deliver on my address on time. When i reached there, and asking about my speed post. They told me, i don't knw whr is ur post it may be happen it will be returned. And when i asked the senior they also replied me like i don't knw anything catch the postman, only who told you where is your speed post nd also talking with me in wrong way. They told me firstly back to your home and wear full paint and then come here ad then ask where is your post. I do humble request you to please take some necessary action.

Sir, i have sent through speed post on 3rd oct from pune, shivaji housing society pin code 411016 to dimapur, dhobinala police point (Nagaland) pin code 797112, but my item is yet to deliver. I have track down and it shows in kolkata which reached on 11th oct and did not dispatch still. Kindly check what went wrong and try to deliver it at the earliest.

My above mentioned speed post booked on 21.10.16 at local address, which is not delivered due to in collusion with recepient. Delay only to time barred. Same day i had booked 4 item at 4 address in connecting same matter.in which 3 is local and 1 is at delhi. 2 local post delivered on 22.10.16 and 1 is delivered on 24.10.16 but 1 post which is local not delivered till date. It is very clear that recepient in cpllusion with postman delay to receive it. Kindly take necessary action in accordance with law.

This theft is commeted many times. The delivery boy open my parcel and some item is theft form it. I m facing problem many times for a year they theft my parcel and say that there is no fault in there service. And they also say to me that next time they not deliver any parcel. This is not a right thing, india post is a goverment service not a private service in which any person take there own decision. Please help me.

My consignment number is EI[protected]IN. It is from Madhya Pradesh. Since 4 days it is showing same address from where i posted it . There is no update after 20th oct 2016 .i am not able to verifying details about status of post ..
Solve this issue as soon as possible . This is not only the problem of one state but also getting same issue from everywhere... if there is a technical issue or any other solve it otherwise i am gonna Complaint to ministry of india post

Hello sir,
I have a concern about the non receipt of the parcel sent by IGNOU. Did go to post office for the non receipt of 3 books set but got 2 only after waiting for more than 8 days. I have yet to get a parcel whose details have been mentioned below. Apart from this I have made online complaint for the same, but they have mentioned in answer that books have already been delivered to my address, but in reality I am yet to get that parcel at my address. Please assist me in this regarding.

My speed post tracking no. EH[protected]IN containing transcripts from cbse which is scheduled to arrive in surrey Canada was booked at sec8 panchkula on 21 oct 2016.i have tracked this but its still showing the status as RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER. One of my uncle send a phone with his hard owned money for his son who used to reside on my room. I received the parcel and when we opened it, there was nothing on that parcel, only papers were there. You have employed the biggest thieves on your organization and the bitter part is that, eve though you realise it, there is nothing you are doing to fix it. I will ensure that this message reaches to masses and will try to close this, henceforth, making the thieves jobless. because they do not deserve a job as they play with it.

D also i dnt knw y it hv nt reached yet... Itz showing still in azamgarh.... I did s speed post 2 of them is reached bt the 3rd 1 is not... This is gayathri. i m residing in kuniamuthur, coimbatore - tamil nadu. i approached kuniamuthur post office to open savings & mis on 06/10/2016 and submitted documents to the staff. they took more than a week time to open savings a/c. and staff lost documents for mis. when i asked the alternative staff, he told the concern person is on training and asked to come aft 4 days. i was mentally upset and asked him that it takes only a day open mis in other branch.

His response was very rude and said to approach other branch. customer service was very poor in this branch and they are working dead slow

Pls help me in this regard to take action against them, so that customer service will be better in future and pleasant response can be given to them

I have send 1 box, i.e. some clothes to Nagaland, kohima from Bangalore.on 4th of October by speed post, and they still didn't receive it. And we can't even track that parcel. Why it's taking this long to rech there.????
Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Earlier i received my mark-sheet torn in pieces, i didn't complaint about as i managed it from my institute. And on 20/10/2016 at 16:30 when postman came to deliver another letter i reported the same to him as i wasn't present the earlier day, he started yelling at me stating he is not responsible, i don't know who is responsible but would like you to teach some sense to the postman & take appropriate action against the postman & Responsible Person for maintaining the document good.

A letter along with necessary documents had been sent on 08/09/2016 from kolkata legal Service committee office to the supreme court legal service committee office.track no. is -EW[protected]IN.But unfortunately the letter had not reached yet.what a shame that INDIA POST acts such an irresponsible way...I didn't track my parcel.it was very important documents.

A registered letter no. rm[protected]in registered with g. p. o, kolkata on 10.10.2016 but till date (20.10.2016) not delivered to me. when enquired at purulia post office (723101), they informed me that no such letter received by them and most probably g. p. o (700001), kolkata till date not send to purulia post office for deliver to to the addressee.
So, therefore you are requested to pleae look into the matter and solve the problem.

I am forcing myself to write this complain regarding the post office service delivery. I am PranKrishna Dolai, Vill-Tikayetpur PO-Asanboni PS-Gopiballavpur Dist- West Medinipur West Bengal. Pin code -721506. I am facing problem to receive the documents/items by the post office delivery boy. My post Office is located in Asanboni pin code is 721506.When the item reached in my home post office the delivery boy gave a missed call and ask for to collect the item from post office. when i refused to collect he send it to me by the third person who is a trusty person at all. Many time I got my document in open condition being the item is very confidential. Very Often the service person send my bank documents like check book atm card by my neighbor villagers whom i can't trust at all, with out taking my signuture.Also i want to tell to that documents like form LIC or other organization, they did not deliver I found fortunately when i visit the post office after 2-3 months, even I got my Aadhar card after 3 months when it is reached earlier.
Recently I order an item in amazon and the item come to me by speed post and i ve to collect it by third party that i already mentioned earlier. I already told in the post office but there is no improvement. The agent name is tarun kumar Ghosh. I told him personally many times but he did not care.He prefer to give a missed call instead of giving me the parcel at my house and a proper phone call.

I feel it is very risky to me if a very argent document like admit card and order letters from office don't come to me in time.

So I am requesting you please take an action so that i don't face the same problem again.

Hope I will get the solution.
