We dispatched a registered parcel of books from Pune on 1st June 22 to Pratham Educational Trust, # 15, 1st Cross, Anjanadri Layout, Kodigehalli, K.R. Puram, Bangalore 560036 . On 8th of June the tracking shows that the parcel is delivered but the school has not yet received the parcel and it has been dispatched to the wrong address in Kadugodi. The Tracking ID of the parcel is CM[protected]IN. We request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest

I have sent a document to USA(Arizona) on May 21, 2022 with Reference no: EN[protected]IN, although the mentioned delivery period is 4-10 days, its been more than 15 days now, the item is still in India showing the tracking as Send receptacle abroad (Otb) in Delhi Airport. It reached Delhi airport 3 days ago and its still showing the same status. I raised a complaint against the delay in delivery - [protected], but its showing the different tracking details. I tried to follow up with Indian post customer service, they said they don't have any info and gave me Delhi post office contact number, no one is picking up the call. Its like no one cares about this..Please take an action.

The parcel was booked in Mumbai (400064) on 31-May-2022 for Coal Chemical Complex S.O (PIN 504302). It reached Mumbai NSH on 31-May-2022. The status has not changed/updated since that date.

It has been 8 days now. I really need for the parcel to be delivered. I understand that there are delays due to Covid-19. So can I at least know if this delivery is still in process or if the parcel is lost?

Parcel was booked from Agra U.P to Dimapur, Nagaland on 28th May 2022. After 4th June there's no tracking information. Parcel is at Circular Road SO since 4th June. There's no update after that and it hasn't been delivered yet. Please look into the matter as the parcel is needed urgently.

A parcel that was shipped to India for me on 19th April, still hasn't reached me yet. It arrived in India on 2nd may, reached my local post office the same day and delivery was attempted but was apparently returned due to 'addressee left without instructions'. I went to my local post office and found out from the postman in charge of my area that he never received such a parcel. It has been a month since it arrived in India and the tracking hasn't been updated since then

It was dispatched on 04/06/2022 from Patna RMS TMO

It was marked as delivered by BV College SO on 06/06/2022. I also received a message saying that it has been delivered. However, no one came to the address to deliver this post.

I did not even receive any calls on my number.

It has been marked as delivered without delivery. Attaching screenshot for reference.

Request you to urgently look into this.

I had been sent a parcel via a 2nd company . The address given to them was complete . It clearly stated House No. 9, beside xxx restaurant, Bhopal . There was no attempt to call me for delivering the package at my house .

OTP is not coming to the mobile number, where OTP is essential for the application process.

We are not able to get RPAD post slip after delivery of registered letter.They take charges for Acknowledgement.Whenever we demand they replied that complaint on online website or download online slip, which is not as per system already running since inception.As there is no track system of slip, only letter delivery confirmed but what about AD SLIP.?...

Hello sir my name is Manoj Prajapati and I am from malkera new colony po malkera (828304) dist dhanbad jharkhand and i want to register complaint about postman named samim who is very greedy and irresponsible person every time when my parcel was coming he asked for money between 30-50 rupees per parcel evertime one day I was denied for gives him 50 rupees for my parcel after that when my daughter important documents came from her college he was denied that parcel was not arrived while i check in india post website with conginment number its show delivered after 26 days he came with my daughter parcel and said aaj hi aaya parcel tumhara .my daughter life ruined for whole 1 year for not getting documents from college sir please register a complaint about samim you can asked person of malkera postoffice near by all people said real truth about him thanks you i hope i got justice soon

I ordered Rudraksha from Isha website and my father took the delivery today of it. But to our surprise, the parcel is already opened and Rudraksha is missing in it. I checked with the person who delivered it and he said it is already opened, they are not sure and I need to check with the Isha people.

I firmly believe that the said parcel has been opened by one of your employees and the contents have been stolen.

We request you to initiate an enquiry and bring the culprit to book. An early action in the matter will be highly appreciated.

3 parcels send from kattappana(kerala) to NewZealand addressed Raghul Mohan on 13/05/22. Last tracking info updated on 19/05/22 in Mumbai AP inland TMO-item received, no further scanning/ items not received to specific address yet( on 03/06/22). I should get 300 peices of articles from ludhiana to andhra Pradesh worth 100000rs when i recieved and open i just got only 60 peices of articles the reaming articles were stolen somwhere by the india post staff which is worth of 80000rs, the duration is from 25-5-22 and received on 31-6-22 its a serious issue which will lead many people lives. Please solve as soon as possible. I can give my tracking id or complaint id also
