I need my stuffs back that was stolen by the custom officers and employees. They behave like a petty thieves, sad to say they monitor the things illegally entering India. There are various complaints of such sort over here but no step is seen to be taken. I mean, they are so greedy that they would even steal sewing needles to cycle pumps from the parcels. I was receiving a parcel from Australia, parcel weight was around 19.470kgs when started from Australia, after Indian customs clearance it came to 14.700Kgs. Things like Hair Straightener, cycle pump, Hair accessories like hair band, pair of shoes - blue jeans canvas shoes, soap holder, plastic boxes - 2nos, Tailoring accessories like measuring tape, needles, threads and deodorant sprays 9nos were stolen by the customs officers, not only this the box was cut open and almost destroyed and damaged then was again put together. I need the missing products which were gone missing. Indirectly they are stealing people's money and putting them into loss. This is not the first time things of this sort has happened to me it has happened once before too. I need this to stop.
Adding to it they have levied an amount of 9728/-INR as customs clearance fees. what for?
After stealing this much, what is this fee is for?
Is it a fine for me for sending the parcel to them to steal?
Is it hard for them to steal, so they need money for it?

Expect an speedy action against the Indian customs petty thieves.

My parcel has been dispatched from air LGBI airport TMI on 29th june, 2022 to Katirail post office and it should reach me by now but THE TRACKING HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED SINCE THEN.

USPS parcel : um[protected]us was last tracked on May 17th 2022 to the following status:
“ Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on May 17, 2022 at 1:43 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.”
After this it was untrackable as it uses India Post for the delivery.
I have not received the item till today, July 1st 2022.
I have tried to receive help from nearest India Post office: 1st Main Rd, 3 Block, 4th stage, RR Nagar, Bangalore 560098, to no avail. Please escalate this issue so that the delivery parcel is found and delivered at the address mentioned or contact me (+91 [protected]) for further correspondence for the delivery.

My mail/parcel was dispatched from AIr LGBI AP TMO Guwahati 5 days ago, destination Silchar TMO, but i have not recieved any new updates about my item for 5 days, can you please resolve this issue for me as the item is priceless

I received a message saying my article No EA[protected]IN is delivered, however, i didnt receive any parcel. Please look into it as it is a very important government document - Driving license

My parcel CA[protected]IN sent to New Delhi less than 3 days however stuck up in status Send receptacle abroad (Otb) in New Delhi for almost 5 days. Is there a turn around time to move to next destination and to Australia. I appreciate if this can be sent out sooner.

My parcel has been stuck with India Post since 20th May. The tracking stopped on 18th June somewhere in Ghaziabad. When contacted customer care of India Post, they provided wrong no of the Ghazibad Post Office and said they don't have any other contact no. 1 month has passed. Should I wait for 2-3 more months to get the product delivered?

I sent my forex card to India from Dublin on 13/6/2022. but it still held at customs and i dont know whom to contact and how can i get my post delivered to my home address. i sent it for cancellation of my card and im vey worried about it as they didnt send it back or contacted the receiver if there is any information needed. Please track my id and send it to receiver or contact me or receiver if any information required. i sent post by paying 49 euro as it was emergency for me. kindly resolve the issue immediately.

My parcel has been not received by speed post. When I check online it show item dispatched by Delhi AP TMO last 2 days but I haven’t received. Its chemical product in parcel which will expire it has to keep in fridge. Please solve my problem. My speed post no. Is ED[protected]IN....

My usps package from the US is lost since i havent recieved it yet and after it reached Delhi on 31st May 2022 there is no longer any tracking information available and i visited the post office and they have no idea

Reason to write here I had made a payment of Rs. 665/- on 13th June 2022 for courier parcel at India post by their online payment. My percel deivery adress is wrong. It already despatched. So I want to change my location pin code which is wrong in my percel. So please change it before delivery. My area pin code is 492001.Raipur, chhatisgarh.

My Registered and insured parcel (CM[protected]IN) was sent on 10th June from Wani S.O Post Office, 445304 to State street HCL services pvt ltd, 4th floor IT Team, Mekong Building, Embassy Techzone, Phase 2, Hinjewadi 411057. Online it shows Item Received to Infotech Park (Hinjawadi) S.O on 13th June, 2022 but till date there is no moment and my registered parcel is still not deliver. I received the call from hinjewadi post office on 21 june saying that your parcel is heavy and big so we cannot deliver through our two wheeler so ask your company to come with the company stamp and collect this parcel. This is very unprofessional and unethical. Requesting you to please have a look into this matter urgently (parcel is my company assets and i would loose my job because of this delay). i have also raised online complained on post office portal (Complained id [protected]) on 22 june but still noreply.
