5 years back I was opened RD account in suleaswaran Patti post office in pollachi. My RD period is over now unfortunately I missed my RD book I was asked the post office men he was told no amount paid in this accounts. He is not ready to give and find my RD account number. This is My post office savings account number [protected].. all accounts linked by savings account but the post office men is not ready to find my RD account number. It's strictly warnable he is a public worker. Finally I want to know my RD account number I want release that sir

My parcel has been dispatched from Assam Air LGBI AP TMO on 15th August 2022 and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN. It's been 9 days till then there's no update on the tracking. Kindly update the tracking details. My tracking consignment no. is AQ[protected]IN. Please solve this problem. I need it very urgently.

I ordered a book which normally gets delivered within a week but this time tracking system is showing it has been dispatched from Delhi Rs TMO but havent been recieved or updated. Does that mean that my book hasn't reached the next hub or is it lost.

Please look into the matter as it is a precious book, and update the tracking system so that the item can be tracked

I had sent rakhi from Gurgaon HO via speed post to Balasore HO (Pincode: 756001). It got redirected to another S.O and subsequently to some B.O citing insufficient address although the address was correct. The recipient was never contacted by any postman. The parcel is roaming around different branch offices. Also, the actual delivery pincode was 756001 but in the tracking site it showed 756003 after 2 days of the booking. I'd like to get...

i had sent my parcel for dispatch to australia on 01/08/2022
it had rakhi for my brother. And the festival is long over. Still my parcel hasn't reached.

Hi, i sent one parecel from Australia having tracking number RR[protected]AU. By mistake i wrote wrong post code on it. i contected Australian Post as well they ask me they cant do anything in it as the parcel been arrived at Delhi India. The correct pin code is 174101. Just now i checked from Delhi parcel been dispatched to Pthankot SO. I just worrying if my parcel directing to wrong address. Can you please corrcet My pincode on it . its urgent documents.

Item was dispatched from madurai post office on 13 th August. Now it says it has been redirected to cyberabad SO insufficient address. Other courier services dont find the address insufficient and they have delivered many items till date.
More over, madurai post office wouldn't dispatch or even accept a parcel with insufficient address. This service is for ease of public or to increase their worry?

My parcel is stuck in Delhi TMO since 4/8/2022 send receptacle from igi (OTB) my last parcel got delivered in 20 days bt now it's too late could u pls resolve my issue.

The message from post office showed the item was delivered by pradip paul (beat:B37) on 16 th August..but i didn't receive any parcel .
Pls resolve my issue I shall be greatly obliged as the item costs a lot.

Two articles pending not delivered

So, on 12th August 2022, I Booked Two Parcel From Mumbai to Salt Lake, Kolkata. On 17th August 2022 the Parcel was delivered to the Receiver Person and get a call from them, saying After opening the Parcel they fount that the Item which we send was missing i.e. Our product was Stolen by the Courier Person. So, I ran towards the Indian Post Office Complaint Department and Said the whole story and in return, they said that our responsibility is to deliver your parcel from point A to point B. Anything that happens or gets stolen is not your responsibility and said you should insure your parcel because the item that got stolen was costing 1.02 Lakhs. The Ma'am to whom, I approach and said all thing blamed us that you should insure your package. That means Indian Post Employees It self saying don't trust Indian Post because they already knew such things are going to happen with the customer. That lady said, " Sir Abhi Kuch Nahi ho Sakta, parcel ke under ka item to chori hogaya" and I was so Hopeless. Then I filed a Complaint at Post Office with the hope might something happen Complaint Number - [protected] and another Parcel Complaint Number [protected].

Oliver here i has posted my article via speed post from Goa to Kerela Pathanmthitta on the 10th of August. But the item has still not been delivered. Its been 3 days now. The item status shows as Kochi Ap TMO dispatched from 13th August the status is still the same. I nèed it delivered urgently as its a urgent matter. My tracking No EM[protected]IN. I even mailed the relevant authorities and i cannot call because im currently overseas.

I dispatched an item by Speed post on 5th of August, 2022 from Coimbatore PO(Tamil Nadu) to Tapukara PO (Rajasthan) and tracking id of the same is ET[protected]IN. The tracking details provide that it was dispatched from Coimbatore NSH to Jaipur NSH and received on Jaipur NSH after that no status update is there on above tracking ID. Further item is not delivered also.

No further update is provided, and the current position is unknown. The whole purpose of tracking details fails, if it is not regularly updated.

The delay in delivery of the item and not updating the details, has caused inconvenience.

Kindly look into the matter.

On 10th of August I booked a parcel worth or 10 thousands rupees of clothes (tracking number - CD[protected]IN) at Sarojini Nagar Indian post. Ever since it get booked I didn't see any updates and it's stucked in Delhi AP TMO. It's a really urgent parcel and it needs to reach the destination of my client . The name on the parcel is Utkarsh Jain, destination- ALANDI DEVACHI, Pune, Maharashtra.
Please find a solution for that as it is really a very important parcel.
