Hi team,
Consignment No. EM[protected]IN is stuck at Delhi TMO from past 2 weeks. Please can someone update me the reason for delay and give true information about the timelines.

    I have been expecting my Indus ind devit card since 20 days now
    After i had changed my address due to relocation, the debit card was supposed to he redirected to my new address in Mohali

    However it got redirected to zirakpur and the tracking record shows that it is already delivered.

    Been days that i havent received my card

          Address: Rohini Sector - 7 Delhi Post Office

          Package - RL[protected]HK

          coming from HK, took 3 months to come and now it is again going back ??

          while the recipient address is locked from may for some weeks, i have provided 2 new different addresses to India Post on Twitter for the package to be delivered instead as I am out of station for important matters

          Why is it so hard for India Post to get it delivered to another address provided if the original address is locked and won't be able to receive??

          if this goes out of india, i want monetary compensation as it has my buyers stuff and first it takes 3 months to come and then it'll go back and will take 3 months again... the amount of headache this package delivery is giving me just because the employees refuse to deliver it to a new address...

            I didn’t receive my passport which is sent by inland speed post from Bangalore Nsh BNPL on 2nd May 2022 at 21:21:52 IST. Till now I didn’t receive anything and no sign of tracking also in the India speed post tracking app. My Tracking number is PP[protected]IN . Kindly advice.

                This is to enquire about the delay in a parcel with the Consignment Number CU[protected]IN, which was dispatched from Mughalsarai SO on 16/04/2022 and is bound for the United Kingdom. However, the tracking website of India post displays the latest update only till 18/04/2022, where it says that the parcel was dispatched from NewDelhi RS TMO to the next office of New Delhi Foreign Post. I contacted the Foreign Post office through email ([protected]@indiapost.gov.in) on 10/05/2022 and asked the current status of the consignment. They replied today on 12/05/2022 through an email (IPO PG ) : "As per tracking this parcel is not received in this office".

                This is really confusing and worrying for me. I would request you to kindly look into this issue as soon as possible. It has already been delayed for so long.

                  Hi dear Sir / Mam

                  I booked four parcel from shastri Nagar jaipur

                  1. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 30th April and delivered on 9th May

                  Customer didn't idea about parcel is already open and re sealed by tape

                  When she opened the parcel, she found used old cloth and weight of that cloth 150 gram something

                  When I booked the parcel that time weight is 500 gram

                  So, in transit someone open the parcel and change the article then re packed the parcel.
                  I am attaching the proof. Please see that proof.

                  2. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 2nd May and delivery date 9th May but customer refused to take this parcel

                  Because she not find parcel accurate. At the Booking time parcel weight is 3 kg 750 gram something
                  At delivery time parcel weight is less so she refused the delivery of that parcel. Attaching the original parcel photo.

                  3. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 5 May delivery date 11th May but customer refused to take this parcel

                  Because she not find parcel accurate. At the Booking time parcel weight is 3 kg 914 gram something
                  At delivery time parcel weight is 1 kg 31p gram she refused the delivery of that parcel. Customer share the refused parcel picture. I am attaching the photo.

                  4. CR[protected]IN this parcel booked on 5 May and original weight is 1 kg 480 gram Something
                  Delivery date may be 13th May. This parcel booked by same person who booked the 1st parcel

                  Now, I an requesting if you respond this mail as soon as possible before delivering this parcel.
                  Check the parcel weight is accurate and articles are safe, any article is not stolen and delivered right article to her

                  These 4 parcel are booked by same person.

                    Hi,
                    I am expecting a certificate delivery from UK via Royal mail international tracked and signed. Item bagged and despatched on 5th may 2022 and item leaving the London AMU on 7 th May 2022. I couldn't able to track after that and Royal mail confirms that the item shipped.
                    I need the certificate urgently. Please help me by tracking and delivering the item.

                      I've my e-banking POS activated but I'm not able to see the SSA account online.
                      The reason given is different CIF number of Savings and SSA. SSA is on daughter's name so it definitely will have different CIF. What's the point of having online facility if we can't see all the account details.

                      Is there any other way to see the SSA details online. OR how can I merge it with my CIF number

                        Please guys check my parcel its consignment number is EM[protected]IN its has been stuck in air lgbi ap tmo since 2 days and it hasnt reached its destination yet...today is the starting of the third day please enquire about it and deliver the parcel to its location as soon as possible...this parcel really really needs to be delievred to its location as soon as possible...please check about it..its very very urgent and important for me that my parcel reaches its destination fast and as soon as possible...so please deliver my parcel to its destination..please dont delay it

                          Package : RH[protected]IN
                          The tracking status shows that the item delivery has been confirmed. But i never got the package. There was my phone number provided on the label & yet i didn't receive a call. I have inquired in the surrounding buildings as well & nobody has reported receiving the package. Even security guard confirmed nobody came here.

                                Item dispatched from Delhi AP TMO on 06 may 2020 and its destination pin code is 131028 it is hardly 3-40 mins away,

                                      International inbound small packet from USPS with Tracking Number: UA[protected]US shows as "Your item departed a transfer airport in INDIRA GANDHI INTL, DELHI, INDIA on April 4, 2022 at 9:20 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination." I haven't received my packet yet.

                                      Why are packets always lost after entering Delhi? Why dont you catch the thieves? This has been happening since several years.
