I booked on 26th Dec 2022 at Itkhori S.O. Chatra and had to be delivered at Bommanhalii S.O Bangalore. The consignment has the last update of 29th Dec in which it's showing that the item has been dispatched from Ma Ranchi RMS TMO at about 19:30 but no updates after that. Today is the 31st and it has been 3 days since I am waiting for any further updates. I contacted my local post office regarding the item but they haven't received it yet. And the concerned Ranchi post office (RMS TMO) is not picking up calls even. This means at the end of the day, I am stuck getting help from neither of the sides

    My parcel has been dispatched from New Delhi Rs TMO on 4/12/2022.and it should reach by me now but there is no update on tracking since then ( after 4/12/2022)
    It’s been 18 days till then... I did online complaint too but there is no update on complaint too my complaint no is ([protected]) My consignment no is (CK[protected]IN)... plz solve this issue ... it’s a request ... I am loss for not getting my parcel on time

      It has been 13 days of posting a parcel, it has not reached its destination yet. India post employees dont have any idea about where it is. Their customer complain services are just for namesake, they dont bother and dont give a damn about your parcel. On portal it showing that parcel has left Kolkata on[protected]. Guwahati is not that much far away from Kolkata. Dont know whether my parcel is safe or not. I want full refund and my parcel !

        I urgently need my debit card which was returned as the Post Man did'nt find my Address. It is returned to and stuck at Mangaluru NSH. Till now I have'nt Received my SBI Debit Card.                   My package CK68404 which was sent in 17/12/2022 from Bengaluru was not delivered to Gurugram, Haryana, the tracking website which was last updated on 22/12/2022 shows that it is in NEW DELHI RMO and my package hasn't dispatched from there. I have contacted the India post customer care and also visited the post office to enquire but my issue was NOT resolved. Please look into my case and give me an update about this
