I got speed post tracking no pp[protected]in from passport office rk puram new delhi on 27th regarding despatch of my passport. On tracking its been showing despatched to nsh gurgaon from palam tmo on 27th late night but after that speed post tracking is not showing any further movement of my speed post which is meant to reach me thru amar nagar post office faridabad.

What to do ?

I have raised a complaint [protected] and the article number is EK[protected]IN but not is responding, I have mailed, called many people many times but of no use. Final conclusion is I do not have any update after I raised this complaint. I mean i made this post on 10th of July 2015 and till now 20 days gone and only update is it was dispatched to muzaffarpur, which was actually destined to samastipur bihar. Please help me out I phone numbers on the website also outdated so I cannot ask any information by just dialling the numbers of those post offices. I mean number of kolkata airport PO, muzaffarpur, PO is old or dead. Kindly help me out here

मै फरीदाबाद शेहर का निवासी हू ! राहुल कॉलोनी मे रहता हू hamari colony k a postman apna कार्य ठीक ढंग से नही कर रहा है ! वह कॉलोनी मे समय पर डाक नही पहुंचता है ! और जब कोई कॅरियर या फर कोई भी डाक लाता है तो सभी से 30 रुपए लेता है और यह बोलता हे की अगर नही दोगे तो डाक/पार्सल जो भी है उसको वापस भेजदूँगा! मेरा भी एक पार्सल आया था LIC से जो मेरे घर क रजिस्ट्री के कागज़ थे और मेने LIC दफ्तर से पता किया तो वहां से पता चला की मेरे कागज़ तो काफी महीनो पहले speedpost के ज़रिये भेजदिये गए है जिसका नंबर यह है PB+5196+NEFT ! और कॉलोनी के बोहोत से लोगो के पैन कार्ड के लिए भी डाकिया ने 30 -30 रुपए लिए है !! अपने अनुरोध है की आप डाकिया के कार्य पर कार्यवाही करें! मोहद रशीद (Faridabad) Reporter of Akhbar -e -Mashriq & Azizul Hind धन्येवाद

Respected Sir, I have done the parcel through India post on date 15/07/2015. Consignee number of that parcel is CP[protected]IN. But till date there is no update through India post about this parcel after 17/07/2015. I did not know that what the status of that parcel is because it did not show the destination stage. I track the parcel through the website of India post of www.ndiapost.gov.in but there is no update after 17/07/2015. So I register a complaint through the website of India post of www.ndiapost.gov.in on date 27 July, 2015.The complain no is [protected]. But I am very disappointed because after registration of the completion of 48 hours there is no update through India post. I content customer care of India post but they give me reply that they give the information only of international parcel. They do not provide information about domestic parcel. At present I am in great trouble because I have done the parcel through India post on date 15/07/2015.Today is 29/07/2015.Almost 14 days past. Though I did not know that what the status of that parcel is. Please solve this problem immediately. Thanking you and hopping for favorable reply from your side. Hopping for best customer satisfactory solution from your side as early as possible.

sir, I had sent a parcel through Speed post from Bongaon, North 24 parganas, Westbengal to Tauru, Haryana on 14th July 2015. Speed Post tracking shows that the parcel is received in Bag Despatched to Tauru S.O on 17th july 2015, but it is still there and not delivered to the recipient. Speed Post Tracking Number is EW[protected]IN. I tried too many times to spoke to the concerned person/department of Destination Post Office through their phone no.[protected] but they are not responding my call for last 7 days. I have registered complaint on 25/07/15. Complaint Number: [protected] but they not respond.

I did not received my shipment yet.
I tried calling up your company regarding my grievance but was not able to get in touch with anybody. In spite of repeated follow ups, i have received no appropriate response from your company’s side, which is disappointing. I have wasted unreasonable amount of time and money in trying to resolve this issue but to no avail. I am appalled to have received such inept and unprofessional services from a company of your repute which has created unnecessary hassles in my life, resulting in loss of time and money. The entire episode has left me in a bitter taste and i am extremely disappointed with your pathetic services. I have been facing lot of mental stress, agony and immense loss of time and money due to this incident and even after making several requests to your company officials no positive response has been received by me. With a great hope and hearing about a healthy reputation of your brand name i had availed your services but to my utter disappointment, i have faced the worst.

Dear Sir, This is further reference to my earlier e-mail. This is to bring to your notice that EQ[protected]IN which was booked on 30 March is not received as of now. It has been more than 100 Days but my problem remains unsolved. I request to kindly look in to the issue & do the needful

Sir, I have delivered a Speed Post Article on 10th April 2015 to the address Rishal Dev Singh, A-304, Madhupushpa Society, Near Dutt Temple, Wakad, Pune-411057(MH) and i got a message on 14/07/15 i.e. “The speedpost article E[protected]IN booked on date 10/07/2015 was delivered on 14/07/2015” but they delivered the article to the wrong address . I tried too many times to spoke to the concerned person/department of Destination Post Office...

Dear Sir/Mam We have sent an article from your Registered parcel service with tracking id -CH[protected]IN.I have booked this parcel on 6th July 2015 from Ambala City H.O..Today on 20th august, 2014 its 15 days that parcel has not been delivered... I have also lodged the complaint for this with complaint number as [protected] on 15 July, 2015.. Sir/Mam, its 7 days that I have been regularly going to the post office about the enquiry of parcel but there is no action on this case...The Post master always tell that parcel will be delivered tomorrow but it is not yet delivered...I have also visited to the post master there but she also says that it will be delivered but still I am waiting for that day to come...She said pls tell the customer to take from the office there...When the customer checked the office there he said there is no parcel.. Sir/Mam, I have paid Rs 250/- for this parcel for door delivery..I have not sent the parcel for free...This customer is an online customer and we are bound to give the services..Pls understand our problem...Also The postmaster is not providing the contact details of the centre there ...She refused to help saying now I have to go pls come later...Pls help us into this matter... Also In Ambala DO office some Madam named Ms Karmo Saini(Contact no[protected] misbehaved with me when I was referred to there ...She completely refused to cooperate and as a result I have to come back with my case as it is... She said That your complaint will be handled by Ambala City H.O only...So she said she will transfer the case to there...But still there is no action When I am contacting the number[protected] to Mizoram to enquire about the parcel they are saying that they do not know and disconnects the call again and again ..I have called them 10 times but every time they disconnected the call.. Now I am helpless and that is why I am writing you this mail because now I have no hope left... I beg you to pls deliver that parcel on urgent basis...I have not sent the parcel for free..I have paid Rs250/- which is highest of all the courier services available in India even FedEx, BlueDart hoping it to be delivered fast but after this experience I have to think everytime twice... I send parcel via india post on 30 june 2015 tracking no. Cp[protected]in to growthways pvt ltd company 21 days are gone they not recieve the parcel till now and tracking detail said that parcel is in ludhiana i loged complaint regarding delay in delievery complaint no. [protected] on 8 july they not respond please solve my problem as soon as possible

My passport was dispatched from the Bhopal passport office on 29/06/15 and is stuck in ICH Satna since 02/07/15. When contacted the post office, the reply is simply that one of the packages was not received on 2/06/15. No information on where it is currently and when can I expect its delivery is available.

My wife pass port has arrived to Mahalingpur(PIN code: 587312) on 10th July, Post man from the office didnot come for the delivery. I checked the status online and sent my father to post office ( since I am at Chennai for some work). Post man confirmed passport has come, but he denied to give it to my father as he wanted the main applicant. My wife is pregnant and and she is at her parents home( other place). My father is not educated and I spoke postman overphone and told all the story. He asked for 500Rs. I said why?, he started saying he will not give to my father and he wanted applicant. As a passport rule: passport can be given to any family member after confirming the details accurately Please find the below details which I got it from passport india site. Q4: Do I need to be personally present to collect the passport from the postman or any of my family members can collect it on my behalf? A: It is advisable that the applicant himself collect the passport from the postman. In case of absence of the applicant, it is at the discretion of the postman to hand over the envelope to some family member of the applicant by checking their/applicant's ID proof or to return the passport to the issuing Regional Passport Office. I want you to take serious action on this, since we should stop such a bribing/corruption idiotic misbehavior in the government offices. I strongly believe you take action on this. I Am Archit Garg doing b.tech final year is here by to say that our i am having my R.D. account in my near by India post branch..And there is some problem occurred in my R.D.book by the employee there and now he is neither doing any correction in it nor submitting the money in my account...I Am continuously going there from last 4 weeks ..please help me out ..i do not have so much time to go there regularly ...

I am Mamata Singh, Village : Palhipar, Post : Pakari Dubey, District : Gorakhpur, Pin:273413. Sir i want to register a complain on Post Master of Pakari Dubey. His Name is Rajesh Rai. His contact no. Is [protected]. I have applied for PAN card in month of April. Which is delivered in post office Pakari Dubey in month of May. But he not delivered it to my home. Apart from this he returned the PAN card post back to senders address. I have Online tracking record which tells he had returned it on 17 May 2015. He did this type of things earlier several times. If he deliver any post he always demand Rs. 50 for each post. If people refuse to pay he say that i will not take any responsibility of yiur next post mail. Dear Sir, My name is Mohd. Asif. We are in deep trouble from our area postman. He never give us any document. he never come in area we ask to him for delivery he said i haven't found your home. This time i am waiting for my credit card from HDFC. credit card returned by him and i request for send it back but he never responds regarding any post. every time we goes to office and collect the post but he never come. currently post ref no. [protected] sent by hdfc credit card department 3 day back i haven collect yet. it comes in jamdoli post office jaipur my 58, Karim Nagar vistar kho -Nagoriyan Jagatpura by pass jaipur. Please help us sir, he is doing the same since 2 and half year. We will be highly obliged for your help

I sent a document by Speed Post consignment number EO[protected]IN on 27 June from Bhubaneswar to Amsterdam. I was told that the courier will take 'three to four days'. On 3 July I filed Complaint Number [protected] as online tracking showed that it was bagged at Kolkata on 29 June. As on 9 July, the online tracking and the complaint position are only updated till 29 June. The packet containing documents for my son's admission has still not been delivered. I have followed up in every forum including ADG International Mail, New Delhi. I have also tweeted to India Post. There is a trail of emails, and the online complaint status as of 20:00 on 9 July 2015 is attached as a pdf. I had requested that in case the packet is lost, I may be kindly informed so that I can resend it. The poor and negligent response has been only repeating the status as of 29 June. Having chosen Speed Post, because of its reliability I am regretting the decision. The apathy is appalling to say the least. Under such a situation, I chose to send the documents again through another agency. I would therefore request that India Speed post is directed to refund the money I have paid to them, 2. the money I spent on sending the courier again 3. the cost of STD ISD telephone calls for following up and to check if it had been delivered and 4. A lump sum for harassment, irresponsible conduct by a service and causing insurmountable tension. The total amount for this is Rs.10, 000. I will be happy to provide any further information and evidence in support of my complaint, grievance and claim thereof.

Hello Sir myself Neetu Rani.I am residentiol of Barnala District. In april i found that someone done my duplicate sign and got withdrawal of 1 lakh from my saving account.I went to post office to get my saving but nobody hear my complain even they behave with me very rudely .
