i m sending many reminders but no one body responding..

kindly take an action againts concerned authority and instructs them to return our money with interest

Sir, In East Patel Nagar Post office of the Postal department Government of India the computer is not functioning for last 7 days. The employees of the post office has placed a note that the "computer khrab hai" and are not providng services such as speed post etc. for such a long time. If a Place like Delhi heart of the Capital of the coountry are such a state of affair how can a person sitting in remote locations of the country can expect services from the department.

My self Nitin Kumar I am waiting for speed post pin letter for last month . I have tract my speed post no. it shows that my box opened on Badli post office on 19 Feb. but i cannot get letter from my SBI home branch . SBI tell me that we have not received any letter regarding your detail as you mention . So please kind me solve my problem as soon as possible . I have strong feeling that mistake is done by post office because he cannot show me receiving copy of my letter So take hard decision and appropriate solution. My phone is [protected]

Sir/Madam, I have send a registered parcel from keezhillam s.o dated 04/02/2015 No.EL[protected]IN .Unfortunately the article is refused from the recipient side and it is returned back to my address thereafter.But from 13/02/2015 there is no tracking information from shillong spc regarding the product.The article is not delivered to me yet. So I registered a compliant on Indiapost website under compliant number- [protected].But there is no status reply from the shillong office till 2 weeks. Kindly look on to this issue and solve it on a priority basis.

Myself Sintu Laha, son of Late sri Sanat Kumar Laha residing in Po&vill-North Jhapordah, PS.-Domjur, Dist.-Howrah, PIN code-711405.Last 26-Nov-2014 my father had died.He has done some KVP (Rs.100000) in our Domjur post office, which also has registered nomination in the name of Smt.Sagarika Laha(My mother).So after my father's death we have critical financial crisis, that is why we need to liquid his savings and investments.For this purpose we went to the Domjur post office and show the KVP certificates and death certificates of my father, identity proof of my father and my mother in front of the post master and also ask for the procedure to liquid/transfer the same in the name of Smt.Sagarika Laha(Nominee). The problem arises from the day one, post master told us that Death certificates are no longer valid so arrange to submit Affidavit from court.we arrange the affidavit certificate along with the Heir ship certificates from our local Grampanchyet. when couple of days later we submit the same postmaster told that this is not sufficient, need every certificates four copy of Xerox copy along with the seal and signature of Gram Panchyet Pradhan on all the photo copy.In beetween five times my mother and me visited the post office but post master only misguide us and delay the issue date after date. I am not understand the problem of post master .Is she not aware about the procedure or she want some money to solve the issue ?? When I ask the procedure and proper documentation about this she behave like as we are begging for money, she told my mother that as we need the money so we have to come post office again and again. What is this? Is this the behaviour we expect from the department of Post? is this the behaviour of a public servant with the general rural public? If she does not know the procedure then why she misguide us? I am extremely sorry for using this language but this is a genuine harassment to the general public by this type of government employee. This is not a complaint but a request.I was to recieve one speed post from aligarh .but the send has wrongly put pincode 110001 in place of 110012. The tacking ID of speed post is EU[protected]IN. and is currently at NSH New delhi.Please correct the pin and deliver it to 110012(IARI, NEWDELHI)

होदय, मामला सन 2003 की है मेरा एक खाता जहानाबाद (बिहार) के पोस्ट ऑफिस (खाता संख्या 1218889) में था और उसमे रूपये 4300/- थे। मैं मार्च 2002 से दिल्ली में रह रहा हूँ, अतः मैंने उस खाते को जहानाबाद मुख्य डाकघर से मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर, दिल्ली में स्थान्तरण के लिए दिनांक 18/02/2003 को पासबुक सहित मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में लिखित आवेदन किया था उस आवेदन को पासबुक सहित मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर ने अपने स्तर पर जहानाबाद मुख्य डाकघर को भेज दी. उसके बाद मैं कई साल तक मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में उसकी स्थिति जानने के लिए भटकता रहा, पर हर वक़्त एक ही जवाब मिलता था की “अभी तक पासबुक जहानाबाद से वापस नहीं आया है।” सन 2003 से सैकङों बार जहानाबाद का चक्कर लगाया, पत्राचार किया, पर कुछ हासिल नहीं हुआ। अंततः दिनांक 02.12.2011 को उसकी स्थिति जानने के लिए आर.टी.आई. अधिनियम, 2005 का इस्तेमाल किया. उसमे भी पहले कई बार गोल-मटोल जवाब देकर टालने की कोशिश की गयी। उधर से जहानाबाद डाकघर ने भी लिखित रूप से यह जवाब दे दिया कि उसने खाते का स्थान्तरण दिनांक 05.04.2003 को ही रजिस्टर्ड पत्र संख्या 3172 के द्वारा कर दिया है। उसके बाद दिनांक 19.01.2012 को पहली अपील, और दिनांक 20.04.2012 को दूसरी अपील लगायी, पर कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिल रहा था उसके बाद कई बार अनुस्मारक देने के पश्चात केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग, ओल्ड जे.एन.यु. कैंपस के सुनवाई के बाद दिनांक 24.07.2013 को मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर में एक नए खाता संख्या[protected] के साथ पासबुक जारी कर दिया गया। केन्द्रीय सूचना आयोग के पहल पर पासबुक तो मिल गया, उसमे पासबुक का मूलधन रूपये 4300/- भी दिखा दिये, परन्तु मुझे हुई परेशानी का हर्जाना मिलना तो दूर, 2003 से आजतक का ब्याज भी नहीं मिला, जब मैंने मुख़र्जी नगर डाकघर को इसके ब्याज के बारे में पूछा तो मुझे यह कहा गया कि ब्याज देना मेरे अधिकार में नहीं है, इसके लिए आपको पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, अशोक विहार, दिल्ली को पत्र भेजना होगा, मैंने उसी डाकघर के जरिये इसके लिए पत्र पोस्टमास्टर जनरल, अशोक विहार को उसी दिन भेज दिया, मुझसे उस वक़्त यह कहा गया कि 2 से 3 माह में आपके ब्याज जुङ जायेंगे। करीब 4 से 5 माह बाद मैं उस डाकघर में पता करने के लिए गया तो फिर से उसी तरह से टाल-मटोल वाली जवाब मिली कि अभी तक ब्याज नहीं जोड़ा गया है। मैंने CNBC Aawaz पर प्रसारित होने वाली पहरेदार पर भी अनुरोध किया है, पर पहरेदार की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं मिल रहा है. अतः आपसे यह अनुरोध है कि मुझे उपरोक्त मूलधन का ब्याज और पिछले 12 साल से इसकी वजह से जो परेशानी और मानसिक प्रताङना झेलनी पड़ी है उसके हर्जाने के तौर पर कम-से-कम 1 लाख रुपए दिलाने का कष्ट करें। अभी तक जितने भी पत्राचार हुए है, उसके सभी कागजात मेरे पास उपलब्ध है, आपके पास ये कागजात कब और कैसे भेजने है, ये बताए? धन्यवाद पत्राचार का पता:- फ्लैट नo- SF- 04, दूसरा तल्ला, प्लॉट नo- एम.एम.- 89, अंकुर विहार, डी.एल.एफ., लोनी, गाजियाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश, पिन- 201102 मोबाइल नं०- [protected]
