Sir a month ago i ordered a product from whaaky.com.. the product i got was defective.. i registered my complaint for replacement to whaaky customer service.. as per they said i again posted the defective product through indian post office... but they didn't delivered the product to them.. I have reason to believe that India Post Mumbai is very slow in delivering international parcels . About three weeks back I purchased watches from Ebay and tracking show no progress . During same time an artice shipped by Delhi branch was received by me . Here are tracking numbers .

I booked a parcel (important & valuable wedding clothes) weighing 11 kg on 21 March 2016 through Registered Parcel from shamshabad, Hyderabad. It was supposed to be delivered after 4 working days, But you know what even after 1 month (37 days to be more precise) the item has not reached its destination. The delivery system of IPS are worst. They never try to deliver things in home & update the status as delivery attempted. Several times my ATM cards or bank documents got returned to the bank. This time they denied to deliver a parcel ordered by amazon. They called me and asked me to collect the parcel from their hub only. They gave several excuses like the address is not proper, whether there is a calling bell in the ground floor of my apartment,...

Since one day there is no update in tracking. It was showing "bag despatched to bheemunipatnam s.O."
There is no update from that moment.

This is regarding my express parcel via india post from kolkata, india to brampton, canada. The parcel (Which includes cricket kit only) was initiated at kolkata gpo on april 8th 2016 and my father was informed that it will be delivered in next 7-8 days. The last update made available online on april 12th states - "kolkata (Ex calcutta) exchange office (India)-- article bagged (This is the event)".

A registered letter bearing consignment no.Rx[protected] was returned back by the ignou delhi 110068 post office without delivering it to consigneewhile tracking through the consignment number of the post on web siteit only reflects the place of return as moulana anu at hydarabad.
Accordingly it is being impossible to find out the name and address of the last destination of delivery of the post on 28th march 2016....
