A letter has been despatched from lic indiranagar b'lore - 38 to the assistant secretarylic of india, pf department, sczo hyderabad 500063 but yet not delivered, speed post no is ek[protected]in pls deliver as soon as possible

I am Mamata Singh, Village : Palhipar, Post : Pakari Dubey, District : Gorakhpur, Pin:273413. Sir i want to register a complain on Post Master of Pakari Dubey. His Name is Rajesh Rai. His contact no. Is [protected]. I have applied for PAN card in month of April. Which is delivered in post office Pakari Dubey in month of May. But he not delivered it to my home. Apart from this he returned the PAN card post back to senders address. I have Online tracking record which tells he had returned it on 17 May 2015. He did this type of things earlier several times. If he deliver any post he always demand Rs. 50 for each post. If people refuse to pay he say that i will not take any responsibility of yiur next post mail. Sir i beg you to please take a proper step and punish him for his these kind of activities. THANK YOU

Dear Sir, My name is Mohd. Asif. We are in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. he never come in area we ask to him for delivery he said i haven't found your home. This time i am waiting for my credit card from HDFC. credit card returned by him and i request for send it back but he never responds regarding any post. every time we goes to office and collect the post but he never come. currently post ref no. [protected] sent by hdfc credit card department 3 day back i haven collect yet. it comes in jamdoli post office jaipur my 58, Karim Nagar vistar kho -Nagoriyan Jagatpura by pass jaipur. Please help us sir, he is doing the same since 2 and half year. We will be highly obliged for your help

I sent a document by Speed Post consignment number EO[protected]IN on 27 June from Bhubaneswar to Amsterdam. I was told that the courier will take 'three to four days'. On 3 July I filed Complaint Number [protected] as online tracking showed that it was bagged at Kolkata on 29 June. As on 9 July, the online tracking and the complaint position are only updated till 29 June. The packet containing documents for my son's admission has still not been delivered. I have followed up in every forum including ADG International Mail, New Delhi. I have also tweeted to India Post. There is a trail of emails, and the online complaint status as of 20:00 on 9 July 2015 is attached as a pdf. I had requested that in case the packet is lost, I may be kindly informed so that I can resend it. The poor and negligent response has been only repeating the status as of 29 June. Having chosen Speed Post, because of its reliability I am regretting the decision. The apathy is appalling to say the least. Under such a situation, I chose to send the documents again through another agency. I would therefore request that India Speed post is directed to refund the money I have paid to them, 2. the money I spent on sending the courier again 3. the cost of STD ISD telephone calls for following up and to check if it had been delivered and 4. A lump sum for harassment, irresponsible conduct by a service and causing insurmountable tension. The total amount for this is Rs.10, 000. I will be happy to provide any further information and evidence in support of my complaint, grievance and claim thereof.

Hello Sir myself Neetu Rani.I am residentiol of Barnala District. In april i found that someone done my duplicate sign and got withdrawal of 1 lakh from my saving account.I went to post office to get my saving but nobody hear my complain even they behave with me very rudely . Reliance Life Insurance has sent me a registered post on 25th of June 2015. The Consignment tracking number is RM[protected]IN. Since then i am trying to track the consignment number online, but the online tracking system is showing no details. Then on 1st of July i have registered complaint using online complaint portal of India Post. Since then i am following up on daily basis. But India Post never replied on any of my message. Now i am finding myself in deadlock situation. One side Reliance Life is saying that post has been dispatched from their side however i have yet not received the post and not even able to track it. Please help !!

I had sent a spped post letter atricle no EP[protected]IN dated 27 jul 15 from post office sec 47 chandigarh pin no 160047 to muzaffarpur bihar pin no 842001. The letter contains Railway window ticket for the journey date 05 july 15 of two passenger in which one is bonafied cancer patient and one is her attendent.due to not delivery of ticket the patient who has got appoitment on 07july 15 in surgical department PGI CHANDIGARH, have to suffer so much difficulty in indian railway journey without confirm birth. Further I want to say that after tracking my article on website of india post it was showing that letter reached to bangalore and there agian lettre going to mangalore from mangalore letter sent back to palam tmo on 01july 15 afer first july letter is in rms delhi till today i.e 04july 15. IN This curmstances and negelegencies in india post service I urge you to do the needfull and fulfill the customer loss and harrasment .

I have sent a speed post (ew84564433in)on 29th June to Ranchi.But after dispatching to NSH Ranchi on 30 th June the delivery report of the letter is still not availvable.I have complained (complain number [protected]) but do not get any reply.I have also mailed Ranchi H.O and Belgharia H.O but they did not take any action.

I have bought a shoe from myntra and it was sent through India post. When I tracked the shipment I found that the shipment is further shipped to kottayam from kochi. I live in ernakulam dist. My house is in kottamam near to kalady. You have further shipped to kottayam instead of kottamam. Please make sure that people get their shipments correctly. .

Sir/ Madam I have constructed a house in a newly formed layout at No- 4, Sunrise Layout, Begur Koppa Road, Beside Candor International School HULLAHALLI, Bangalore 560 083 and informed my postal address to the WEEK published by Malayala Manorama co ltd. Kottyam Kerala on 31st March 2015, But so far, I have not received even a single copy of it, (out of twelve copies) in last three months.I phoned to Malayala Manorama co ltd. Kottyam Kerala who told me that they regularly dispatch my copies on available postal address. Then I went Gotigere post office under whose postal jurisdiction this pin number comes, who directed me to contact Bannerghatta Post office, when I went there they directed me to contact Sakalwara post office, when I went to Sakkalwara post office they again directed me to contact Jigani post office, I went to Jigani post Office they directed me contact Hullimangala post office, again I contacted to Hullimangalla post office they say this area is not coming under Hullimangala post office juridisction hence I should contact Sakkalwara post office. Now I am in puzzle that under which postal jurisdiction this area is belonging and what happened to my WEEK's copies? Please Inform me so that I can circulate my correct postal address to get my important letters.

I have booked one parcel on 20-june-2015 throw speed post my parcel id is-ad[protected]in but i have not receieved my parcel yet.

1. Tracking id- CL[protected]IN. 2. Booked on 19/06/015. To Ascomp Inc, Mayapuri ( From Pala Head PO ) 3. Address is 100% ok since I send the item two times succesfully through india-post 4. Now its 12 days but no information available. Dont know whether it delivered or lost or where is the item. 5. The item was shipped to the company named ascomp.inc delhi for refund since the product is inappropriate for me. The item cost 8000rs. The refund amount was 5000rs. I could show my e-mail if you need proof 6. It was expected to deliver within 4-5 days of time as promised by the person at the counter. Previously I send it through speedpost but the employee at the counter convinced me no need to send it through speedpost. So I send it as normal parcel. Previously it cost around 500rs but this time it was only 148rs. I asked twice or thrice about the price difference but the person at the counter said no problem in sending as normal parcel and it will deliver without any problem 7. Now no information available. I lost my product and my refund too. I contacted the Head PO but they are refusing to do anything saying they cannot do anything on this issue. I need to solve it my own by filing a complaint. I dont know where to complain. I made a complaint at the India-Post website. It registered -[protected]. But after that no information about the complaint too!!! My SHipment no: CP[protected]IN, SHipped on 24th June 2015 retuned back to me on 2nd July 2015 without any note or reason form the Postal Authorities. The shipment reached the destination city - PUNE, . There was no attempt to Deliver it and then without providing a a Reason whatsoever, It was returned back to me at Phagwara -144401.

Kindly accept this complaint and help me out here, as i have wasted shipment charges and valuable time for the shipment.

Sir, I would like to inform you that My important document sent by icici bank from mumbai on first week of june15 through speed post being no.is ED[protected]IN but have not recd. the same till now, if have ask to post man (Bhupender) answer is that is delivered. while he has deliver the same to same name of person. not me. so please do the needful. PO never issue any kind of COUNTER PAY SLIPS to its customer for any transactions be it Cash or Transfer from one account to another account which create many confusion and tensions so long the Final Documents are not received before 15-10 daqs. Like any other Banks they also must issue Counter Folios to customer with seal and signature as proof. PO take Self Cheque for cash withdrawal with signature on the back of cheque to open new account of various scheme such as MIS 5 yrs. plane etc.without issuing and counter acknowledgement before issuing Final documents of the scheme is handed over after 15-20 days.

On[protected] at around 4-20 P.M., I went to Head Post Office of Pulivendula town 516 390 for sending speed post to AFC, Visakhapatnam city, but the employee of speed post counter didn't receive the cover/parcel on the pretext that counter has been closed and the postal bag was tied. I pleaded the employee to send speed post, but he paid deaf ear and never bothered to do his legitimate duties. But it was mentioned in citizen charter that, speed post, VPP etc, would entertain till 5-45 P.M., on Monday to Friday. The entire episode is covered in CC camera available in the post office.

For the last 6 days (date 24/06/2015, time: 23:27:09, office: PALAM TMO), it's showing "Transit Bag Despatched to PALAM TMO". Kindly deliver the item and update the status.
