A registered letter no. rm[protected]in registered with g. p. o, kolkata on 10.10.2016 but till date (20.10.2016) not delivered to me. when enquired at purulia post office (723101), they informed me that no such letter received by them and most probably g. p. o (700001), kolkata till date not send to purulia post office for deliver to to the addressee.
So, therefore you are requested to pleae look into the matter and solve the problem.

I am forcing myself to write this complain regarding the post office service delivery. I am PranKrishna Dolai, Vill-Tikayetpur PO-Asanboni PS-Gopiballavpur Dist- West Medinipur West Bengal. Pin code -721506. I am facing problem to receive the documents/items by the post office delivery boy. My post Office is located in Asanboni pin code is 721506.When the item reached in my home post office the delivery boy gave a missed call and ask for to collect the item from post office. when i refused to collect he send it to me by the third person who is a trusty person at all. Many time I got my document in open condition being the item is very confidential. Very Often the service person send my bank documents like check book atm card by my neighbor villagers whom i can't trust at all, with out taking my signuture.Also i want to tell to that documents like form LIC or other organization, they did not deliver I found fortunately when i visit the post office after 2-3 months, even I got my Aadhar card after 3 months when it is reached earlier.
Recently I order an item in amazon and the item come to me by speed post and i ve to collect it by third party that i already mentioned earlier. I already told in the post office but there is no improvement. The agent name is tarun kumar Ghosh. I told him personally many times but he did not care.He prefer to give a missed call instead of giving me the parcel at my house and a proper phone call.

I feel it is very risky to me if a very argent document like admit card and order letters from office don't come to me in time.

So I am requesting you please take an action so that i don't face the same problem again.

Hope I will get the solution.

I booked two emos of rs.2000/-each on 04.10.2016 for kolkata-700010 (pnr no.[protected] and kolkata - 700133 (pnr no.[protected] at aizawl gpo (796001). but, as on 19.04.2016, both the emos are yet to be delivered.
Tracking facility at indiapost.gov.in finds that the consignments are not found/traced. however, the booking post office (aizawl gpo : 796001) insists that both the emos have reached kolkata.
I am totally confused and baffled. what is the problem?

On 20 sep 2016 i received one letter tht departementally we are investigating the case but departmental inquiry by inspector dubey is fraud first time he investigate thn there are two witness now again investigate start three witness plus they send tht they are giving a chargesheet rule no 16 she has done a corrupt practices in 100
Cases pls investigate the period where she has done a corrupt practice from[protected] in howbagh gorakhpur post office from[protected] in dixit pura post office
There are more thn 100 case of cash transaction in last 8 yrs it means she has a more thn crore rupee a cash transaction penalty of cash transaction is income tax is equal to the amount of cash transation which she had made

On 21 sep ssp jabalpur issued a chargesheet after 10 days she has to reply the crime but till date she has not given the reply one sided decision now ssp jabalpur has to take why she is not reply the answer because she has not with single person she has done in more thn 100 cases a corrupt practices

Rishi arora of gorakhpur in 2012 when she is in howbagh post office she done a cash transaction of mis acct of rs 36000/- she has make the cash payment (E i am wrong thn pls investigate with rishi arora

Ram gopal bassi in 2012 when she is in howbagh post office she done a cash transaction of kisan vikas patra of rs 80000/- she has make the cash payment (I am wrong thn pls investigate with ram gopal bassi)

More than 100 cases she has done a corrupt practices

I've bagged an article from patpadganj post office, New Delhi on 10 oct'2016 for 88, SANJAY NAGAR JAMMU . But the article is not delivered till date. The document is stuck at Palam TMO before that it was routed to AHMEDABAD .It is very important and valuable document. It is related to an examination which is supposed to be done on 20 Oct'16, thats the reason why I preffered INDIAN POST instead of LOCAL COUORIER SERVICES, however it was of no use, I spent a lot in buying those books for my sister & she need information which will help her in exams . Kindly help in tracing the document and the delivery as soon

as possible.

Dear sir/ ma'am,
This is to bring to your attention that we were to receive a registered post by Income tax department and as checked the status of the post said that the respective post office which is Dantli, 303012 have received the post on 24th Sep, 2016 and we have never been informed or the post man has not even come to the given address till date. We figured out the status and checked at Dantli post office on 14th October 2016 only to find out that the post office is been closed long back. We figured out the mobile number of the post man who was looking at this post office, and we were informed that someone else is handling this area now! We spoke to that post man (the new one) on 14th and he said he lol chk and get back on the post! He kept giving reasons for not delivering and in spite of going to the post office (Kanota) under which Dantli area comes. On 17th he promised to deliver the post when we went to the main post office of Kanota. That again did not happen and there is no post office at Dantli where we can go and collect the post. We are stuck up here as we cannot go and pick it from the post office and this guy isn't delivering the post.
This post includes the tax refunds and these cheques have a limited time limit and after that these cheques are expired.
Kindly help us out with this issue.

I submit appilcation for postal life insurance policy from indian post office shrigonda dist. ahmednagar in augest 2009.i recieved only policy passbook(pli policy no.MH-481209-CS) after submitting form of policy to post office.when i want to change my nominee i go to post office and post office demand me orgional pli policy paper but i told post office i not recieved any orgional pli policy paper from post office only recieved passbook of policy.i request post office by e-mail, manual application and by compliant but no one taken this issue seriousley and till today my orgional policy paper not recieved me.i follow up to indian post office ahmednagar and other through email from last 4 to 5 month.

i am abhinav kumar.my speed post is booked on 8 oct 2016 at rcf kapurthala 144602 by paritosh kumar.it reached patna on 11oct 16.and despatched to biharsharif ho on 13 .till today 16 oct 16 it is still not delivered .i give complain on twitter ac of india post but not solve .i call many times to NSH patna on number [protected] but thy not respond it. i contact biharsharif ho but there was not received my sppeed post.

I sent my claim for reimbursement of medical expenses along with bills/medical reepforts to The Commissioner of Treasuries & Accounts, Saidapet, Chennai 600015 through PO Alwarthirunagar, Chennai 600087. The receipt no is A RT[protected]IN dt 27/09/2016. I have not so far received the acknowledgement due. The addressee informs that they have not received the said tappal. My e-mail sent in this regard to ddgfs.gov.in is still unresponded.

My daughter name - srishti kumari, aadhar card no.[protected]. My nearest indian post office tilapat, amarnagar, faridabad (Haryana) 121003. Postman tilapat contact no. [protected], contact personal mobile no. [protected]. He has not delivered aadhar card to my residence instead he delivered it to wrong person and shop (Shopkeeper name mr. Shankar contact no. [protected]). Shopkeeper & postman asked for rs.20 bribe to give me aadhar card and said if money not given he will deliver back to aadhar card head office.

Today i had gone to iit post office to book my ticket. Mr. Pawar was sitting at the ticket counter who was taking 10 mins per person purposely. When my turn came, mr. Pawar asked me to stop as the person ahead was not having change and asked him to get the change, and said until and unless the person gets the change he won't book my ticket. Is this complete non sense as my time was getting wasted. Mr. Pawar not only asked me to wait but he asked me the station code which i was not aware of though it was his job to know the code. A senior citizen who was behind me he also shouted on him and said get the police. Mr. Pawar said that he was asked to sit forcefully on the ticket counter as there was shortage of staff and no one likes to sit on the ticket counter.
When i contacted the post master he said that mr. Pawar was forcefully asked by his supervisor to sit on ticket counter because of which he was creating nuisense.
Because of there internal issues the passengers are getting affected and the name of indian railway is getting affected.
Therefore i kindly request you to take immediate action against mr. Pawar so that people like us doesn't get suffer and waste our time.
