I have a package shipped from Oregon, USA to Guntur. Its been shipped via USPS in USA and it is routed to India through India Post (Gov organization). The status shows it is been out of Chennai Foreign Post Office on May18th. But the package is unable to be tracked after that. On contacting the local post office at Guntur the personnel just telling that they cant help and cannot track. No one seems to even try to help to track where the package is. No one doesnt even know how to track the package. The package is very valuable to me and no one seems to help me.

sir i have posted my documents by speed post having barcode no ""EI[protected] IN "" had not yet been deliveres at its destination there fore i request u to plz deliver the same as soon as possible.

Hi,

A speed post was done on 2nd Jun 2010 from Ujjain to Pune. Today is 7th Jun 2010 and I have yet NOT received it. I have called the customer care and they are telling that my post has yet NOT reached pune.
I am leaving from Pune tomorrow i.e. on 8th Jun 2010 WITHOUT the post.

The Post contained my sister's marriage cards which due to the Indian Post, I am NOT able to distribute.

This has brought a lot of depression as well as Defame to me.

I now want a compensation for this from Indian Postal Services.

The consignment/Tracking number is EI[protected]IN. My mail id for futher communication in this matter is indu.[protected]@gmail.com.

Please look in this matter soon.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am unable to track my registered post sent on 18th May, 2010 from Moga to New Delhi.
The registered post reciept number is: RL A 1309
I tired to trace it online but there is no option availble to track the registered post on the official website of India post. (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/)
Also there is no need to mention the lethargic attitude of the Post office staff for helping out to track the post.
Kindly help me in to try and locate the post as it contains job application.

This is to inform you that two passel is being send from USPS on date 11th may 2010 in the name of Ishan shishu tracking no (LJ[protected] & suchitra shishu tracking no (LJ[protected]US) in the same address.
One parcel has been received in the name of ishan shishu on 24th may 2010 ,but the another parcel in the name of suchitra shishu tracking no (LJ[protected]US)is still not received.I have talked to USPS about my parcel they said your parcel is been delivered to india & indian post office will send you soon .
Every time when i go to local post office for asking about my parcel , they say they will send you when they will get it .how this is possible two parcel is send on the same date from USPS,with the same material (I pod) ,on the same address .one parcel has been receive but the another is still missing in the name of suchitra shishu tracking no (LJ[protected]US).
This is my kindly request look into the matter and do the needful accordingly .and track my parcel and send me as soon as possible because its very important for me.

I recently sent a post using Registered Post, the person on the counter told me that it is possible to track the Registered Post online through IPS's web-site. I went to the site however, could not locate any link that tracks the Registered Post. Later I called back to the New Panvel Post Office (410206), the person told that you have to come to the post office to track it! against their own previous statement though, I went to the post office there they told to track online. I told that I tried I don't see anything to track a RP moreover on the phone, I was told to come down here to track it and now you are telling me to go online. Later I asked the complaint book for which they rudely told that we do not accept complaints here, you have to go to head office to file the complaint. I left then. I just want to know following:
1. Why do you misguide people?
2. Why there is complete lack of accountability in your personnel?
3. Why do they go on bullying when someone wants to file complain? After all the complaint is going to help you improve your system. Your are all govt. employees, even govt. can't fire you how can people do that?

Please justify your salaries that you get from our taxes. Sooner or later people will be enraged and will take strict action that may cost you your jobs and perhaps the total system failure.

Gandhi achieved the freedom with the power of people; Indian Postal system is much smaller than the might of Indians!

Registered letter no 4547 dated [protected] was sent by LIC Office Raisinghnagar (Rajasthan) to ASI/RM S N Singh, FTR HQ BSF NB, Computer Cell, P.O. Kadamtala, Distt- Darjeeling(WB). The register letter contains the cheque of my name. Request to enquire the matter and be informed to my address cum E-Mail.

I sent Rs.4000/- from KASARAGOD PO (PIN:671121) to TRIVANDRUM PO (PIN:695011) on[protected]. The web portal provided by Indiapost to track the eMO gave the following details: (eMO PNR:[protected]

I tried to talk the Postmaster concerned (PIN:695011) on[protected] hr) and he informed me that the PostOffice did not have any details pertaining to the eMO. I gave the details of the web portal and he told me to call him after some time. When I contacted him again, he gave vague reply and did not tell me when the payment will be made.

I paid 5% of the money sent towards the postal charge and additionally the telephone charges. I clearly lost the benefit of the so called eMO by India Post. Now at least, I would like to know when the amount will be paid to the addressee.

Dear Sir/Mam,
We are employee of one organization lots of people working here from different different states and our always need to go our native one confirm ticket does not matter tatkal kota or general. Before 1 year our area Railway ticket facility was open in Udayapura post office, the post office is situated inside of Sri Sri Ravishankar's "ART OF LIVING ASHRAM". 2 or 3 time we go the post office counter sharp 8:00am and we got the confirm ticket from post office. Now we seen in ticket counter only 3-4 people is there but the Post office employee who booked the ticket his sit with atleast 100 ticket application bunch. when we entered our reservation form she/he put in last so we never found reservation in tatkal also.

After that we know some agent is there and they give the bunch to Post office employee before opening of post office ticket counter.

Now its regularly happen some agent is come and put their ticket on post office counter. post office person is also comfortable with extra money and irritation for us.

Today i feel why pvt. organization developed so much and govt. org. still in hell.

The Postman of Belurmath Post Office - 711202, return all documents sent by any Government Dept or LIC of India back to the sender without delivery.

The Postman demands Rs. 100/- each for all letter or they strongly say that all future documents sent at our address will be returned.

We are small Trader and we can not afford the demand of Postman.
Please instruct what can be done next,

From Indian Postal Service, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Post Office Delivery Man (Post Man) comes to our office for delivery of one document. At that time our office staff was there in Office. He asks for money for delivering the document to us. But we refused to pay the bribe. He threatens to our staff and undelivered the document.

On 28th May 2010, we approach to the Post Office about this matter. He threatens again to file a FIR against us of misbehaving and ask us to say sorry against the matter and said that he will put some unusual remarks on that registry that will create problem for us because it is a notice from Hon,ble court and also threatens to return all the documents in future.

i had booked one parcel from Wellington Post Office on 23 Apr 2010 vide receipt no. EP[protected]IN to Suresh Kumar Sharma, PO Maira-Mandrian, Teh:Akhnoor Distt Jammu-181201. though it was Express Parcel Post, it shoul reach within 7-10 days but 32 days have been passsed, still parcel has not been delivered on address. i lodged complaint with Supdt of Post Office Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam (T.N) but no satisfactory results have come.
Now its been a harrasment to me and i am disturbed totally. please help me out.

I have invested in 3 (three) different MIS under Nos. 434369, 434370 and 424371 all dated 2.3.2010 for Rs.1,50,000.00 each (totalling Rs.4,50,000.00) at Baranagar Post Office at Kolkata 700036 with instruction of my monthly interest of Rs.1,000.00 each x 3 (totaling Rs.3,000.00) for credit to my S/B Account No. [protected] with Standard Chartered Bank, Kolkata. But it is quite unusual and unprecedented event that no such credit has been given to my A/c so far though it is due for more than 2.1/2 months. I have furnished the bank statement to the concerned Post Office showing that no such credit of Rs.1,000.00 x 3 to my above said account but to no avail. I am an aged Physically Handicapped person under Section 80 U off Income Tax Act, recognized by Government of India. I want immediate solution from the deliberate harrassment by the concerned Post Office at Baranagar, Kolkata 700036.

This is to informed you that when any post man come after taking any mail, Documents related to School or College & any Gift then he demand that give me 100 Rs. But we don't understand that why i give Rupee ???

Postman says give Rupees for "Kharcha Paani or Chaai Paani" this is only & only problem in illiterate Areas. I see in litterate areas that Courier man or postman comes & drop any type Letter Mail, documents wheather Passpoart or any gift he give without any profit. because he know that these persone Litterate so he don't demand any body. I want to say only that this is totaly Bribe & whos person which is illiterate he can't arrange but he have to pay to postman because postman will not deliver any letter, Importaint documents or any Precious things.

I hope that you will sure solve this Problem & taking action these type of postman or any Government or Private employ.

speed post article no ek[protected]IN booked at bangalore addressed to E Nagaraj,SPM, Anandapuram, 577412,Shimoga (dt).on 7/05/2010, even after completion of 9 days i was not recieved the article till date. It is containing the cheque of my loan amount, which is badly needed fro my medical treatment.I am suffering from serious illness.It very shame at the part of negligence of tyhe postal department. the article should reach the destination within 24 hours, but eeven after completion of 9 days i have not recieved the same.The postal department is liable for the delay and for my mental ailments and for my financial inconvienience. the postal department should pay the compensation for my difficulties faced mentally,physically.

I have sent one Registered Post (5586) on Jan. 2010, but till now its not delivered and if its not delivered why its not return back on from address, So i want to know the status.

A spped post sent from Baner post office Pune to mumbai on 11/12/2009 was delivered after 5 day, The above matter was taken up with the Dy. manager SPCC Pune and they admitted there was a delay in delivery of the speed post EM[protected]N and advised to calim compenstion.The adove case was brought to the notice of manger SPCC Pune,Pune GPO PMG Pune, on 28/12/09 and PMG Maharashtra guide GPO Mumbai on 22/4/1010 inspite of all complaints no action or reponse from the postal authoriites
