Indian Post Office — Registered Letter Not Delivered

I have sent my Registered Letter on 23rd Nov,2009 (No.-RL A6601) to the following add ---
ICICI Lombard General Insurance Comp. Ltd
Zenith House Keshaw Rao Khadye Marg ,Opp Race course ,MahaLaxmi Mumbai 400034
Reg ,Off.--ICICI Lombard General Insurance Comp. Ltd
ICICI Bank tower Bandra Curla Complex Mumbai 400051
But this letter has not delivered yet.
I have complained for it to the following-------
1. To The Post Master of the Post office ---- Shahid Gunj (From where I have Registered my mail)
2. SSP Of Post Mission Compound.
3.PMG Bareilly
4.Chief Post Master General ,Lucknow.
Besides this I Have sent many Reminder also.Now tell me what should I do?

Please stay away from the poducts of Dairycraft Pvt Ltd, New delhi.

Traces of bacteria that are proved carcenigenic are added to the product.
Two weeks from now cases of poisoning was reported. On reporting the matter to the police it was found that the resturant got the supplies from dairy craft .

They refill the expired blocks of their product and supply in the market, this is more during the festive seasons, Diwali and Christmas.

visited to the NSH Gurgaon and Gurgaon HO.
That the reason people don't believe on Government organization.They don't have
worry how much the important that documents which send by speed post. Now
artical send on 16 Oct 14 and not yet received(26 Oct 14). If speed post taking
11days and till not reach to the addressee then what happened about the normal
post. The time has come our government should do something about this i was
spoken number of time on telephone number[protected] since 4 days every time
they said your artical will be delivered to the said address, but no action has
been taken. It is my humble request that this is a very important papers and
very urgent. Please deliver on following address I am also giving mobile number
and phone number please call the addressee he will collect the same if you are
unable to visit: -

Speed post no EK[protected]IN DTD 17/11/2014
from j p nagar bangalore po bangalore is yet to be
Delivered.In trackingtracking I found it is still lying in
Gauhati from 18/11/2014.Inspire of giving a written complaint
there is no response.Due to this delay I am suffering
financial loss to the amnt of Rs 400000.00
I am not able to get any duplicate documents.

INDIA POSTAL SERVICES — non delivery of regd. letter

A registered letter bearing regn. no. RR[protected] dated 2nd Nov. 2010 and addressed to Rajeev Rastogi, 1407, Greenwich Drive, Allen, Tx 75013 USA is yet to be delivered to us. Normally it takes 10 days to receive ordinary letters from India. Kindly help us to trace the letter.

As i have sent a gift to My friend from India (Mumbai) to USA on 3rd march 2011.The the parcel has sent through registered post. Dear Sir/Madam,
I have received a speed post on 10th November, 2009 from Karthik Ramachandran,of J P Nagar 5th Phase Bangalore-560078 to Nalconagar-759145,Angul in Orissa.
I received this post at Indianpost office at Nalconagar,Angul. It reached to my residence on 10 th November, 2009 in a bad condition, the parcel torn open on the middle,stapled and the assignment placed inside were stolen. Please help me in this issue.
