I have ordered parcel from flipkart by indian post(speed post). I received parcel on 06/01/2016 at 1700 hrs. It was observed that parcel packet was tempered and sealed by cello tape. I think packing may be like this.( Packing eisa hi hoga) So I start open the packet, Inside packet item sealed packing was found loose, Main item box seal was also broken, After opening box it was found that Main Unit (hand set/ mobile phone) and battery were not available in the box and other mobile accessories like charger, data cable, screen guard, manual book, earphone were available .
I also informed to customer care flipkart, they are agree to send new set. But I think this happening may happened again.
So my request is that please send notice to Head of India post to take responsibility and ensure the proper delivery of parcel in sealed condition. My Postal PIN is 486889, SINGRAULI COLLIERY MADHYA PRADESH.
I was try to register complain on indian post web complain registering portal but unable to register. Indian Post Consignment no AD[protected]IN.
India Post customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
