My parents send books through speed post from chhattisgarh to Delhi on 26th of august and now its almost 12 days(8th august) ..i didn't get my books ... my exams are near because of this careless act of Indian postal service. i lost my study hours please do consider my complaint and act fast as soon as possible

Speed post article no. Et[protected]in was posted at ordnance estate po(pin-620016), trichy(tn) on 20 aug 2015 at 12:46 hrs for delivery at chapra ho(pin-841301). The same has been delivered on 01 sep 2015. This shows irresponsiblity and failure of postal deptt in sp sevices. For the above episode i have faced mental and sentimental agony as undue delay delivery has caused considerable loss to me. I claim suitable compensation from postal authority for its total failure in the above speed post service.

My passport was dispatched on 1 Sept via speedpost with taking id PP[protected]IN .its been 5days now but still I have not received it.i am going to abroad for higher studies and it is so important as I have to apply for visa and PCC .so your authority will be responsible if something wrong happens

Dear sir, I have sent a Rakhi through registered post on 21/8/2015 with bill no. B RT[protected]IN from Chennai to Pune but till date its not delivered. When enquired at Chennai post office they say its been sent to pune on 28th but its not delivered. So please do the needful. Thanking You, Ranjitha.

Dear sir / madam, my parcel no. La[protected]fr held at mumbai airport sorting office since 8th june, 2015. Whenever i check status its showing the following message: “ 6 / 8 / 2015 4:00:00 pm france roissy courrier international send item abroad (Edi - received) air mumbai airport sorting office". I request you to kindly release my parcel as soon as possible. Thanks and with best regards.

I have send a parcel of weight 575 gram from INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX DUNDAHERA S.O. Gurgaon-122016 to JALUGUTI S.O. Morigaon-782104, Assam. I send this on 25/08/2015 with Transaction/Tracking number- EH[protected]IN. Now ten days pass as I track it on india post website its showing that the consignment is return from GuwahatI-NSH. I don't know why it is returning and I visit post office DUNDAHERA S.O, they told me that they don't have any information regarding this. I have also submit a complaint on india post website with complaint number-[protected]. Till now I did not received any proper response. Tracking details showing that my consignment is in Gurgaon now, But I don't know what is the condition of the item, Why it is not delivered to addressee and when it will be return to me. I have sent a induction coocker to my daughter at Gandhinagar through speed post vide their no: EW[protected] Dated 20/08/2015, the goods delivered on 25/08/2015 but sorry to inform you that the induction cooker was fully damaged and itis not in use condition. I claim to investigat the matter and pay me the reimbursement .

Money order is booked from Mansarovar, Jaipur post office but still not received to the Addressee and nor it is returned back till date. I have also raised a complain in the Indian Postal Department website under the Complains sections and complain no is: [protected]. My Son - Love Garg Passport was despatch on 31/08/2015 under Tracking No.: PP[protected]IN through speed post. Postman reach my home today i.e. on 01/09/2015 and demand Rs. 251 for delivery for this parcel. We refuse to pay Rs. 251 and he returned without giving the parcel.

Registered letter no RF[protected]IN dated 19/08/15 at 12:56 PM from Buxar Bihar delivered to Naliya Bhuj Gujarat on 31/08/15 AT 13:30 PM. letter containing rakhi. registered post taking 13 days to delivered letter. who is responsible for delay of registered post. Action should be initiated against responsible person.

I had sent article by speed post bearing article No. EO[protected]IN on 19.08.2015 from the post office at Jharsuguda(H.O.) Pin-768201.On tracking for the said article No. the status is shown delivered to the addressee on 25.08.2015, But actually this article has not been delivered to the addressee.Please settle my issue immediatelly.

My CSIR NET rank certificate was posted from New Delhi post office by speed post on 21.08.2015 by CSIR. I went to delhi on 26th and came to know that it has been posted (to kolkata which is my home) and got the speed post number ED[protected]IN .But tracking it I saw that it was despatched to mumbai and then delhi from kolkata airport instead of reaching my home. After 25th it was not being tracked and today showing timeout .The NET rank card is very important and urgent for me.Now I dont know what to do, where to go.Feeling helpless and hopeless.I have to submit the rank card september to the instituion where I have admitted to PhD, otherwise my admission will be cancelled, Please do help me.It is a serious question of my career. Anyhow I have to get my rank card.I dont know if it is returned to CSIR office, if that, then also it will be delayed.

I had received a airmail parcel No. ETH80290078MY arrived from Malaysia on 20/8/15 through Gurgaon, Sector 45 post office. To my dismay, the item (wrist watch) was missing from the packet and I could see a cut with a blade on top of the sealed envelope, through which the item has been removed. I am yet to receive another packet SYL16416493SJ from Malaysia even though the tracking shows on 24th July, 2015 the item has reached India. I despatched my product to Homeshop18 (Chennai) on[protected] bearing the track No. EE[protected]IN. Surprisingly the product has not been delivered to the destination & the status it shows now is that the product is being returned back to me at Srinagar, i paid Rs. 390.00 as the speed post charges, which i think is a loss to me.

This incident took place on August 20th, 2015 at 1100 hours at I.p. Extension, delhi with the staff of mobile post van DL-1L G0913.I had gone to post 7 letters via speed post.The moment the person incharge saw multiple envelops in my hand he started shouting i wont post more than 2. On being asked to show the rule stating the maximum number of letters that can be send he refused to address me and shouted back that he has shortage of time and it is not his concern whether i have to come 10 times to post. This kind o[censored]ncivilised and uncouth behaviour is highly undesirable from a government agency. Kindly take some action.
