    My parents sent me a parcel on the 31st of August. it reached the international post office Delhi on the 3rd of September.
    it's been on Custom Hold since then. we haven't received any message or anything from them regarding this.
    it's already been almost 20 days. Can you please do something about this?

      Delay in delivery due to wrong pin Code

      Consignment Number- EM[protected]IN, This article was booked on 02/09/2022 from dadar and it reached kanpur on 05/09/2022, today is 16/09/2022 and I have still not recei my parcel, it has been just traveling between Banda and Kanpur repeatedly. I live in 201306 but when I tracked the consignment it showed the pin code as 210306, I also registered a complaint- [protected] about this, the article was been sent back to Mumbai, but no action has...

      now above as mentioned that the matter taken to Nigeria post investigating then why should i close & relodge the complaint, my problem is not resolved. why should i make complaint online again n again, its above 30 days so what my parcel is missed from more than 2 months. if the problem is not solved then you should not close the complaint.

      1st why you are asking to close complaints again n again, even it pass how many months or days!!! My problem is not resolved I lost my parcel so why should i close my complaint & relodge it .

      2nd i cant lodge new complaint on India post site because when i put transaction number its give me its already passed 3months.

      Recvd a letter from india post as attached, about the settlement,

      there was no blank papers with the letters, to fill the forms so went to anjar post office and asked them that we need form or letter to do the procedure necessary & on this letter its mentioned to reply within one month, we told them so anjar post office reply us that someone will from post will come to our home so b ready with all invoices, so now we are waiting for someone who will visit to complete the procedure,

      follow up required if the wrong information given to us, we are still waiting for them.

      complaint no [protected] as above all details was closed by india post 6-2-2023 with as bellow update

      Compensation form has been send to ASP Gandhidham Sub Dn to arrange filling up and Vfn in this regard.

      compenssation form was fill up & given to post office resp person on 7-2-2023 as attached, & officer told that they will update but from 7-2-2023 to[protected] there is no update on our compensation, please check let us know what happen .

      Compensation was accepted on[protected] & the letter was received as attached, after that went to local post office of anjar they give some reason to come later because of fund issues after that same problem no compensation give till now i have attached 2 letter please check, they are saying no fund are available from last 20 days. these reason is not acceptable no one take the responsiblity or proper answer given.

              Speed Post Tracking awb- EM871026802IN

              Shipment sent through speeed post EM[protected]IN on 07th Sep 2022 is not updated and no response is either given by India post as to when the shipment will be delivered to Australia.I paid Rs.1150.50/- for such small packet still its passed 12 days now and the shipment still lised in mumbai without any movement and statue not updated....

                  I have sent an article to my university in Germany though India Post. The consignment contains some important documents which are needed for my admission. The status of the delivery is showing Item delivery confirmed, however, the location of delivery is showing in the form of a number. It is still not clear where my consignment is delivered as I have not recieved any information from my university that my documents have been received by them. I had also tried to confirm the same with India post customer care, however, their customer executive also did not have any clue. Please note that these documents have to be delivered before the deadline set by the university. If they don't receive the documents on time, my whole year will be wasted.                         SBI DEBIT CARD booked on 07/09/2022. But till now 13/09/2022 it shows that the same article is booked and bagged in the same office no further moment. As I track each and every day but no movement. As my debit card expired in this month I am having problems with withdrawal of money from account.                               I ordered an item from West Bengal which was dispatched via speed post on September 5, 2022. The tracking ID of the same is EW[protected]IN. The package arrived at Ghaziabad postal office on September 9th and ever since then it is still under the same status "item bagged".

                              Speed post is supposed to deliver within 4-5 days within India. It has been more than a week since dispatch

                              The items are perishable and I wish to have it delivered to me asap. Hoping for some help regarding the same.

                                Hi Team,

                                Am Mohanapriya from chennai. My brother sent a laptop from Portugal for my education purpose.Its a second hand laptop And I got the parcel on sat 10th Sept 2022. I Paid customs fees which is around 3769rs. When I opened my parcel I could see my laptop got damaged at each corner by the customs team.

                                I have before and after parcel laptop pictures attached in this mail.

                                clearly the images showing damages happened by the customs team. Because the customs team opens the laptop parts and then only you can mention estimation fees for the laptop.

                                When I opened the laptop, the top windows were open and both right & left side corners were damaged . Clearly someone tried to open the laptop and it got damaged.

                                And then I took my laptop to a nearby laptop service center for repair. They said if we touch any parts in the laptop this may cause many problems and sometimes the laptop maynot be work and it takes a huge cost for repair.

                                I bought this for education purposes now my laptop got damaged. I don't know what to do next.Could you please help me with this? atleast give me a refund on customs fees. This will help me to repair my laptop or do the needful.

                                or else please guide me for any other steps for refunding my money.
